Nick is great to deal with and knows his stuff. He answered all my questions about a handlebar upgrade for my ElectraGlide and also performed a 3 hole oil change for me while he had my bike. Nick gave me the exact price ($200-$300 less than the other quotes I got) and set my expectations for how long it would take. Good news is that he finished a day ahead of schedule and I was riding by the weekend. I'll be taking my bike back to him for anything else I need.

Nick was a nice guy for sure, and the quality of work was acceptable, but it seems that they bite off more work than they can chew because I had my bike in for very minor issues and it sat in the shop for over a week. Ultimately Nick and I narrowed down the problem right over the phone which tells me they gave my bike very little attention otherwise. Once I got home I noticed some dirt and grease spots in various places as well, not really all that worried about that, but just adds to the diminished image. Trustworthy and standard quality, but if you send your bike there ya might want to give it a big hug and kiss first as you won't see it again for a while

In this day and age, it is very hard to find an honest person much less an honest mechanic. Nick at Shamrock Cycles is the real deal. He met and exceeded my expectations. He made time for me and executed with precision. Thank you so much Nick! I will absolutely be back.

I was referred to Nick and the boys at Shamrock by several Harley owners that I know. Being a new Harley owner, Nick had every opportunity to hit me with a sky high bill and I wouldn't have know the difference. Long story short, less than $100 later, my bike is running better than ever. Nick is honest as can be and has a great team of mechanics. Go see Nick with confidence.

The small shop is excellent. Nick is awesome and honest. Will only do work that is needed on your bike. He will work with you for the bike and price. Fantastic couple of dudes trying to make a living. I will continue to take my bike there until I can't ride anymore.

Nick is a true professional! I took my bike there on a referral and I m very glad did. As minor as my work was, he still took the time from his busy schedule to look at my bike, talk to me about options, call afterwards to tell me what he found, and then finish the job in time for me to pick it up the next day. Top quality work, too!

I've taken my Sporty to Nick for a couple of years now, and after having just gotten an '09 Fat Boy, I made a beeline (well, I took the long way) to Shamrock Cycles to have it checked out and modded. Nick takes the time to explain what's going on and why and operates with full transparency. Some mechanics I've dealt with exploit a person's lack of expertise, but Nick patiently presents everything in a way that someone who's not proficient with motorcycles mechanically can understand and appreciate. You can't help but learn and enjoy the process when you enter his shop, and when you leave it's on a better version of your bike than the one you rode in on.

Nick and his shop have done wonders for my Dyna. I highly recommend the shop for dyno tuning. My bike runs night and day different since I have had it tuned. Every gear, every RPM range runs much smoother and the power is fantastic!

He will work with you and explain everything. He will also show u the old parts and new parts. Had work done almost a year ago and haven t had problems since they fixed it. Which means they fix it right the first time. He also went over the bike for me since I just bought it. I will only take my road king here to get work done when ever it needs it. And now that I just got a 883 this is the only place it will be going to as well. Even over the phone they have great customer service and always willing to answer any questions.

We have done business with Nick at Shamrock for several years now. He is always a pleasure to work with and (according to my husband) knows what he is doing when it comes to bikes. He has always been more then fair with pricing and has shown a great deal of integrity and honesty. Never doing work that does not need to be done, and more then willing to help out when he can!!! I know some of the "other places" in town have a NAME, but Shamrock is the ONLY place to take your bike for repair or service (and you will not have to hand over your check book!!!) This is also a great way to support the local business man in the Austin area!!!

Shamrock cycles is the one place constantly recommended to me and for a good reason. Throughout the entire process the staff have been kind, courteous, and bent over backwards to help me. THIS is how business is done, and Nick is a legend when it comes to Harley's. I wouldn't soon let anyone else touch my bike but Nick at Shamrock. He even went out of his way to take my bike for repairs even though he is very busy. Did I also mention he comes highly recommended from ASO, Austin Sportbikes, and the Harley Dealership?

The Harley dealership tried 3 or 4 times to tune my 08 dyna. Shamrock got it running better than ever. Great shop, great guy, great price and man he knows his stuff!

Can remember asking Nick why he was better at dynoing my sportster than a "motor company" tech. His response sold me. And what a difference it made. He not only explained what he was going to do, he even got me on the dyno and showed me a really amazing process.Well, the outcome was beyond my expectations, he not only got the bike "purring like a kitten"...he also got it "roaring like a lion". Excellent horsepower and torque gains. If you want a master tune, there is only one place to go....Shamrock Cycles and Performance.

My 08 road glide's engine was shaking really bad. I took it to Shamrock on a Thursday and I had a ride coming up that Saturday morning. Nick said that they would have it ready for me by EOB on Friday. When I arrive on Friday my bike was ready to go like he said. They knew exactly what the problem was, and they fixed it. You can't ask for a more knowledgeable team than Nick and Brian. If you're having problems with your Harley, take it to Shamrock.

Referred to Shamrock cycles by a long time friend, took my Street Glide in for a major oil leak in the primary, come to find out it needed a new main drive gear bearing, Nick suggested to spend a lil more and get the Baker tapered roller bearing kit to eliminate future problems with my stock bearing, worth every penny and gained mph on the BIG end!!!

Nick knows his stuff and it is wonderful to be treated respectfully as a woman rider. Something that is all to rare when dealing with Harley mechanics!
