Always fast friendly service. Great work! I have had several tires patched here and the tires never lost air after that. I would recommend Real s over any Discount Tire, Dealership or National chain. Will definitely buy my next set of tires here! Five Stars? I wish I could give six! Can t recommend this place enough!!

Came in with a nail in my tire but no lost air. It was a holiday so there was about a 25 minute wait. The guy put some liquid on the tire and pulled the nail out. It was not leaking air so they sent me on my way, no charge! Got another nail a month later. Not a holiday so there was no wait. This time it was leaking air and they charge $20 for a patch! Great service!3 month update! I drove to NY and back (several days driving each way) on my patch and it's still kicking. I blew a tire on the way to NY and I was like "there goes the patch" NOPE. The patch is holding, another tire went flat. My dad's truck got a nail, and I sent him here for a patch. He hauled his trailer all the way back to NY, and several months later the patch is still going strong.

The people there were nice and its also convenient for people who only speak Spanish because all the employees spoke Spanish. It was quick and easy but it did cost a lot ($50) to get a tire filled in. So I would have to agree with some reviews that its a little pricey. The place itself looks really sketchy, at first I didn't even know if I was in the right place but nice people. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to resolve the issue and when I got it back an engine light notification on my car lit up and that made no sense to me because thats never happened and it wasn't going off before I got there, only when I left the shop. I went to 3 different places afterwards to try and fix it and they couldn't figure out why but the instrument told us something was wrong. A week later the engine light went away so definitely something that happened in the shop not before or after which was pretty tedious since all those trips took a few hours. I went to Sam's first, they couldn't do anything, then an auto parts store where I was told the problem but not how to fix it, called firestone which would make me pay $100 to see what the problem was not actually fixing it, then I went to valvoline where I got an oil change to see if that would resolve it and that didn't help but lovely people and were trying to help me find out what was wrong. Overall, going to this store actually made me go to 3 more b/c of whatever they did.

Don't expect the 5 stars service but the price definitely way affordable to the old car. They have a nice customer waiting room .

I found this business 4yrs ago & their personnel are very professional. The prices are extremely reasonable & if you're going in to repair a flat, they get you in & out in about 15 mins.

This is my second time using Real's. In and out in under 30 minutes for a swap of 4 tires - mounted and balanced perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable techs providing top notch services here. It doesn't get any better than this - I highly recommend!

Here's the thing,Austin and the surrounding area being a construction site for the next 20 years, you're going to have to deal with a lot of tire issues.Go to a reputable place. This is a bunch of dirty guys in a hole in the wall place with jacks and no equipment other than just to put a tire on a rim. My car wants to drive me off the side of the road because they don't have any balancing machines or anything like this. When you go here seriously it's like you're walking into Mexico.Do not rely on half-rate places like this you need to go to a reputable place like discount tire where they have the actual machinery and the actual standards to do proper work for you. Here whatever happens happens. You need to go to a reputable place that way if something happens to the tire after the fact you can take it back and get it replaced.Here they're charging $70 for a used tire but yet you can go to Walmart and pay the same for brand new Hankook tiresEven if you're low on money I assure you it's going to end up costing you in the long run if you go to this place.

I am 37 weeks pregnant I went on Friday the 24th to buy 2 front tires for my work car and this place put the driver's tire on me without a screw or without adjusting it and when I left there at Sam Bass I dropped the tire and lost control of the car good luck there was no one on the street and I didn't have any accident other than the scare and my blood pressure surges and in my condition this is very bad. The 4 workers who are there worked on my car, none of them took responsibility for the incident... they treated it as something normal... They also damaged the car trying to put the tire on the car, I have a photo to prove everything. ADVICE if you want your life do not go here they are irresponsible, likewise I would have lost my life or that of my unborn baby

I had a nice experience with the nice workers. They have an air conditioned minimally decorated decor (see picture) waiting room.I was charged the usual $20 to mount and balance a tire I brought with me. Tire was pumped to about 40psi and wheels slightly over torqued, which is usual for these types of shops. I just let out some air and re-torqued it when I got home. No complaints otherwise.The trade-off with a big box tire shop is that those will usually torque the wheels and get a little closer to the right inflation pressure. But those also won t install a used tire bought off of eBay like these guys will.

After another place only put in a failed plug, the car was in south Austin, AAA said the tire couldn't be repaired. Real's repaired my tire and I was back on the road in 20 minutes!! The only place my family will have tire repair done.

I want to highly recommend this tire shop for all they do. I ve lived here for 2 years and found them driving by once with an emergency flat tire. They took me in and fixed it asap. Every time I ve come they ve gone above and beyond to help me. Never can get tired of seeing them with unfortunate circumstances however I m glad when I go they always go out of their way to repair any/everything in a timely manner.Highly recommend!

I needed a tire repaired So I gave them a call and they told me to come on down. I had my tire repaired and was back on the road in fifteen minutes for super reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

Fast service...was on 8hr road trip and noticed low tire pressure & found a huge screw in my tire. Called a few places to check their wait time and price on patching or plugging the tire. Glad we picked this place. We were seviced in 20 min total with a $10 fix cost and got back on the road!

Really great place, went here to get my rear driver side replaced, but needed to get my driver side as well. Was able to get both for $130, which was good for the tires (had plenty of tread)Unfortunately, the rear tire was losing air by the next week. Came back, they apologized and fixed it like it was no big deal. Amazing service. Definitely recommend.

Called about a used tire. They had one. Told them I'd be there in half an hour. When i arrived they showed me a nice, gently used tire, with lots of tread left. It had no plugs or patches. I was in and out in 20 minutes and for $5 less than what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommend.

These guys were lifesavers! My tire had a screw and was completely flat and most other shops were closed. Came here right before closing and they were so helpful in getting it patched up and taken care of. Was in and out in 15 minutes. They were fast, professional and gave me a great price. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing tire repair.

If I could put no stars I would. I went for a plug a while ago and come to find out they plugged the side wall on the inside and it s been slowly leaking this whole time. I ve been driving on the highway etc.. while pregnant and not knowing my tire could blow at any point while I m driving risking me and my unborn child s safety over people that don t know how to do their job. Now I have to come out of pocket to buy a new tire and risk my safety again because they don t know what they are doing, if you get service done here please ask questions and check their work before leaving.

You know as a woman there is always that apprehension when walking into any auto repair shop. Like I had to have my husband on speed dial just in case. For this place, the apprehension disappeared for the first time ever for me. I was greeted warmly. Everyone was kind. They listened to what I wanted done, did it, and the pricing was great. They noticed a potential problem while completing the service I asked for, but just notified me when they were done. There was no trying to upsell me. No talking down to me. I felt comfortable and I'm happy with the service they provided. Would very much recommend this shop for any woman who is hesitant.

Great place, good people and a good price! I got a flat on my way from Dallas to Austin and found this place via Google. Another store was going to charge me 85$ for one tire! They replaced my tire within minutes and even put air in all my other tires and were so friendly! 10/10 recommend
