We have spent the last 5 months dealing with a death wobble issue on our 2016 f350 super duty 6.7 diesel. Went to a few different shops across the country because we use the truck for our transport business. None of them noticed what Grant did in 30 seconds after looking under the truck. I replaced the coil springs with a heavy duty spring and it had things all out of whack under there. Top ball joint was to far forward and track bar pulled to the driver side all the way with no movement. He gave me some options on fixing it and I went with adjustable track bar and radius arm drop brackets we have now drove through 3 states and it hasn t done once. Knowledge is key in this situation and this guy knows his stuff. Thank you soo much from us here at medicine mountain pet transport

I had brought in a 2011 GTI that was leaking coolant, as soon as Will saw the car he quickly pointed out the issues. They quickly fixed the problem and had me back on the road. Great customer service great work.

I've had the fine folks at Will's work on my Miata multiple times and I won't take my car anywhere else now. Want to give a shout out to Ian and the crew at Wills Automotive for diagnosing and correcting my overheat issue. I had just upgraded my fan to the 2012+ for better idle cooling after getting stuck on 35 and the temp climbed on a 104 degree day. Come to find out the thermostat was going and after my fan swap just plain gave up. I thought the worst, like I screwed the pooch doing the swap somehow. But Ian and the guys at Wills Automotive are some stand up gents. This is my go to shop for engine, transmission and the like. Thanks Ian.

Ian and co at Will's are amazing. After wasting time and money getting the run-around at another business, they were able to fit my repair in with honesty and timeliness, while crucially working with my extended warranty through Allstate. Daily updates were provided, no unnecessary work was pushed on me, and they fixed exactly what I wanted. Ian even drove to South Austin when a brand dealer was failing to deliver parts on time. Rare to find such integrity from an auto shop these days. Friendly staff, locally owned, they will get you squared away. Will recharged my relative s AC system on an Acura after we had replaced the compressor at home. Update from my update: Another unexpected car repair was needed and they went the extra mile by checking the entire car over to make sure what we needed done wasn't just a waste of money. Thank goodness for them. I couldn't imagine paying over $5,000 for the car to come up with another problem.Update: I cannot express this enough! I've had to take my car in multiple times this year unexpectedly (my car seems to hate me) and they have always fixed the issue within a days time. Completely impressed by everyone at the shop and their follow up is always very prompt as well.These guys are great! They have helped me and my partner multiple times and are always very quick with finishing the job. I'm definitely making this my first stop from now on!

Found this business with a quick Google search. It's hard to find good, honest mechanics. Charged fair prices, but solidified my continued business when a repair turned out to be recalled. I had already authorized to work, but they informed me of the recall later and that I could get it done for free at a dealership. I'm sold and I will absolutely be recommending anyone who asks to Will and his teamServices: Electrical, Brakes

Will is the man!! He is a go to for all my vehicles, very honest opinion and pricing. he is also a cool and humble guy. One of his employees Ian that works up front is always very communicative during any repair process and doesn t mind if I bug him about stuff. Super cool local shop that fixes things correctly the first time and takes pride in their business! I recommend to friends and family!

Genuinely kind and helpful mechanics. I just had a lot of work done at a different automotive shop and they didn't believe me that anything was wrong with the new brakes they had just replaced. Will's Automotive took a look at my jeep and called the other shop for me and told them exactly what was wrong. I look forward to going back to Will's Automotive in the future for any auto repair needs. Thank you!

These guys are great! Looked at my car for free and provided a diagnostic. Gave me a quote and didn't overcharge like many other places do. I don't know much about cars so Will gave me tips on what to look out for which I really appreciate.

Will's automotive proved their honesty and integrity on more than one occasion. They have always quoted a fair price and twice the bill was a lot less than the quote because they found out they could fix the parts instead of replacing them. Every time they have worked on my 16 year old hybrid, I never had that problem again. I love knowing I can trust them to quote me fairly and only charge me for what they worked on. The next time I need a mechanic I know who I'm going to call. Needed a part replaced, so I just stopped in hoping he had some time to fix it. He started on it right away and I was out within 25 minutes! He is also extremely affordable as well. My husband and I will definitely be coming back if we need any more servicing with our cars!

Will is everything you can hope for in a mechanic! He is honest and thorough. He has helped us out in a time of need more tumes than i can count. Recently he came to the rescue of my mom and her husband who were from out of town. He made what started out to be a stressful situation a easy fix in 1 business day. Can not recommend him enough. We trust Will with all our cars and consultant with him when making a new car purchase. He is truly one of the good guys!

Was charged $298 for O2 sensor that cost $113 and 10 minutes to install. They admitted their markup is 42% on parts. So why was I charged $198 for the part that cost $113? Then charged $90 for 10 min. of labor? Too bad because I was going to throw a lot of money at yall if you were trustworthy. But you decided to overcharge a first time customer. Dont trust the reviews folks. And if you do go to this place, do your research beforehand. I bit the bullet this time, but hopefully you wont.Service: Engine repair
