No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Then an older guy who came to help was very rude and just simply giving me a hard time for no reason. I ve been to the Sam s down south and was never treated this way. I will not be going back to this location for any car services.

These guys have zero time sense. Took my appointment at 1pm. Waited 30 mins to get checked-in and then waited for 1.5 hours, still my car was not picked. After 2 hours went inside, got refund for everything and came back. Don t ever think about going to this place if you value time.Horrible customer service and they didn t even apologize for the delay. Made a mistake by not going to Costco.

It took several failed attempts to schedule a tire rotation over the phone, I had to go to the store -where nobody was at the tire desk. Waited and waited and finally made an appointment for 3pm today. Got to the garage door at 3pm and was directed to check in inside -it took 30 minutes to check in and I was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. It has been 45 minutes and my car is still parked outside. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO IT!!! I ended up leaving it wasn t worth wasting an hour and a half for a free tire rotation WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Called 3 times. First time they just hung up my phone. Second time, they picked up the phone and I asked a question, they tell me to hold on but then hung up the phone again. Third time, they also picked up the phone after a long wait and then ended up the same thing as the second time.

They don't cover your car seats when they work on them, and covered my intire light colored leather seats with grease!
