Great first-time experience @ your Toyota. Rebekah is amazing! So professional, considerate & attentive to my needs in the service of my vehicle.Tech is great too as demonstrated in the video sent of his work. I ve never been sent a video explanation after any service detail & I ve had my truck done @ Toyota since 2007.I will definitely return however, one detail that is somewhat disappointing is the lack of the car wash! I know it can be time consuming but a very nice touch.Thank you so much for your work!Imelda

Bought my car here last year, went this past weekend to get my first oil change. Super nice and helpful staff. The waiting area is also very clean and the free coffee was great. They send you text message updates about the progress on your car, overall fantastic experience!

I've always been nervous about going to a dealership to get my vehicle service. I usually work on my vehicle but since owning a new car I had to learn to trust them. With Round Rock Toyota I actually enjoy going to get my car service. They have an amazing team of advisors and techs. If you get lucky you might get Enrique or even Curtis whom i had the opportunity to get help from. If you ever have any issues or concerns Evan the manager is quick with a follow-up. I enjoy the video feed they send me as they work on my car. 2 cups of coffee and they're usually giving my keys back to me. Amazing service here.

I had a great experience while in service for my 30,000 mile service. Dalton Woods done an excellent job with getting the work done in a timely manner.I like having service done a Round Rock Toyota and have done so since moving to Austin.There was a bit of a hiccup on my previous visit but that was a result of an employee issue. I was happy that I was contacted after my last visits review. I was worried that something had changed and I would have to search for a new place for service.Keep up the good work and I will be sure to contact Dalton for my next service.

Great service! Very professional and patient. The mechanic recorded a video with every step of the inspection, explaining every detail. Scott s professionalism is outstanding! Shawn was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Round Rock Toyota Service and Parts.

Enrique was an amazing service advisor, and Round Rock Toyota is definitely a place I recommend. I have bought two vehicles from them, and the staff is amazing to work with. Even when I had an issue that needed to be researched, they stuck with me and finally figured it out. Highly recommended.

A little long this time. A 6:20 appointment, and got out at 8:40. Just a 50K maintenance. But, greeted immediately. Service was polite. Treated nicely. But, i got used to 60-90 minutes. Especially with a 6:20 appt.

Greetings to all. Round Rock Toyota is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. You can schedule your appointment knowing that all associates will be very aware and knowledgeable about your visit. They work well as a team and converse with each to ensure that you are taken care of at every level and also doing their very best with the resources available to insure prompt service. Always know that every effort is to provide the best service while considering your valuable time. Rebekah is my professional service advisor and I will continue to go there because she displays that I care attitude! Following a tire failing I came here for service. I was jerked around for several hours of arguing about warranties and waiting for a new tire and only after Toyota corporate got involved did anything actually happen. Several of the people I interacted with were kind and polite but it was extremely shady how they attempted to get me to pay extra beyond my warranty. Many of the workers here seemed content to lie while smiling to my face and while I can understand wanting to leave early on Friday that s no excuse for the absolutely abysmal service. Prior to this I have never been treated poorly at a Toyota and I would advise anyone reading this to go to literally any other service center.

I ve been a customer of Round Rock Toyota Service for many years. In the past there were some rocky moments, especially when trying to book an appointment. Now that has improved greatly. As with most companies it is the employees who make the difference and everyone I have contact with at RR Toyota has been great. I really like the walk through videos done by the person servicing my car.

Be prepared to ASK very specific questions to your service advisor. They offer a prepaid Toyota service package for oil changes & tire rotations that is a huge savings. But this package is only offered if you happen to notice the sign. I asked going in if there were any special offered or discounts available and as told no. Then was offered 15% coupon. When checking out I saw the Toyota Care prepaid offer sign which was more than a 35% savings. I asked why I wasn t told about that in the beginning and he replied you asked about coupons . So I stood there for 30 additional minutes while they reworked my invoice to honor the prepaid offer.That said the work was completed and the actual service tech was very good.

