Very unhappy with my Round Rock Collision experience. Dropped off as an insurance claim for 2 curb rashed/ bent passenger side wheels. Repair took two months which is ridiculous itself, but they returned the truck with paint splatter all over the opposite side drivers wheels and my Lexus has a death wobble at 60 mph. When I picked it up, I though the black paint on the wheels was just brake dust so didn't think anything of it since the other side was the repaired side. After a couple of washes, I realized it was permanent. Contacted my service rep and he said he was going to refer it to a different guy. Both of them blew me off. Tried to contact many times, with no response. In short, horrible experience with both the quality of their work and their customer service. I went there because it was the only Lexus authorized shop. Go anywhere else.

Had the pleasure of working with Veronica Rodriguez on my 2016 BMW 320i. Had an incident with front bumper damage due to hitting a racoon. Work done ended up being great and meet my expectations and was able to get a front license plate holder added. Only issue was a bit pricey and maybe took an extra week long but Veronica kept in communication with me throughout the process. Would come back if needed but hopefully I don't need to... *fingers crossed*

Round Rock Collision has always been my go to since early 2000. These guys have always done an excellent job in ansld out. Chris and Diana along with the rest of the crew made sure they handled everything accordingly and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. I was so excited to see my car back in her original form along with it be shiny and clean. Love love love them and it's the only way to go.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!Their staffs are liars! Not transparent and deceptive!I took my vehicle 2022 Lexus RXL 350 for a damages caused to the front bumper in September, 2023. I specifically told Albert Jorge that I wanted him to use only ORIGINAL LEXUS parts for my vehicle. He agreed and told me that he could only use the ORIGINAL part if the INSURANCE company allowed. He sent me the estimates to repair the vehicle using only ORIGINAL PART from LEXUS. I called my insurance and I promised to pay out of pocket for remaining balance.I told him specifically that I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE ALL OLD PARTS TAKEN OUT OF THE VEHICLE. He promised to hand over to me the OLD PARTS after repairs is completed.He estimated $15,000 plus to fix my car which the insurance company paid him asap. He confirmed the payment and promised to start work on the car.After 2 weeks, I get no call, I called ALBERT JORGE and the ROUND ROCK COLLISION company several times but no response. I took time to went there to see the progress on my car. To my dismay, they have not started working on my car. We needed to order all original part from Lexus he says. I asked him why didn t he call me to let me know. He rolled his eyes. Sad!After another 2 weeks, with no feedback from him or the COLLISION CENTER, I went in there again to see what s going with my car. He lied that they have been trying to reach out to me. Pathetic! I asked him about my car. We need extra money to buy extra parts he says. I called my Insurance company about this and they promised to pay them. The insurance company sent me a receipt that they have paid ROUNDROCK collision center. I called roundrock collision center and they confirmed the receipt.I went in there for the 3rd times when I didn t get a call from them. When would my car ready I asked. Give us another 3 - 4 weeks. Alberts says.I waited and waited for several weeks and no calls from the collision center and ALBERT JORGE. I went in there in November, 2023 again to see the progress on my vehicle. When I asked about my vehicle from the help desk lady, we were waiting on $819 from your insurance before we can complete your vehicle she says. I asked for ALBERT JORGE, he is on sick leave and I can get the general manager she says.Mr Zimmerman came in and was like Your car is ready but you are owing $819 he says. I asked him why didn t I get a call from the company. We are about to call you he says. He brought the car to me and I asked for the OLD PARTS that was taken out of the vehicle. We trash everything he says. I asked to talk to ALBERT JORGE WHOM I spoke with about the vehicle. He is out for another 2 weeks he says.Then, I asked him about the amount that they said I was owing. He went in to checked it and we just received the money just now he says. I knew the money has been paid long time ago but he lied to me that they just received the money on that same day. Lie Zimmerman!!!Till the time of writing this review, I am yet to receive my car for 2 reasons:1. Their refusal to hand over the replaced old parts and2. Albert Jorge is still on sick leave and there is no one in the company to reach out to him about this situation. Sad!I m bring this to BBB and filing a case with the state s insurance department..DO NOT REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE AT ROUND ROCK COLLISION CENTER.Service: Body & Trim

We were very pleased with the excellent service we received at Round Rock Collision in Dec of 2023. Veronica was very professional and caring she was very prompt with her response to our questions as she stayed in touch with us anytime we contacted her during the process.We were pleased with the repairs to our Highlander from a hit and run incident and are happy we chose them to take care of the body work on our vehicle. Impressive service by Round Rock Collision Center who was referred to me by Lexus as a preferred vendor to do body work after a woman hit my car in a parking lot. Their customer service was excellent even when I brought my car in on the wrong day. They happily accepted it and got me on my way. They interfaces with the insurance company quickly and efficiently so work could get approved and started. My service rep called me frequently to update me on the progress. They completed the work in just a few weeks and delivered the car back to me in beautiful condition. I highly recommend them.

