Great place! My loaner had a tire leak that couldn't be repaired. Since it was a loaner, I obviously didn't want to buy a tire. They graciously moved my groceries to the back seat and put the spare on so I didn't have to drive all the way to the dealership on a Friday afternoon at no charge. I will be coming here from now on when I have a tire issue or purchase. Highly recommend!

Thank you so such they did a great job with my Jaguar s-type I've been going to Jordan's car care for two to three years now and they have always did an excellent job on my vehicle's. They have great customer service and excellent mechanic. My experience with Jordan's car care has always been great I know that my cars are in good hands when I take my vehicle there.. Thank you Jordan's car care you guys are great

Had an unexpected tire issue that was going to leave us stranded if we didn t find anywhere to get the problem resolved. Discount tire was 5 mins away but had a 2 hour wait, even with an appointment! That s when we decided to get to Jordan s and see if they could help.The frontman was Bryant, and he was a rockstar with his customer service. He offered multiple options and got his crew on it right away. Bilal & sim were the techs that jumped on it and took the extra time to ensure that my tire wasn t going to leak anymore. For the inconvenience and anxiety that came with the situation, these guys were professional in every way and got me back on the road safely and efficiently! Good job guys.

This place told me it would be 1000 dollars to get an issue fixed on my car that turned out to be an unplugged sensor. Great place to dump money into for 0 reason

Jordan s Tire is the best place to get your tire needs taken care of! I m not sure why you would go anywhere else in Rowlett. They take care of work quickly and their prices are more than fair. They are the only place in Rowlett I go for my tire needs.

Left my PT appointment in Rowlett and saw I had a low tire indicator. Called my husband to tell him and be suggested stopping at the first gas station and putting air in it. We live in forney so it wasn t like he could just run over here and help me. The first thing I saw before a gas station was this Jordan s tire. I asked if I could get their help putting air in. They were so kind and helpful. As I walked to my car and checked the tire I saw a screw so I went back in and said I need more than just air because I see a screw. Bingo! That s the problem. They patched it for me at a very reasonable price. There place of business was immaculate and I sat in an air conditioned waiting area while they did the work. All of the young men that helped me were polite and helpful!! I always pray for God to order my steps and I thank Him for providing this place for me to stop and get my tire fixed!

Friendly service. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon when they were busy. Very politely explained how many guests were in front of me and didn t try to tell me swoon me into staying. Made a recommendation of the best time to come back - sure enough, my vehicle was attended to right away. I was in and out in ~20 minutes. Some of the other businesses performing the same services in this area will not be getting my business moving forward as I ll be sure to come back to Jordan s.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This was the nicest Car shop I've ever been to. There was actually people at the desk (previously went to 3 other shops, no body around) they greeted me immediately and helped me with my Inspection and had me completely finished before I could even finish my coffee . If you want to be belittled or ripped off, you should def go Btw i don t appreciate you lying on my husbands review and saying you said no to working on my car, bc i most definitely told you .i didn t want you to touch my car and that s the reason we picked it up and went somewhere else for more than half the price and my car is fine now.Don t lie and don t think you will get service talking to people the way you do, bc you wont.

I had my Truck alignment done at Jordan's, also had new TPMS sensors installed. Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction. I had very little wait time, but did make a appointment. My boyfriend has been a client of Jordan's for over ten years, and when I moved to the area he recommended that I use them for my car care needs as well and I have not been disappointed! Last Saturday I left my car with them for an inspection and some diagnostics, intending to pick it up on Monday, but due to illness I was unable to do so. I called and explained my issue and they had no problem taking my payment by phone and then holding on to my car until my boyfriend could pick it up for me. My most recent experience shows me how much they care about their customers and are willing to help, even under unusual circumstances.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

We have only been in Rowlett for two years and when our car developed engine problems I researched local shops through reviews and on line resources. After a point it becomes a leap of faith and I went with my intuition and took the car to Jordan s Tire &. Auto. I have never regretted that decision yet. From the initial contact at their front desk to all the follow up calls during repair I was treated respectfully, professionally and knowledgeably. Because of all the communication during the repair I felt more like a part of the process. I was called at each step along the way and kept informed on procedures and price. The downtime for our car with major engine repair was minimal. The price was comparable and detailed well in the receipt. Jordan s exceeded my expectations and has become a new home for our automotive needs.Service: Engine repair

Always a good experience. They are polite and the waiting area is nice. They will drive you home if you need that. I will continue to use Jordan's for my car care.Update - latest visit June 2020. Still a good place for repairs. Good work at a fair price. They explained what was causing the problem and how I could avoid it in the future.Update June 2022. This place is the best! They care about their customers. They found less expensive parts for our old truck. They are so caring and willing to help. I have a bad vibration in my truck. Took it to Jordan's to check the balance on the wheels. While this didn't fix my issue, the work was done well and Paul was very helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was notified when it was completed.

This store is under new management, but definitely not a new manager. Ted did me right and made sure all the work that needed to be done was legit.I am totally satisfied with all the work (a lot of work) they did on my 2010 F-450. I'm confident in their professionalism and will definitely be back if any other work is needed. Thank you Ted and crew for really taking care of my truck!

The team here is great to work with. They re honest and always try to find ways to get the job done at a great price.I ve come in a few times with tire indicators on and they filled them for free, no questions asked. Great customer service!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Racist and damaged our car. From the moment we walked in the employees were racist, condescending, dismissive and rude. The customer service was abhorrent and they scratched the hood of our car. The employees here are horrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great place! I called on a Saturday looking to get my car serviced (dealer always busy) they answered the phone and asked when can you come in? I said 20 min, as soon as I got there my car was serviced! I had a great experience here! I stopped by to get my driver s side tire checked because I kept having to put air in it. They checked it and told me I would have to get a new tire. They also showed me wear and tear on 2 of my other tires as well. They quoted some tires for me but I ended up having the work done at my friend s auto shop.They were friendly and fast! I was in and out in about 30 minutes!The shop is clean and has a nice waiting area with coffee, water, and a big screen tv.

I rarely use auto services, and this was my first experience with this business, but I must say I was impressed. They were fast, fair priced, knowledgeable and very accommodating to what my vehicle needed. Went in for an alignment on my wife s car. Highly recommended by a friend and also the manager at Discount Tire down the street. They had me in and out in under 45 minutes. Great company, friendly staff and a very clean building. From here on out, this is my place to refer and to take care of our cars. Couldn t say enough about the service and staff. 5 stars all the way!
