Recently took my Acura in to repair an issue with my a/c. I called first to see when they could get me in and they were able to quickly set an appointment the next day. Communication was great and they helped with getting a claim set up with our extended warranty in order to get a rental car. My car was ready on the day they said it would be so that was a plus as well. We will definitely continue to use Parkway for future car care.

It was a pleasure to walk into this business. Wonderful customer service from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I m new to this area and didn t know where to go get my car inspection done. Went searching found two different places down the street but they were not helpful at all. Rudely said to me come back tomorrow. Don t have time now. Parkway Car Care is my place for any car need on my vehicle. They have my full trust and very honest. Reasonable prices too!!! Thank you

I received excellent customer service from Olivia today when I stopped in for a vehicle inspection, she was an absolute delight and very informative as well. The inspection itself was done very quickly and the waiting area was comfortable for the brief time I was there. I would definitely return here!

My truck overheated. I thought it was a busted water hose. Left truck with them. Called later said needed new engine. Up to $8500!!!! But they gave detailed explanation, wrote down everything needed done. Agreed with me the truck s age and milage were so great they didn t recommend doing the work. They kept truck till I was able to tow it away. I was upset to say the least. But I was dealt with honesty.

I've used Parkway for a couple of services. They replaced my tires several months ago and recently replaced my engine thermostat. Charge 50% less than the dealership on diagnostic fees and reasonable prices on parts and labor. I appreciated they way the tech explained the issue with my thermostat and included diagrams to provide a visual of the parts and what repairs were needed. The lead tech also pushed to get the work completed in less than 24 hours during a holiday week when they were running with less staff. Parkway is fair and honest and they provide quality car care with good communication throughout the process. I would 100% recommend.

This is my go-to for my oil changes and other car needs since I've moved to Rowlett. Office staff is always friendly and they have a comfortable waiting area. Service is done in a reasonable time, with fair prices. I feel like I get my money's worth here.

As a Veteran the VA can't always see you in a timely matter. Finding a secondary primary care provider can be difficult. These guys made everything easy. They had all my records pulled up and were ready to go when I arrived. After a minimal wait I saw my provider and couldn't be more happy with her and the service provided. If your like me and looking for a secondary primary provider give these guys a chance.

Went in for an ABS lights and walked out with the most honest assessment on the issue. Low brake fluid was all, and especially grateful for the whole 90 something point inspection, could have saved my wife s life with the lugs they found loose and one missing! I ll definitely be back here!

The shop itself was clean and filled with warm, welcoming and positive phrases which I really liked. The staff is courteous and funny. They got me in-and-out quickly. I d DEFINITELY recommend/go back for my next needed service.

I'm always skeptical of to many cheerful reviews at auto repair. My experience was not good. I have 2019 Ram with 24000 mi. It sat 3 years when I was sick. It's like new but has expected odd probs. 5 year old battery would only turn over with help and @ 5 warning lights. I took chance and drove to Parkway. I asked for new battery and elec sys check and asked to have someone to look at the warning lights. The answer was NO. I then drove to "Golden Rule". I asked the same thing. They were very helpful and looked at my problem. Returned 1 1/2 hours to a ready vehicle, explained particular glitch and how I can avoid it happening again and why they didn't replace the battery but should check yearly. Best $60 spent on car repair!

I have taken my truck and SUV there many times and I am absolutely thrilled about the professionalism of Olivia, Toni, and TJ. Their mechanics are excellent. I highly recommend this repair shop. AAAAA+

It s such a hassle to do your vehicle s paper work but not here! They did my inspection in less than 30 minutes and they had the best crew and frisk desk person! (Shout out to Olivia) I did so much in that day because of her ! Thank you

Hands down best customer service. After dealing with not so good car care businesses making matters worse and nickel and diming me, this place has been a breath of fresh air. Very clean and comfortable facility, no pressure, fair prices, best tire prices with warranties I've found, and *female friendly (they didn t treat me as if I don't know about cars or try to get over on me). they overcharged the spark plugs. $200 for 4 spark plugs when you could just get them for $30. My car was not even fixed after they told me it was ready to pick up. They eventually fixed my issue after I came back 3 times. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Parkway Car Car was very positive. I was greeted at the time I walked in. The waiting area was pleasant. Work began promptly on my vehicle at the scheduled time. The requested work was completed on my mercedes within the hour. The price was lower than anywhere I have gone in the past. I would strongly recommend Parkway Car Care to anyone on a budget.

Paid for oil change and tire rotation . Next day noticed The tires had not been rotated because then left front l tire had a nail and had a slow leak.Brought it back today and they are maker it right l hope

All the staff, mechanics to front desk, were amazing with their knowledge, timeliness, as well as being very informative. They also will not push you to have something done that is not necessary. However, they will inform you of what to watch for, what to do, as well as give more information on any specific issue might arise with your vehicle.They are also very thorough, which is super important!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs, Oil change

Got a quote to replace halogen headlights and fog lights with LED lights that I purchased from Amazon for $340. Went to the dealership and got both, headlights and fog lights, replaced for $162. So, the dealership is not always the most expensive.

So- I had warranty recall from the dealership. When I took my car in, I was told I needed a lot of repairs my grandpa has used this place for a long time so I thought I would give it a shot.When I came in- the time it took to get my car looked at was short and Olivia was kind and got me checked in. What really stood out to me was Toni. He explained to me where my normal wear and tear was at, he went through the diagnostic Parkway performed and provided a list of all upcoming repairs I ll need (with level of urgency placed on each one), and he printed me out a mileage report showing typical inspections/repairs for my vehicle.They even took off the diagnostic charge for me, and I couldn t be more thankful. I was expecting a thousand in repair and walked out confident not only in Parkways analysis, but I knew where I d be bringing my car for future work. Will be recommending this place to family and friends.I don t know cars. I depend on the knowledge of others, and this place made me feel well taken care of.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Very reasonably priced. They fix what needs to be fixed without all the extra "recommendations" you get from the dealer. Very glad to find a solid, locally owned business like this to care for all of our vehicles!

Great place. Honest, trustworthy knowledgeable place to take your cat to get fixed.. Pricing is very reasonable! I highly recommend them.