Staff was friendly as always. I really appreciated the video walkthrough of my service. There was a strange gas smell when we got home, so we drove back and a service technician was kind enough to double check everything and ensure the vehicle was safe and sound - it was nothing to worry about, part of a gas line flush. Great service

This visit was great. Enrique was my service coordinator and he gets the 5 stars. I appreciated his listening to me and assessing the situation with an unhurried and thoughtful manner. I got the standard texts, but he also had face to face discussions with me about the work, like in the old days when service was a courteous explanation , not a text from a robot. I felt like he cared about what he was doing.

I have no complaints with the service department. However, I am very disappointed that my brand new 2024 Crown Platinum s touch screen needs to be replaced already. I ve only owned the car for one month, parts are on back order so I have to drive around with no touch screen and no backup camera. Jackie Sousares

Honestly, they are nice and quick service (obviously depending on what you get done). They send you videos explaining what they are doing with your car. And they send everything electronically to sign so you can just get your keys and go when ready. I choose to come back to them instead of where I bought my car from for these reasons.

Juan, it was so nice to meet you and have you in charge of my vehicle, when a little tiny screw decided to cause unrepairable damage to my tire! Even though y'all didn't have a tire in stock, one was received the very next working day and was promptly mounted and put back into operation on my vehicle!I'm am so impressed with y'all's entire operation and way of conducting business! Hopefully I won't need any further "emergency" services from y'all BUT if I do, I know I will be in GREAT hands, because of employees like you!Thank you so much for your level of dedication and care! The service area and the waiting lounge are clean and organized. Each tech works on the vehicle records and uploads a video for customer s review. Every person I interfaced with was helpful and treated my vehicle with care. Megan is a great service adviser. She requested a ride for me. She answered the phone when I called and replied to my text messages promptly. Thanks, Megan!

Overall, I'm happy with the service except for the waiting time. It would be nice if you provided round-trip shuttle service instead of just one-way. Other than that, I am happy with the service.

Round Rock Toyota has always taken care of any maintenance needs in a timely fashion. Evan and Enrique take customer service to a whole different level. I highly recommend them and the service technicians are top notch and do the job right the first time.

Waited 2 Hours after my appointment time before my car was even on the lift and being worked on. Got the update and saw my car drive by. Still wasn t notified by advisor my vehicle was finished until 30minutes. 3 and a half hour - 4 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection top up. Never coming here again. Only reason for 2 stars was nice employees. My usual (out of town) dealership usually takes maybe an hour if that for the same services.

Scheduled an appointment for new tires with rims and sensors. Quote was really high but felt it s Toyota and it s OEM. Took almost seven hours and wasn t ready till I was going to be late for my other appointment. Got my car and on my way home noticed my tire sensor light was on. Called back to know what happened, then realized service wasn t carried out but I was also charged for this. This is the worst Toyota location ever.

I m especially happy that their service department starts at 6 AM. Working full-time makes it difficult to get some tasks done during the week. I scheduled the first appointment of the day, and it was very convenient, and quick. I was able to get back home before I normally start work at 8 AM. I find them to be always friendly and efficient. I like having my car serviced at the dealership because I know I m going to get OEM parts and the most knowledgeable service professionals.

I bought my vehicle from this dealership less than two years ago. I took my vehicle in last Wednesday for a scheduled oil change along with my routine maintenance at 20k. I was informed *today*, five days later, that they never actually performed my oil change. I saw another review from two weeks ago saying the same thing happened to them as well. I was initially told that the work had been done, as I had waited a couple hours, but come to find out that I was lied to. The service writer who called me this morning gave me a number to call to schedule another appointment, but it was still two hours before anyone responded to my multiple messages. I recommend finding any other dealership rather than this one. They obviously do not care about the quality of their work or any standards. They are dishonest and unreliable, I can not recommend them in good conscience to anyone for any reason. Here's a picture of the sticker they put on my windshield that says my next service is at 25k, despite the fact that I still have the same dirty oil in my vehicle.UPDATE: I returned to have my oil change done and it turns out that the service advisor did not actually do the multi-point inspection that I had been told was done. They checked all the boxes without actually working on my car and lied to me about it.
