1000% Recommend them. They treated me with respect the whole process of the way all the way from the sales person *Jesus* who was very knowledgeable over the tundra I ended up buying, to the finance manger *Danielle* she explained everything throughly And made sure I understood every warranty we went over. When you come in I recommend working with Jesus and Danielle.

I recently purchased a 2023 4 Runner from Round Rock Toyota and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and our sales associate, although seemed new, wasn't pushy, which was a nice change. We did encounter some minor issues, but Danny, the manager, validated and promptly addressed them and ensured we received our second key and missing headrest in one trip.Despite a slightly longer than expected wait to meet with the finance manager, our whole experience lasting over 6 hours, the exceptional service and swift issue resolution made the overall experience outstanding. Round Rock Toyota's dedication to customer satisfaction sets them apart.I highly recommend Round Rock Toyota for a seamless car-buying experience. Thank you to Danny and the team for making our purchase a positive.

My daughter got in a car wreck, hit from behind, and of course, her car was totaled by her insurance company. We went to Round Rock Toyota to search for a new to her car, and Joshua Kaufman was our salesperson. He was professional and very attentive, and he answered all my daughter s questions. She was concerned about safety, and he patiently walked her through all the safety features of the car. He s a great team member and, in my opinion, an asset to your dealership. Thanks for a great experience, Josh!Also, David in Finance was very helpful and nice, and he walked my daughter through the whole process. Thanks David!

I bought a car a few weeks ago from Brandon B. Everything went ok until it came to tinting my car. They messed it up so bad I can t believe they would even give me my car back. They also left one of their rags in my car. Brandon blamed it on them being busy. I live 73 miles from the dealership and I had to come back the following weekend to get it tinted. I called Brandon and let him know it was messed up. He told me he would try and find a place closer to me but after 8 days of waiting I had to call him. His excuse was again that they were busy. So I tell him I would like a phone call with his manager and him. He told me they were too busy again. Then I had enough and told him since he got his five stars it s clear I m not a priority anymore and he needs to make me one since they messed up. I asked for the general managers email and they refused to give it to me. They said they would give him a message to call me but it has been two days and I have heard nothing. If you go there don t let them tell you that you have to buy tint from them. They will ruin it and will do nothing to help you! So very disappointed in them.

Aaron did an amazing job with finding me the right car to fit my needs and expectations. He was patient and made sure at the end of the process I was completely happy and satisfied with my purchase! Mario, also played a part in making sure everything ran through smoothly and checked in throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Toyota for your next purchase. Make sure to ask for Aaron, he will take care of you, and make sure you are completely satisfied and happy at the end!

My initial experience in 2020.with Toyota was less than impressive, however I can give grace for the pandemic era. My latest experience in 2024 blew my expectations out of the water. I had top tier service without the fake schmoozing and straight talk with numbers instead of needless up selling tactics, yet was really well informed of all of my options, including some options that were more advantageous for me as the consumer than the dealership. I appreciated the nice and respectful discussions, no pressure approach and the general ease of doing business. Definitely a better experience than other dealerships nearby. They could use an improvement to coffee bar/ snack areas as the true time at the dealership is always multiple hours. Overall, would recommend.

Wanted to leave a review on my experience with my car purchase. Sam Motamedi was the salesman that helped us. He was very friendly and a great help. I definitely recommend him and Round Rock Toyota. Sam Martinez at financing was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time going over my options to add value and piece of my on my purchase. Love my Camry. Will definitely come back to see them for my next car purchase. Thanks for everything.

If you re looking for an honest, no pressure dealership, Round Rock Toyota is the place to go 10000%. Literally the BEST experience I d ever had all thanks to our wonderful saleswoman, Keh mar! Upon arrival, she greeted us at the front desk and made us feel extremely welcome. We got there like an hour before closing, but Keh mar still took the time without rushing us AT ALL to help us make the best possible decision. She literally told me that she wanted to help me get my dream car, and that s EXACTLY what she did. I drove off that night with the Toyota 4Runner OF MY DREAMS literally all thanks to Keh mar!!! PS: she also gave us a goodie bag with chocolates (CHOCOLATES SHE PERSONALLY BOUGHT), tee shirts, and a cute mug.

Max is one of the best and easy going sales guys around! I felt totally at ease during the whole transaction and he was willing to help me get the car (and price) I wanted. Overall, a great experience with everyone at Round Rock Toyota and highly recommend checking them out!

Purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting task in this post pandemic era especially dealing with sales when you know exactly what you want. Well at Round Rock Toyota it was quite a different experience. Kudos to Tyler W, he made the sales process smooth and efficient. He answered all our questions and his customer service was top notch. Alex Stewart was our salesman and he was the best car salesman experience I've ever had. I had no intention to buy today, but after he worked very hard to get me the best deal, I felt comfortable to buy. He even threw in a cooler and other swag! I highly recommended him as your salesman, especially after my awful experience at Honda Driving off with a new 2024 Crown Thanks Alex!!!

