The Round Rock team got me set up big time! Second time that I have been to this location in 3 years, and both times they have professional, courteous, and extremely helpful with my questions, and patient when explaining the work getting done! Made my truck grow 3.5 inches today and looks amazing! Thanks Round Rock crew!

Just want to give a shout out to Texas Tire in Round Rock they done an Amazing job putting a lift, wheels and tires on our 2023 Chevy Trail boss !! We Love it !! Thanks again to the whole team we appreciate all the hard work y all did yesterday to get it finished for us Before and after pics!!

Super efficient service. Had a flat tire over the Easter weekend. They took me in as they were getting ready to close. Ethan got my tire fixed in 5 min and the lady in the front desk (shame on me for not getting her name) didn t even charge me!!!! What wonderful, kind, capable people!!!!

Very easy to work with and great staff that will go out of their way to ask questions or get your opinion before final touches. Javier and his team are legit top notch! Would recommend!

Texas Tire is such a great place that there aren t any words to describe the service they render. Very helpful and informative. Attentive and engaging. They make you feel at home and sincerely assist you on your new tire's journey. These guys are really great. Me and my daughter left with the biggest smile on our face. Customer service is huge in our lives and they make you not regret spending your hard earned money with them. The staff was the bees knees. I will not go anywhere else to get my tires and accessories. Thanks for the wonderful experience you guys offered. Keep up the good work.

Noticed I had a small leak in one of my tires on a busy day (for myself) and needed a fix asap. Isaac was on hand to quickly find the leak and patch my tire. After patching my tire he gave me a quick run down on how long I should expect the patch to last and what my options were. I appreciated his quick and clean work and the overall lack of "pushy sales guy" attitude.This seems like a great shop and I'll be back to order a replacement for my tire soon.

These people are amazing! It was pouring rain, didn't even schedule, I needed one of my tires patched they did perfectly. They did not force me to buy a new tire like other places where they refused to patch it cause it was no business for them... I saved like 350 dollars! I HIGHLY recommend them and I will definitely be going back if I need anything else in the future.

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!The way I was treated there made me a lifetime customer.I'll have a Jeep Wrangler fully modified inside 5 years to ship to Costa Rica and I hope they'll still be there by then.The service was excellent and so quick that I was surprised.And, in addition, I could NOT have asked for a better price!!!

Javier, Cicilia and Jim were super friendly! I had a leak and they were able to get it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I went to Walmart to get it fixed and they wasted 2 hours of my time just to tell me that they can t take the lug nuts off because they were too tight! Texas Tires is THE place to go!! Awesome staff, and awesome service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Came and got wheels and tires. Javier was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I told him what I was looking for and he took the time to find exactly what I wanted. Quick installation too. They did a great job.

I purchased 4 chrome rims from them at a good price. Installing them I recommend you go else where. They wanted 180.00 to install, I went to discount tires and got them done for 130.00 balancing included.

I googled this place and was so thankful I did. My tire was low, and I needed to get my car inspected. Isaac checked all my tires and fixed my valve stem. He was very friendly and helped me feel at ease. This will be my go-to place for tires or repair! They actually care, which is hard to come by these days!!

Had problems finding 1 19 inch tire these guys are great were able to get next day decent price ended up getting 2 new tires for my Lincoln Mks. Thanks y'all

I got my tires from them just a few months ago they wasn t cheap at that time I was told If I have any problems with my tires just come back and they will take care of me. The balances was bad from the start at 60-70 miles per hour they started shaking. so when I returned from my trip I took my truck back to get balance and tires rotated every time they were booked up for that day. So I tried it again on Friday but they have change people and i guess they have a new boss now and he tells me a complete different story from what I was told by the first boss when I bought the set of tires. So the new boss tells me that he doesn t really do rotation on Friday and that I would have to pay for the tires to be balanced.so I tried to explain to him that my tires had never been balanced right from the start but he was not trying to hear that and he was very rude both times that I talk to him. I was fixing to go have them and put new tires on my wife car tomorrow. but after that experience with the new guy I will never spend another dime with that company. So I told him that discount tire treat people the right way so I will be sending my money with them from now on. Even Walmart treats people better. so people don t spend your hard earned money with people that disrespect you and treat you like your money don t count it do! Count!. The new guy needs to be retrained on how to make the company money and how not to run off customers. If it was me working there I would have done that balance for free because the company would have made a few more thousand dollars off me the next day because I was already approved for it. Good luck! new boss! you have a lot to learn about how to treat your customers are the company will lose a lot of money dealing with you. P.S. one more dissatisfied customer after another will surely take money from the company remember that boss!!.

The one one in Round Rock.I went in for a plug for my tire, it had a big screw in it. Isaac was very courteous and efficient. He explained what he was going to do. If you go in ask for Isaac, he is great. Thank you Isaac.

Javier was a boss, went out of his way to help me when everyone else was too busy or too cold. Hands down was my last resort but will never go anywhere else in the future.

Customer service here is top notch!!! They had me in and out quickly and without any worries! Fair pricing, easy communication and great customer service. Was able to get two new tires for a fair price and was out of there in 30 minutes!

I stupidly tried to tighten on the wrong size lug nut for my car, and it was Texas tire to my rescue. I tried everything to get it off my little red sports coup, thank goodness that they were kind enough not only to remove it but also replace it. Thank you Texas tire for helping me pass my inspection

Texas Tire took care of me and my kids! I called and needed a my tire patched and they took my name down so when I came in I was already expected. They started working on my truck not even 5 min we walked in. Great service!

Needed a valve stem replaced. They took me right away as a walk-in. The technician fixed the tire quickly, and they charged less than I was expecting. It was an overall great experience.

Went in today to get my tire plugged and walked away knowing I'd come back. They took care of it, didn't charge me even though regular cost would be $15 plus tax, and this alone had me happy enough to give further business. When I need to replace my tires, they will be my first stop.

Went in because I had a hole in my tire and they took care of it pretty quickly, staff was friendly. I would recommend others to just go here if you re looking for a small business tire shop that still offer high quality parts and service.
