The staff is nice but they tried to over charge me for services I didn't need. They told me two of my tires were at a 0 and had to be replaced asap and I took it to discount tire and my tires were at a 7 and have at least 10 months left. Firestone quoted me 1.2k for everything that wasn't broken.

In 1:30pm. All approvals done by 2pm.Tire changed by 5pm.Lost $75 income for waiting almost 4 hours for tire change.Lady in front says workers not getting work done in proper time.

This has been one of the best experiences I've had, the professionalism from Lo and Jenna is exceptional. They were very informative and helped me immensely. Not only did they fix issues but they were kind and the technicians were very efficient and thorough. I will be returning.

Very late post! Jenna and Lo - thank you for being there! You have made a believer out of this customer! I m so grateful for the consistency, honesty and most importantly, for being at this location. You, both, make my visits very comfortable and not intimidating!! So welcoming and so accommodating, even the smallest task. I appreciate y all and so thankful for your presence! Jim Henry is the BEST manager I have worked with in all my years going to Firestone in Rowlett! Great communicator who cares about the customers. He also has a woman working there, I think her name was Lo. She was also friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store!

It was a very disappointing experience to go to Dealership and paying $130 out of our pocket, to be told that we had wrong size tire was installed in our car after road hazard warranty applied which was causing TPS error at the first place, while highly confident appearing shop technicians insisting that we had faulty sensor in our car. All four tires were purchased in the same location about a year ago and record reflected clearly what is needed for replacement tire, even waited a day for the replacement tire to arrive, but end up placing the wrong tire size. It was a stressful month and half going back forth until going to dealer to find the truth. Bottom line, looks like good old days are gone from this location, as another similar incident happen about couple years back in another car. Just because of incompetence and lack quality which recently forced us to go get tires from competitor Discount tire instead for another car we have. We truly appreciate the final effort placed in afterwards diagnosed by the Dealership installing the same size tire as the other 3.

2 hour oil change. I understand if you don t have the staff, maybe try not to overbook? I brought the car in at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation, should I have to assume that s not enough time to make it to work at 11:30? I am currently still sitting in the shop at 11, car not ready, texting my boss I ll be late.Edit: this was not a walk in, either. I made the appointment last week for 9am today.

This is a busy location. If you'd like to get in and out with an oil change, A/C evac and refill, tires, brakes, alignment or inspection, your best bet is showing up at 7:30AM. You'll make it to the bar across from your job at noon, don't worry. More sophisticated jobs (radiator, power steering pump, a/c compressor, suspension components, etc) will most likely take at least one business day but the Lakeview staff are great with communicating when your car will be ready. Be prepared to spend anywhere between $150-$650 on the majority of repairs but know that these are professionals and the parts are under warranty, generally for one to three years...oh and that's not my Corvette. I just thought it looked good as I was walking out to my Subaru Outback...

I'll give two stars because I have had good service in the past, but my more recent experiences have turned me away as a customer. I've been going to this Firestone for a couple of years (and Firestone in general for at least 20), but two of the last three times I've been have left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had scheduled online an appointment for this morning that was confirmed last night by email, stating that I would have to wait in-store for my car. When I went in, they said they didn't have anyone who could work on it right then because it was so busy given the coming storm. If you can't honor an appointment, then don't confirm them. When I called later to complain about getting an email saying my appointment had been updated to Tuesday, Jenna tried to tell me that my appointment hadn't been confirmed, when it in fact had! I get that they don't always know how busy it will be, but they should be able to manage their time to honor appointments as confirmed. If they can't, then they need to stop scheduling appointments. At the very least, I should have gotten a phone call before going there to say I would need to drop it off, or expect to wait a long time, instead of waiting to tell me when I got there and wasting my time and gas.

This Firestone location is the one to go too. Jenna is the best and takes care of my car and never lets me get scammed. Jenna is honest and reliable when it comes to what my car needs. I've gone to other Firestone locations and they have tried to do me wrong. Its worth driving from Forney to Rowlett to this Firestone. I will continue to come here. They make the experience great! Thank you Jenna for taking good care of my car and me!

Proximity to my home (~1 mile). They are able to address my concerns quickly and professionally. If the time is not convenient, they are more than accommodating in scheduling an appointment for me to fit my schedule.

