I had a nail in my tire and had to get it fixed asap before I left for work. They were super accommodating and fixed it for me at no cost. The lady(forgive me for forgetting her name) was extremely sweet and i didn t feel intimidated at all when asking for help!

I am SO glad I came here. THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT!!! I really don't know anything about cars, and like so many others the thought of having to go to a mechanic makes me nauseous. So when I smelled gas in my car right before a big trip not only did they book me same day but they made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. Dallas and (forgive me I forgot her name) the lovely lady who was working with him both provided immaculate customer service and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my car, what needed to happen asap, and what could wait. This shop is worth the hype and I'll be coming back for sure!! Thank you Sun Auto!

Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. It would have cost me more to get my own oil and filters to do my own oil change. At no point did they try to upsell me to get additional work done! I will definitely be going back to them for future work that needs to be done on my car.

I love Sun Auto . I met Robert when the Louis Henna service first opened. He was so patient with me in explaining what I needed and didn't need. Several members of my family and my friends use Sun Auto. I've in the market for a new car since mid 2022. Robert really educated me on the condition of my car. He let me know that it was in impeccable condition and I should not rush to purchase a new one. Robert's staff must be hand picked to represent himself, because they are all kind and friendly yet extremely professional. You can't beat the service turn around. In and out ...... very timely.

I had 1 over priced experience and two almost OVERPRICED DIAGNOSIS!!1. They charged my 3rd party warranty $1006 and me $1500! For changing my starter (warranty paid for) me $1500 to change fly wheel! Over 70% of labor is already done and paid for by my warranty!!2. Email me a quote of $804 to Change out my purge valve! It didn t need changing! I had already changed it 10 months ago it took me 15 minutes!!!!!!3. My air intake valves were bad he quoted me at least $3800!! Wasn t 100% sure I had another shop change both valves for $600!!! With oem quality parts!!MY EXPERIENCE! I will never go back there!!!!?

Took my wife's car there because it overheated and cracked the radiator. $1903.00 later they replaced the radiator, the water pump, supposedly did a coolant system flush and put it all back together. On the way home it overheated again. It's important that you know one of the first things we said was that there was NO HEAT before anything had happened. A simple Google search would tell you to look to the heater core as the source of your problem. I assumed that when they claimed a coolant system flush had been completed that they would of done that as it is an integral part of the cooling system. THEY DID NOT! I had to have the car towed to another garage to have that work done. Not sure I even needed the water pump. Nice people but lousy mechanic. When you're paying what they charge for labor, you're paying for expertise and correct diagnosis. That did not happen here. I'll never darken their doorway again.Update: 1/31/24 Sun Auto asked for me to reach out to them directly in an attempt to remedy this situation. I did as they asked. We never heard back, no one suggested a solution and there was no attempt on their part to correct what has happened.

The best place so far to have your car serviced. The customer service representatives are the best. All questions I asked were answered in a satisfactory manner. Great discounts /professional services. I definitely recommend y all take your car/cars to Sun Auto for all kind of vehicle maintenance services. Best place ever. The girl at the Desk and the guy with blonde hair both did an amazing job with my car, I don t trust many people with my car but they went above and beyond helped me every step and made sure my care was safe before I drove it they also gave me a little discount I can t thank yall enough I will be coming back and recommending yall to everyone I know

I came in on Saturday, March 2nd to get a brake evaluation, full synthetic oil change, and tire evaluation. Victoria checked me in and communicated with me throughout the entire process, even while I was out on errands. I was not only able to get those done, but also a coolant flush and a new engine air filter. Thank you Sun Auto!

Sun Auto Service is by far the best mechanic shop in the Round Rock area and Austin surrounding area. My car was stolen and when it was recovered they were very prompt on getting it fixed. Constantly communicating with me on the process never making me feel like I was bothering them with my phone calls and questions. Dallas stayed late so I could pick up my car. Brought my car back to them for an unforseen issue and they had it fixed in a flash. This is my mechanic now and will be for future cars. Thank you Sun Auto Services.

My wifes car was dealing with a sensor code due to the fact i just replaced a part and the cars computer system needed to re-learn the part. I called several shops, most did not pick up or they put me on hold for more then 10 mins. I called Sun Auto because somone recommended them. Robert immediately picked up. I explained to him what i was dealing with and what i needed done and that i was out of town and my wife would be the one bringing it in. He was extremely helpfull and patient hearing me out. He did exactly what we had talked about and did not try to up sale anything to my wife. This will definitely be my new go to spot when i need somthing fixed on my vhehicals that i can not do my self. Robert has gaind my business.