Just recently purchased my 24 Camry from Stan Sneed and although I was hesitant he took the time to break things down, had patience while I was trying to decide, and let me know I really didn t have to purchase. The one thing that made it easy to purchase was the hard work he did to get me in the car and explaining things to me. I appreciate it and I love my purchase. Thank you Stan for making it easy although a long process.

Best auto buying experience we have ever had. Anakin listened to what we wanted and made it happen quickly. He and Justin both worked to make the sale of our new 4Runner go as quickly as possible. Peyton in the Finance Department was also great to work with. We are VERY happy with Round Rock Toyota!

I had a salvage title with negative equity, and they understood my predicament and helped me get out of it and into a new car for a fair deal! The negative equity still transferred over but it was MUCH less than what any other competitor would have given me. Super thankful for their willingness to help me out of that situation!

If you re looking to buy a car whether it be used or brand new. Round Rock Toyota checks all the boxes on customer service. They are friendly and helpful in every part of the car buying experience! Taylor Peterson set us up with one of his best sales people which gave us the absolute best car buying experience for a first time buyer!10/10 I ll be making sure my family only buy from Round Rock Toyota.

100% would recommend this dealership. The whole experience was AMAZING AND EASY!!! ASK FOR Kehmar Me and my finance had been shopping around for over a month till we stumbled upon Kehmar and this dealership. Zero pressure to sell, TONS of inventory, and a very smooth process!! Just sitting in my new Toyota Tacoma this morning thinking about the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely zero regrets on my purchase. I am thrilled. We had been shopping around and walked away from some vehicles due to pushy, dishonest sales personnel. We arrived at Round Rock Toyota with information, clear idea of what we wanted, and our invisible battle armor. We were looking at some trucks when Morgan Roberts walked up. He was so pleasant, so laid-back, no pressure. I should note, we had our dog, and made sure she was included in the process. :)I never felt rushed. I never felt like he tried to sell me something I did not need nor want. He listened. He explained things. We looked a few different vehicles. We took our time.The whole process was easy, smooth, and I felt like he had my best interests in mind. The the actual closing/buying process with Randy was super quick and painless as well. I highly recommend working with Morgan Roberts at Round Rock Toyota.

This Toyota is worth 10+ stars! Jackson sat down with me and listened to all my needs and wants for the truck I was looking for. He took his time to go over ALL my options and what was available as well as what the timeliness was for something having to be brought in from another location. Not only did I get EVERYTHING I wanted, his exceptional service went way beyond my expectations for a "car salesman". This location is NOT pushy nor do they want you to take a vehicle you won't LOVE. The managers I spoke with (customary) were also informative and knowledgeable with the vehicle I was looking to get into. I now proudly own the truck I wanted with more features than I could have expected and am NEVER leaving Toyota and no matter where life takes me, THIS location will continue to have my business and respect! HIGHLY recommend going here!!! **Also, thank you to Adam in the financial area for all you did to make my deal complete!**

My experience at Round Rock Toyota was great! This was my first time buying a car and I was nervous about the process, but Sam who was the salesperson assisting me made me feel super comfortable the entire time! He was extremely patient with me, let me ask him all the questions, and even made sure that everything was smooth sailing after the purchase. Financing with Grant also went smoothly, he explained everything to me in a way that I d be able to understand. I highly recommend Round Rock Toyota for your next purchase!

Had an amazing experience with Branden! We hooked us up with a brand new 2024 Camry! He was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Even though it was a busy Saturday he kept coming back to communicate with us where we were in the process! We appreciated all his help, I could not be more relieved with how easy he made it!

I recently purchased a 2021 RAV4 and I am in love with it. Before I even came through the door, Melissa DeLeon was at my side helping me along this process. She was very helpful when negotiating and was able to get a reasonable deal for my vehicle. Their finacial agent Joe was very helpful and wonderful to work with, he was patient and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Toyota!

I had a good experience buying a car here. The people I worked with (Jesus and Phil) were friendly. We went on a Monday and they were very busy, so it took quite a while for us to meet with the finance manager. I believe they mentioned they were understaffed that day. It took us 6 hours total to leave with the car. Overall the experience was good, I just wish they would have done a better job of explaining the numbers and asking me more questions. At one point they presented me with numbers, but just handed me the sheet and didn t explain anything. I had to be the one to ask questions first, then they would take time to answer and explain. Them Being a bit more proactive could have made my experience go from good to better.

Had as good an experience as I could hope for as my first Camry had to be traded in and a new car purchased. Rcvd good value on my trade compared with other offers. Lauren, my sales person, did a great job finding a car for my needs and working through the numbers. And my finance person, Mr. Martinez, effectively negotiated my interest rate down with the bank. Very pleased with the results.
