I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new CR-V! My salesperson , Maddie Holman, did an amazing job helping me find a great fit. I ve always been nervous going into dealerships as I am young and feel that I d get taken advantage of. Maddie was very informative, funny, and sweet. The process was easy, efficient, and FUN! If you re looking for a new car I highly recommend Round Rock Honda and ask for Maddie!! You ll get a great car and a great friend

The idea of trading in my Honda Cr-v was a little overwhelming but Branda made the experience a whole lot smoother. I loved her enthusiasm, I was extremely satisfied with my new Honda Pilot and her services of course. I had an excellent experience shopping for a new car and purchasing an Accord Hybrid at Round Rock Honda.I m thankful for my salesman, Lee, for all his help during my first car shopping experience. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and periods of uncertainty, but Lee was always so helpful, thorough, and patient. I shopped around at other dealerships, but Lee was far and beyond the most professional, considerate, and helpful out of all the salespeople I met at other dealerships during this process.Thank you as well to Joshua in finance who explained the entire financing process so expertly and was patient while I researched and weighed my options. My first time car buying experience went more smoothly than I could ve ever imagined thanks to Lee, Joshua, and all the fantastic folks at Round Rock Honda!

I highly recommend the AMAZING Round Rock Honda team! Mr. Lee Hunt understood exactly what we were looking for, and he found the perfect car for us super quickly! He was VERY knowledgeable, and he was able to determine which features were important to us. I had a ton of questions, and Mr. Hunt was very patient and answered all of my questions in a way that made sense to me. Mr. Josh Scruggs walked us through our financing and helped us customize our coverage to meet our needs. He gave us time to think about and discuss our options without feeling pressured. Overall, this was our best car-buying experience by far! I m so grateful for the Honda team s professionalism, courtesy, patience, and efficiency! They actually made the process of finding and buying our car enjoyable! We will absolutely be back for our next vehicle(s) in the future!

I went to Round Rock Honda this past Saturday I had an appointment with Radley Fietkau he was the sweetest man, you see I hadn't bought a car in 20 years and didn't know what I even wanted. I drove 3 cars before I decided on my new HRV EX-L there was no pressure from him he was so helpful and showed me all the electronics and what they do he was so patient. My last car was a standard and had no frills it was a 24 year old prelude. Honda makes the best cars if you want something that lasts buy a Honda and their employees are so nice and helpful.

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey at Round Rock Honda on 1/23/24. Great experience all around. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted before stepping into the dealership and that s what we ended up with. Colby was the sales person we worked with. He was helpful, forthcoming and attentive. He was personable and easy to work with. We enjoyed working with him. The vehicle purchase process can be somewhat exhausting so it was nice that we were offered bottled water and coffee. We appreciated that as well. Having said that, it was the easiest experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

I have never been to Honda in Rock Rock before and decided to stop by to see what was available. I was greeted my Branda who was very welcoming and understanding. I was able to test drive a vehicle with her and I had an amazing experience while I was there. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with what I was going to decide on and didn t push me to do something I didn t want to do or make me uncomfortable. Branda is very personal and understands what you are looking for and is there to help you with exactly what you need. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO GOES TO HONDA IN ROUND ROCK!!!

I had an amazing experience working with Branda. She was very transparent with me, and prioritized my needs/goals over simply trying to sell me a car. In other words, I could tell her goal was to help me, which I found incredibly refreshing! She listened to my concerns and made what could have been a stressful experience an absolute breeze. I left the dealership without any doubts, which is the complete opposite of how I felt the last time I bought a car. I haven t purchased a car from Round Rock Honda yet, but I plan on coming in again when my wife is back in town!

Purchasing a new car can be stressful, scary, and frustrating, so if you are looking for somewhere where you can feel at easy when doing so then Round Rock Honda is the place to go. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I felt comfortable and could tell they were doing everything in their power to help me with my purchase. They got me into the car I really wanted and I m so happy with it. Everyone there was amazing but Maddie, Garry, and Dustin went above and beyond to help me, which I am so thankful for. If you are looking for a new mode of transportation they are the best, and I m loving my new Honda CRV!

My car salesman Corey Mooney is a breath of fresh air!! He is patient, kind, easy going, and honest. I appreciated that he kept me updated in the process along the way. Ben was an amazing sales person, he literally made my son s day with his amazing work. Ben took his time and explained everything clearly to my son and the best part Ben was not a pushy salesman neither which I loved he made sure that we were comfortable with our new vehicle and our payment. My mother s birthday surprise was accomplished by the best sales associate, Trish Scheffer! She is top notch, she listened and it was just plain meant to be. She helped make our online transaction happen in a few hours. She was on it and understood although I was not in the same city she was going to get us what we needed and wanted. She made the experience so smooth and easy - YOU MUST use Trish, she will find a way. She played along with the surprise and she even took a video to capture all the gushy happy moment! Thank you thank you Trish and mom says thanks too! I will recommend you to everyone interested in buying a car.

One of the better places in the near Austin area to buy a Honda from. Went to 2 other locations in the area and they just made it feel like business with no personality or personability. But here at around Rock Honda i had one of the best times shopping for a car with my Sales Agent Madison aka Maddie. If you want someone that s going to make you feel welcomed, a good laugh, and the Honda knowledge this is the person you want to see. She made this experience fun, personable, and made it to where i wasn t talking to an order taking robot. She introduced me to the Sonic Gray Pearl color for the civic and after that there was no turning back #Bray. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I ve had and probably one i will never forget. All the jokes and laughter during this process made it so easy and warm welcoming for the car, and the best part? She actually kept me updated on the car and constantly messaged me to keep me on track with the civic which is amazing. It was supposed to be here between the 11th-15th but she worked her magic and got it here 2 days earlier then the earliest time getting to me. She killed it!

He was great to work with, which is saying a lot since I was dreading the car shopping process. We love our new car and would highly recommend! Also, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond. Great experience. Colby N. Made the buying and trade process very easy. Did the majority of the paperwork over the phone and then I made the drive to Round Rock (7hrs round trip) and he had everything ready. Even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. In and out in a new car in about 2 hours. I ll be buying my next Honda from Round Rock.

Wonderful experience purchasing a new car at Round Rock Honda. Started with Radley who was very professional and fun to work with, but we came in late on after work on a Friday. Brenda helped us out and was wonderful. Probably one of the quickest and most smooth car buying experience, ever. Everyone stayed late, the dealer closed while we were finishing up our paperwork, got the car washed and gassed up and we didn t even know. My son was so happy to get his new 2024 Civic .after some convincing. But Branda and everyone that worked with us made his first car buying experience easy. We couldn t ask for anything more.