This is MY Firestone location of choice! I LOVE the vibe and the warm greetings! My visit was on February 27, 2024. My engine light came on the day before, right after work i drove there. I was greeted by LO, like family...found out what the issue was. Lo got on the phone, ordered parts, and Michael worked on my car! I was out of there before i had to go to my 2nd job! MIchael went above and beyond, as Lo has done for me each and everytime, he made the "sound" disappear! I am sooo grateful and so appreciative of the quality service i get EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! From Todd, Jena, Lo, Michael, Nate and the rest of the crew...I have nothing but love for all of them! PLEASE make sure that you let them know WHAT AN AMAZING JOB THEY ARE DOING! It is CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's best! I will follow them where ever they go, and I pray that they stay at MY location.....since it's convenient for me! GREAT JOB!

Stopped in at Firestone on 11/16 as the windshield wiper fluid had run out. Lo immediately filled it for me with a smile and didn t charge me. I have always had excellent service at this location.

Hey everybody just wanna let you know about Firestone auto care in Rowlett off Lakeview Parkway and Rowlett Road. I came in today to get a front end alignment Firestone gives you two options one is $99 and some change and the other one is 199 and right now they ve got a $20 off coupon which made the front end alignment 179. Now this is the lifetime alignment what I got the 179 that means for the life of your vehicle you can bring it in anytime, every other month whatever and any Firestone anywhere and they will align it and it won t cost you anything short of needed repairs if something breaks. So if you plan on keeping your vehicle and you want to keep the tires in good shape and the whole front end of your vehicle you need to get it lined at least once a year a lot of people recommend aligning it whenever you get an oil change so that would be about twice a year. The manager at this particular Firestone is Todd. He s very professional very knowledgeable and will absolutely take care of your vehicle these guys are trust worthy and they re not gonna tell you you need repairs that you don t need. Todd has been with this company for close to 30 years so he s been around he knows what s happening he knows how to deal with customers he knows how to deal with staff and he knows how to deal with car repairs. So do yourself a favor and give this Firestone a shot, they ll take care of brakes, battery, oil change, front end alignment, pretty much anything you need to have done, so please give this place a shot you ll be glad you did. Stay safe out there!

I advise to not come here for anything but maybe some tires. Took my vehicle in to fix my oil pan and replace valve cover gaskets to stop a leak. Worst decision I ve ever made. One week after pick up I went to the dealership I work at to get an oil change. After I put my drain plug back into my brand new oil pan, my car started leaking again. Dripping from same spot (the plug) I brought it in for. They took 3 weeks to fix what they already repaired, they kept telling me bogus info that repairs weren t covered because I did an oil change. Granted they did fix the leak, but come to now valve cover gaskets is still leaking. Please save all time and energy and try to find new location to finance repairs with.

Many issues previous time and came back because paid for a lifetime alignment but definitely wont be using it. Don't feel comfortable bringing any vehicle to this location.

By far the best auto shop I've ever been to. Jenna and Jimmy are so kind and really take the time to explain everything to me, which means a lot to me! A lot of mechanics will talk down to you and take advantage. They always try to help me out with the cost wherever they can too. Thank you!!

On Saturday 12/8 I took my car for diagnosis because it had vibration, they told me that I needed 4 new tires for $1100 and I also needed shock absorbers and Stuarts for $2500, I told them that I was going to take it for a second opinion and then they said that vibration will go away if I only change the tires, but that's what the technician recommended.they didn't even try to balancing the tires.Today 8/23 I took it to Discount Tire to get a second opinion and they were only out of balance $60.00 I had to pay because the tires were from another place. I have been taking my cars to this place for more than 15 years but never again.

I walked into Firestone, and was greeted with a friendly hello, and I was waited on right away. I had a problem with my air conditioner, and dropped my car off. I was called to pick it up a few hours later. When I got there to pay, I was told it was some kind of clogged line, and they blew it out. They did not even charge me. What a surprise! It s so nice to do business with professionals who want to help you, and just, aren t out to get your money. I highly recommend Firestone in Rowlett.

Todd and his crew at this Firestone went above and beyond to take care of me. They are honest and just want to help. They aren t after you for every dollar at all. Another places wanted $1,000 in work to do inspection and Firestone passed it and said nothing was failing at all. They saved me from a rip off place. Very grateful for the kind and honest service!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
