This place is my go-to place for my Nissan Altima. I get my oil change every time here. They always do a good job. This time it was Abraham and he took great care of my car. Very pleased with them.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I cannot begin to thank the team at Round Rock Nissan Parts! They went way above and beyond what was expected. I had called and ordered a couple of bolts. When i went to pick them up, they ended up being the wrong parts. The team then spent another 20 minutes with me to locate the correct bolts.Fantastic team!! Thank you Round Rock Nissan Parts Department!!!

Always check your parts!! They had a sale on parts back in February so I picked up pads and rotors for my Frontier, since I would be needing to do them in the next couple months. I entered my my Year/Make/Model and VIN. When I went to replace the front brake pads they were the wrong size. Sent in return request over a week ago, no answer. Saw on the website that they don't take returns after 30 days. I sent in request for clarity since this was their mistake, if there were any exceptions still no answer.

Worse experience ever. I ordered a Cargo Trunk Cover almost 3 weeks ago after trying to order it in person and was told they didn t make it for my model truck...how? When you can clearly see one should ve been on there, so I went on they website and ordered it myself.Going into 3rd week...I haven t heard anything nor do I have my order. I been sitting on the phone now going on 30min. Whatever my vehicle don t have, it s not gone have if I gotta order or go through Nissan... Ridiculous!!!

I would like for whomever replied to my last review to please re-read it, as I never complained about price or aftermarket parts. My problem is that I entered all my vehicles information correctly, including my VIN and still received the wrong parts. I was asking for clarity on the return policy, since it was the parts departments fault. I was also disappointed it has now taken 3 weeks with no communication from the parts department

Had a terrible experience at this location. I picked up a valve cover and the part was priced higher at the place than it was online. The lady at the counter was nice enough to change it, but acted like she was doing me a favor. If you advertise something online for a specific price, don't mark it up at the store, its a bad business practice!A week later I went to return the part. I waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes while two guys were looking for a part they could not find. They were cussing up a storm in the back, loud enough so anyone at the counter could hear. Good thing nobody had their kids with them. Highly unprofessional.Finally, the gentleman asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted to return the valve cover I purchased a week ago. I told him that nothing was wrong with it, i installed it and changed my mind after i saw my car had oil in the spark plugs and some other issues. He said he could not take it back because it was installed. I asked him to show me where that was stated on the return policy. He could not. I then pointed to the invoice where it shows in big bold letters that you can return this part within 30 days and there will be a 25% restocking fee. I explained to him that retailers charge this fee so when they turn around a sell the item at a discount because the item not "new" anymore, they would not loose money. He said it wasn't up for discussion and told me to go find Mike across the street. He didn't call Mike and talk to him, he didn't page Mike to come over and talk to me, he just sent me on my way because he didn't want to help me. He had more important things to do than attend to customers needs.The service was terrible, it was very clear that customers are an after thought. Will never shop here again! Stay away! Amazon and Rock Auto are much better choices for car parts.

Had my car throw a code. Auto part store told me catalytic converter or O2 sensor. Called Nissan parts and told $2600 for the part. At auto part store, same part, $300. Can you say that Nissan is pretty much screwing you over. Bad enough you charge crazy money for labor. But to jack up the cost of a part $2300 over market. I have been bringing my 2015 versa to you all since you sold it to me in 2015. Guessi need to stop going to you all because you a bunch of greedy ppl. Going to start taking my car to regular oil change place from now on.

I bought a 2019 frontier Nissan pick up in February 2019. The battery goes dead in November 2020 and should still be under warranty. Somehow, Nissan wants me to bring the truck in to check the electrical before they will warrant the battery. The battery that is dead so I cannot turn on my truck. So Either I have to buy a brand new battery or have the truck towed into the service department. Neither of which will be covered. So much for the warranty!

Don't ask for help from the parts lady she is rude and disrespectful...Makes you think what happens after you buy a Nissan from this dealership.

Part department is the worst no one is ever at the counter and you have to wait 30 min for anyone to show up, but you can hear them talking out loud.
