This place is truly amazing; I've been with them for over 2 years now. The folks there are always friendly and ready to guide you on what you need. Great service! The whole staff was helpful and earnest. I went in for a coilover adjust to fit my new wheel and tire set up. Jake was the tech that gave plenty of TLC of my car to keep the look and the fitment to match up with a safe ride. Fabian and Cameron gave a straight forward quote that I appreciated. All together I'm a satisfied customer.

If you are not using Rush for your auto needs, you are going to the wrong place. Jon is our go to person for my entire family. Great communication and courtesy. My 2019 F250 drives better after they replaced the steering than it did driving off the dealer lot brand new.

Honest repair shop. Went in for alignment and they explained options and made recommendations based on what would be necessary rather than what would make them the most $$. Watched them do the same thing with multiple customers while watching a movie in their comfortable (leather recliners) waiting area.Will definitely return when need service again.

I took my vehicle in on a recommendation from Discount Tires. Discount couldn't remove my lug nuts and told me they were cross threaded and 8 of 10 on one side of the vehicle needed to be replaced. I made an appointment and showed up at that time. They took my vehicle in promptly and started to look ut over. Ten minutes later they came back and handed me mykets and said everything was fine and they were able to remove the kug nuts and nithung was wrong with my truck. I asked what I owed them and he said No Charge. They have a really nice waiting area and free wifi. I will be using them in the future.

Continuously honest and fair quotes. As a single woman who doesn't know too much about automobiles, I have never felt like me and my wallet are being taken advantage of (a crucial point for me when it comes to automobiles). They always take the time to thoroughly explain the situation, give me all my options, and answer ALL my questions.And look they even work on RVs!!

I needed a wheel alignment for my car and Rush Automotive was sent as a reference. Rush Automotive didn t disappoint. Not only did I get a wheel alignment but an oil change too. Their pricing is reasonable and I didn t have to break the bank. The staff is friendly and informative, and the ambiance is relaxing. If I m in the area and my car needs serviced, I ll go to Rush

More than anything, Rush has never given me a reason to doubt them. They explain what they want to do and why, they don't apply pressure to the customer, and they're clear and fair with their prices. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and they do offer shuttle rides if you have a longer job. Been going here for years and will keep going for years more.

Justin at rush was very attentive called me with updates and texted me with info and they got my alignment done very fast and also they do have a nighttime drop box very please with this shop would recommend to anyone

Just call them! Great service, very friendly! I got a full service inspection on my 2014 silverado. I was given the recommendations based on need and services based on mileage. You choose the services you want and they take care if it with no push to sell you a service. Very happy I went there.!

Went in for help with coolant system. Need to just be able to get back to Oklahoma. Guy (wrongly) told me my coolant system was "full of rust", then did none of the tasks Id come in for, like cabin filter, filling up coolant....I was sent on my way with NOTHING having been done. It was NOT RUST, it was stop leak. So i was sent on my way with a vehicle less road worthy than when i showed up.I was forced to drive on highways unsafely, risking overheating, and had to get all the way home to Oklahoma where they were willing to actually help me.I don't know if the guy was actually that ignorant, or outright lied to me because they didn't want to deal with a leaky old car, but either way : LEFT ME IN DANGER AND MISINFORMED. It would have been one thing if they'd done ANYTHING on my list of tasks, but nope, just misinformed/ lied to after sitting waiting for an hour, and sent on my way.Seems like a play pretend car shop to me.

Great service, pleasant atmosphere. In and out in under 30 minutes for a wheel alignment on a last minute notice. Car tracks straight, steering wheel perfectly centered - it doesn't get any better than this.

I've been going here since moving to Round Rock in 2016. They've always done a great job. They're friendly, sincere, and right to the point in what work needs to be done and what you can hold off on. Highly recommend them. The few times I went somewhere else, I was disappointed.

I went to 3 other places before landing at Rush Automotive and man I wish I had gone here first! Our 7yo was messing with what he thought was the child lock on our driver's door and ended up messing up our ability to lock the door. First place wouldn't even look at it because they're "booking out through December", 2nd place only had 2 techs on staff today and couldn't take 5 min to see if it's a quick fix, 3rd place said they would have to take off the door panel and likely replace a part that would cost over $400 and over $200 for the labor, costing a total of over $700 after tax and I wouldn't be able to get on the schedule for 3 weeks.At the recommendation of a friend, I took it to Rush and they said it would be a few hours but could give me a ride home and come back to pick me up to bring me back and it ended up being a quick fix like we thought it would be! Rush will have our business forever because of this! Thank you so much for helping to turn a very frustrating day into a wonderful day!

Good group of staff and techs. Very customer friendly and take the time to inform me of work to be done and results in very common language. Provide printout of what specs were before and after work done.

This shop has a reputation in our neighborhood as being utterly trustworthy and doing good work. That is exactly why I went there and I was not let down. If you want to go somewhere and not get screwed over this would be the place. Thanks guys I appreciate you.

Took my car in to get an alignment this morning. The office staff were nice & welcoming. Service was quick and I appreciated there was a waiting area that was spacious and comfortable with a TV while I waited. They also offered coffee and water.

I recently took my Scion xD 2010 to Rush Automotive in Round Rock due to a coolant leak issue, and I had a fantastic experience with their service. Kenny who assisted me, provided excellent customer service and addressed the problem effectively.Upon arriving at Rush Automotive, they attentively listened to my concerns and quickly started the diagnosis process. He demonstrated great expertise and skill in identifying the source of the coolant leak. Based on his findings, he recommended replacing the thermostat and its housing to resolve the issue.Throughout the repair process, Kenny kept me informed about the progress and provided updates on the steps being taken. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt confident in his abilities and trusted his recommendations.The replacement of the thermostat and housing was executed flawlessly, and I was pleased with the overall service provided by Rush Automotive. These guys at Rush are great. Blew the head gasket on my car, and though a replacement engine was not something worth replacing. they were upfront and professional all round. They were courteous, prompt and understanding. Good dudes.

my favorite repair/auto shop i ve been to so far!! they are honest and genuine people and don t make you feel like it s the absolute end of the world when something needs to be done to your car. Juan is my favorite, I recommend him, but everyone here is great and timely!!

Great experience! They didn t try to upsell unnecessarily, they were honest, polite and very professional. Best part, they called when they were done, not at the end of the day because you hadn t picked up your vehicle yet. I will be returning.

John Lee has been helping me deal with various issues on my truck for roughly a year or so. I heard good things about this shop but have brought my car here twice and neither time did they have any idea what was wrong and wanted to charge me 400 just to look at it. Both times I brought it elsewhere and the shop knew what was wrong pretty much right away. Most recently my ABS light came on and they were like we don't know what's wrong we need to do 400 diagnostics. Brought it to a shop in Georgetown and they saw right away it was (imagine that) the ABS module damaged. Turned out my Ford explorer is known for that.
