I can't say enough about Charlie and the crew, they did an outstanding job fixing up my 370Z. Very happy with the work they did. The other big shops wanted to soak insurance for every penny, but Charlie did it within budget and saved my car from being totaled.

Thunder Road is the best around. Charle repaired damage to my Mercedes from a tree falling on it. The repair work is amazing. You can not tell the car was damaged. Turn around time was was great. Fantastic experience

This guy is amazing! I recently purchased a mustang and less than 24 hours later my friend accidentally backed in it.Brought the car to Thunder Road based on a recommendation from a friend and had it fixed very quickly for about 25% of what was quoted by Service King. The quality of work and customer service I received is top notch. I would highly recommend Thunder Road to anyone in need of body work.Service: Painting

10/10 service, would recommend to anyone! I've had great experiences with Charlie and Thunder Road. I've had my truck in their shop three times since I bought my truck and couldn't be happier with the service. With my most recent body damage, I took my truck in to the dealership just to order parts and wound up getting a quote. Not only did Thunder Road get the job done for about $700 less than the dealership quoted me, but he also pointed out things that the dealership said needed to be replaced that were not at all needed and saved me even more money there, where he could have agreed with the dealership just to make more money off me...but he did the right thing. This guy takes care of his customers with great work and even better prices. He's got my truck looking like brand new and I couldn't be more pleased.

Charlie does outstanding work!!! He takes immense pride in his craft and the end result is always outstanding! Thunder Road has repaired many vehicles of mine over the years and they always look perfect when he is done. I've known him for 35 years and he's the only one I would let repair my vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle that needed front bumper repair. I went to two different body shops prior to going to Thunder Road and had received a quote of over $5000 from both shops. I went to Thunder Road based on a neighbors recommendation and the owner fixed my bumper for FREE!!! I was so impressed that I paid him $175 even though he asked for nothing! I will never take my car any place else! I will now be a life long customer! Thank you Thunder Road! Honesty and amazing customer service is rare these days!

excellent service, does what he says he will do, beautiful finishes, Charlie is easygoing, & explains everything, kinda expensive, but, well worth it, turned my work truck into a "almost " show condition

Although we ended up using someone else to repair the dents in our vehicle (another place already had the parts and could do it a little faster and a little cheaper) Charlie made me feel very comfortable when I came in and asked for a quote. The estimate was right on par with other estimates. Other body shops saw Thunder Road's estimate paper sitting on my seat and had nothing but positive things to say about Thunder Road. I would definitely recommend them!

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Charlie and Thunder Road. We first went to him to get some body work, and chose Thunder Road based upon all the great review we found online. Soon we found out for ourselves why everybody loves doing business with them so much. They take great pride in their work and ALWAYS go the extra mile. When we picked up the car, we found that Charlie had fixed several other little nuisances that weren't even part of the job... and he didn't want to get paid for them. Since then we've been back several times. Charlie's always fair and great to work with. Over the years, I've become quite jaded about dealing with body shops and always feel like they're charging too much and doing too little. What refreshing change to find Thunder Road, who still does things the way they ought to be done. Keep up the great work Charlie!

My family has worked with Charlie several times on several different vehicles. From hail damage to collision repairs Thunder Road always does great work. Recently I had a bumper pop off my car because I pulled over a parking stop that was too high. Charlie reattached same day for a very reasonable fee. He even polished my headlights for me free of charge. A++. Thanks again Charlie for the help.

Charlie was so easy to work with, we walked through the issues I was looking to get fixed and he gave me a great quote. I had a minor set of fender scratches and a matching set on the headlight on my 2012 2500HD along with a nasty rock chip on the roof. Charlie repaired the fender and buffed out the headlight scratches, touched up the roof, and touched up a few rock chips I had on the hood all included. I cannot say how pleased I am that I went with Thunder Road instead of one of the other paint and body shops in the area. I have another truck that needs some paint corrections (from a shoddy job at one of the chain paint and body shops in Round Rock) and I definitely plan on bringing it to Charlie.

When Thunder Road gave us an estimate, we were shocked and didn't truly believe how low of an estimate as opposed to the other body shops, because he was very open and honest with us on what I really needed repaired on my suv. He also gave us 3 different options on how to fix it on the spot, then prices, then finish time. He held his word, we saved THOUSANDS, yes thousands of dollars, we saved time by him getting it done within 24Hrs, and the repairs were professional and clean looking.This gentleman is a very rare and dying breed, and his shop as well, Thunder Road is the clear choice winner and recognized by word of mouth for thier excellence and honesty. Thank you for fixing my Honda Pilot, sir!!! May God Almighty continue to bless your hands and business, as you bless others!!!

My family & I have been coming to the fine folks at Thunder Road for 14+ years now because they are simply the best in the business! We live in Salado but we still come back home to Thunder Road whenever we need body work. I recently hit a deer or should I say, the deer hit me! Thunder Road fixed my car and made it look brand new again in about a week. Owners, Charles & Tisha are friendly, honest, reliable people who always treat me like family. I cannot give Thunder Road a higher recommendation and I know you will feel the same way after they fix your vehicle.

Charlie was so kind and more than happy to help. I've been to 7....yes, SEVEN, body and auto repair shops today and he was the one and only person to help me! Nothing is too big or too small for his man. I'm a 25 min drive to this shop and I will be happy to make the drive anytime I need something. GREAT SHOP, GREAT OWNERS, GREAT REPAIRS! Thunder Road fixed my BMW twice, after two separate accidents!Charlie went above and beyond, fixing a couple of things he noticed that he wasn't getting paid to fix.Excellent and trustworthy, very friendly too!

Great customer service. Top quality paint job. I brought a fiberglass tonneau that needed repair and color change.Quality and fair pricing what more could you ask for? I will be back with more projects.Everything turned out perfect.