My Mom went here today for an Stabilitrak error on her Buick Encore, and Robert helped her quickly find out she needed a sensor, she went and bought it and he put it on for her. I truly appreciate Robert and his team for helping my Mom.

Late November 2023 I took my vehicle in for the earliest stages of oil seal concerns. They returned it as pictured- oil bubbling out of my engine while at idle.I have visited this shop several times, and have been a bit uneasy after two visits, especially this most recent one. While repairing my oil leak, caused by valve cover damage, It appears they re-used an old seal and it failed. This caused a steady leak of oil on to my belt, which flung it through the engine bay. It is seriously concerning to consider how long this could have gone unnoticed, if one was not attentive to the underside of the vehicle.While the work was fixed under warranty, I will not have this shop to work on my vehicle after this. The front desk gentleman was extremely polite and courteous during the follow up, but this is simply too concerning.

i came in for a coolant leak diagnostic on my 2018 bmw 3 series... i was told that i needed to replace thermostat, coolant reservoir and waterpump and was quoted +$2100 to fix the issue and assured that this would fix the coolant leak. after getting the car back a week later, as soon as i drive the car off, i get a message that im low on coolant so i immediatley turn around and return the car. the mechanic then attempted to argue with me that the car was not leaking, when i could clearly see coolant leaking. they take the car back and keep it for another week. i then recieve a call about a "new leak" they found or that the diagnoser missed, and that they would have to replace the part free of charge because it was something they missed. another week later i pick up the car and drive off...later that same day the low coolant light comes on again. i call robert and he tells me to return the car the next day. after returning the car the 3rd time, they keep my car for another week because trying to find the problem and also their garage door behind my car was stuck. i finally get a call after almost a month of having my car from robert saying that theres a coolant leak deep in the engine and that his mechanics are not willing/ dont have the tools to do the job and that there was nothing more he could do. heartbroken, i pickup the car with the same problem i brought it in for, and take the car back home $2000 poorer. currently pursuing legal action. robert has told me they officially no longer work on BMWs pics below are my proof my car was still leaking coolant after service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. the waterpump was not replaced and they claim the the old parts were already gone before could be saved. i even read reviews before goin there and the receptionist convinced me that they had a apprentice mechanic at the time and now thier head mechanic is back and she assured me not to worry and that my car would be fixed smh

I ve been struggling for a while getting my Kia taken care of. I laid it out for them and they did what they could for me in a minimal amount of time. I am back in the road now, straight shooters, good guys. 10/10

Robert was very helpful in diagnosing my car's misfiring. He also doesn't talk down to you if you don't have a lot of car knowledge which is always appreciated.I had some ignition coil issues, and after quickly but carefully finding out which one it was, he took the time to walk me through what was happening. He also walked me through the pros and cons of replacing all versus one, without pushing me in either direction like some car shops.I appreciate the quick, helpful, and honest work! Thanks again!!!

I found myself in desperate need of auto repair on a Monday morning. I was referred to Sun Auto Service and I am so glad that I was! Robert and everyone else who I dealt with were very professional and kind. My car was repaired timely and I haven t had any issues. Updating my review and sharing my experience with Sun Auto.I went here again to fix a control arm issue. The control arms were replaced. I took the car and within a day it started making large clicking noise and also the car was really shaking at each turn. I checked with the team and drove the car somehow to the shop, after checking again I was told that there is another control arm which BMW has and that also has to be replaced which will cost me another $1400. I was told the reason for the sound is because of the difference in the age of the new and old control arms and everything will be fine after they replace the other control arms.As it was taking them few days to get the part, I took the car to another shop who deals with European cars. He diagnosed and found that the axel shaft bolts were under torqued.The bolts cost me $50 which was replaced and the car is driving fine now.I cannot trust Sun Auto anymore, will never be taking my car here again. Either they don t know how to properly work on a BMW or they did a mistake in fixing my car leaving it in a non drivable state even after checking it twice !! -Good customer service and friendly staff !I stopped by due to a flat tire. They checked me in and patched the tires quickly.Services: Transmission, Tires
