After the service of oil change and state inspection the tire pressure light showed up and next day both the tires gone flat.I called immediately and they started explaining me all nonsense for which I m not responsible.I ll never visit this location and this is the second time worst experience I faced with them, earlier one is with the battery.After this some nonsense guy will call me and again will start explaining the process and procedures. These idiots don t know that will not help when the vehicle is with two flat tires on my driveway.Worst customer care

Really bad service!! I have my 2019 hybrid honda accord bc have the engine light on nd the diagnostic was (THE PLASTIC OF THE TAIL LIGHT IS BROKEN) and they charge $150 to tell me something ridiculous. And they took all the stuff from the glove department and they threw everything on the floor, and left a mess. This is how I found my car after pick it up!! Inaceptable!!!

I have been a loyal Honda customer for 10+ years. And the service department is part of the reason why. I recently had to take my car in for a recalibration. Joey Gonzales was my service advisor. He was so professional and attentive. He didn t make me feel like a number but like a customer that needed help. He got me taken care of as quickly as he possible could and I greatly appreciated that. I will continue to be a loyal Honda customer for years to come due to service like that.

Round Rock Honda service is the best! Making an appointment was easy. Joey Gonzalez was wonderful at keeping me updated throughout the process, he provided information about cost, parts availability, and estimated time to complete the repair. The repairs were done more quickly than I expected and it cost what he said it would cost. I highly recommend Round Rock Honda service.

I am from Louisiana and was in Texas at the Austin hospital with my sister. My car broke down in Georgetown after hours so I had it towed. Edward Lopez was great about keeping me informed and was very patient with me getting back to Texas. I would definitely recommend using them.

My experience with getting the maintenance done on my Pilot was excellent! Nadia checked me in and was super helpful. I loved the fact that I was sent a video of everything the mechanic did to insure me that my vehicle was in good hands. The waiting area was very comfortable and supplied with coffee/drinks and snacks.

My experience was very positive. Scott was an excellent rep. He was very professional and courteous . Work was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the work specified, as well as a few additional services needed. Other staff were also friendly and courteous.

Everything was fantastic. I dropped my vehicle the night before. I received an early call while my car was being checked in. Allen checked my service contract to ensure me that my services were covered. I received a video from the technician showing the inspection that was done and how all of my levels and measurement were good. And my services were handled very quickly and finished within an hour of my appointment time. Everyone was gracious and helpful when I arrived to pick up. Excellent service.

I don t normally leave reviews, but Allen was amazing. I was told it would take 2-3 hours to work on my car. It did not, I waited in the lobby area which was nice and peaceful. And Allen took care of my car, was nice, even washed it, and the ease of paying and out the door was worth the wait.

I went on line at noon and got an appointment for 2:20. I had a very nice lady meet me at my car. In 2 hours my car was ready. She explained everything they had done and moved a car so I could leave. Painless and prompt!

The facility looks modern and well managed. The staff greeted me with smiles, which makes half your grade when working with customers, and energy in the room is a positive energy. Heck, I might stop in there from time to time just to eat a sandwich so I feel better about my poor food choices.

We have used RR Honda's service department for the life of our 18 yr old CRV. Maintenance has gotten us years of life with our vehicle. We were given an estimate & explanation of work that need to be addressed. No pressure to do immediately. Scott was our adviser & provided a clear overview. I can t recall ever having a problem with repairs or our service contact.

Edward was my service advisor. Super nice. The Uber option to go home and get picked up to bring me back to pick up my car was awesome. Eddy called me about 2 hours later and said it was finished. Quick service.I got a follow up call the day after my service, and they were just checking in to see how everything went. I really appreciate that as well.

The advisors only recommend the repairs that are absolutely needed for the car. They won't push services on customers if the cars do not need these services. I have dealt with 4 or 5 different advisors over the years and each one of them is the same. They are very courteous, professional and only recommend services that are required by the car. The waiting area is also clean and well stocked with coffee and some light snacks. There is also free guest WIFI for customers in the waiting area, which was uninterrupted, decent speed.

Round Rock Honda Service was impeccable. They were able to get me in on time, as well as service my vehicle quickly. Even after serving my vehicle, I was able to text the service person with a question that they answered promptly. As a new Honda owner, I am definitely happy with the service and manufacture.

I have had the same issue repaired with local mechanics in the past, but turns out, those were just bandaids. They never got to the root of the problem!#1) I appreciate the fact that I was able to make an appointment within the same day!#2) I pulled in for my appointment and was greeted by Juan. Very friendly & polite gentleman. The best part, he had a gut feeling he knew what the issue was. Still needed the technician to confirm it. But he was right! So he s smart too!#3) They offered me an Uber to get back home since my car would not be ready until the next day. I greatly appreciated this since my husband was at home sick.Overall, it was a quick and easy process and I m so thankful that they were able to take care of me quickly and get me back on the road!

Round Rock Honda Service department has a great service department. Mr. Sanchez ensured that my appointment was timely and provided top notch customer service. Although they have a waiting room, they offer an Uber to take me home and pick me up, which I love so I don t have to take too much time away from work. Round Rock Honda s Service department is highly recommended!

The service was clearly outstanding . I needed a new key fob programmed for my vehicle . Jared Steede the Service Advisor provided outstanding customer service from the beginning until the end. He kept me informed about the progress of the work performed .He even showed how to operate some features on my new vehicle . Jared , went beyond the call duty. I feel comfortable about bringing my vehicle in for service in the future.

Mandy was incredible! I came in for tire rotation and alignment and she was off to the races. She looked over my tires and let me know that I really needed tires. She explained all the reasons why and showed me what was going on with them. She explained how the tires could be the culprit of my issues and that needed to be addressed or the alignment was pointless. She pulled up 3 different tires with pricing so I could make an informed decision. Notes on the recommendation page helped a lot. Plus I texted and called and she was on top of that too! She also went above and beyond with coordinating inspection (free) of my entire vehicle. She applied coupons and discounts! She was so knowledgeable with every question I threw at her. The service guys were awesome too! They sent a video of their inspection underneath the vehicle and discussed every bit of it as they went. I felt informed and that they actually cared about doing a great job here. I also felt confident with my decisions and wasn't sick to spend my money because I knew they were going to do a thorough job!

Always a very good experience using Round Rock Honda. Prices are comparable to third-party mechanics but you know you re getting the right parts when you use Honda. My service writer Ray did a great job. Kept me informed providing an easy pay online option which made pick up a breeze.

Made an appointment for my yearly inspection.I told my service agent that I had to be out by a certain time. He assured me that I would be ready to go. He actually got the job faster and I was on my way to the appointment.Great customer service.