Gabe and the other staff at Round Rock Collision Center were incredibly helpful. My car was towed there after an accident and they were incredibly professional, communicative, and just gave me the feeling of wanting to help. They gave me advice based on their past experience that was very helpful. Hope not to need a collision center again, but if I do, they're my choice for sure.

For 3 months after the hail storm rendered my car undrivable, I got absolutely nowhere with getting my panoramic sunroof replaced. I finally called directly to the collision center next to the dealership, and the manager spoke to me directly, and immediately started the process of getting my car repaired and ready to drive. Her name is Michelle Perry. She kept me in the loop on every move during the process. I was very pleased with the outstanding job that was done with my car. She even arranged for me to go next door and have my car inspected. It has not been driven in 4 months. I had to have an inspection before I could get my registration. She made that so easy for me. I will recommend them to anyone who asked me. Thanks again, Round Rock Collision for helping me through this process, and doing such a nice job.

Gabe was my advisor and made the whole process of getting my 2023 BMW X3 fixed seamless. He was communicative, attentive, and extremely helpful. He worked with my insurance (AllState) and there were no issues. I highly recommend Round Rock Collision Center. These guys know what they are doing!

I've had my car worked on twice here and both times have been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it took longer than I'd like to get repairs completed but that is mostly due to insurance and waiting for ordered parts to come in. Only complaint is the inside of my car was left with a fine white dust all over. That was annoying, I wish they had done a better job cleaning out the car when completed but everything else was fine.

If you are unfortunately involved in an accident with your BMW, the only fortunate part is RR Collision Center can make it look like new. These guys are the best in Austin. What more could I say?

I feel that the customer service was lacking. When the problem first occurred with my car I couldn t even get ahold of them. So much so that I had to go in without an appointment just to get my car looked at. Then when I dropped my car off I never got an update unless a begged for it. More unanswered phone calls and unanswered emails. However, the final product with my car was fantastic.

Although the repairs took much longer than I hoped due part supply issues, I was ultimately happy with the work done, and the car looks great. Management worked with me despite the inconvenience and my estimator was regularly communicative with updates.

Our car was getting work done on the back bumper from a minor accident when the hail storm came through. Our car had the bumper taken off and we were waiting for parts arrive. The car was totaled from the hail storm after being left outside over the weekend. The manager, Kevin Zimmerman, was not only rude and condescending to us but he also withheld money from us. I received an email from Veronica that stated "Sorry I didn t mention that there was restocking fees for the parts, a total of $493.85 and 5 hours of labor for tech a total of $295.00 so that is taken out of the insurance check we have." We could understand the tech fees maybe even though the job wasn't done, but when asked about why they are charging us nearly $500 for restocking fees Kevin said "well who do you think should pay for it. Because we shouldn't have to pay for that." Considering our new car was totaled in their care Kevin could have out of good faith waved those fees but instead made an incredibly difficult situation for us even more stressful. I would never take my car here. Kevin and the management do not care about their customers.

I normally don't write reviews but I just wanted to thank Round Rock Collision Center. They literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. VERONICA R who helped me deal with insurance went to bat for me! (State Farm Insurance is the worst to deal with). She handled them like a champ. I also wanted to thank the collision manager, KEVIN Z and KIM T who helped me get my car back to running shape. I know having a wrecked car is the worst but they made this experience wonderful. I bought my car there and now repaired, and will continue doing more business with them.Ohh and my car repair was great! They even detailed my car, so it's cleaner than when I brought it in:);)

No updates on my vehicle. My insurance has paid them and showed proof and I continue to get ghosted by this company. Working with Albert Lopez has been completely frustrating and working with his manager Kevin is not any better.I'm paying 600 a month for a BMW that I can't use because they have it hostage. And when I call and email I get no responses. They are the bottleneck and the reason why my vehicle is not being repaired.Filing a complaint with the BBB. Look elsewhere!!!

The experience here was so positive. You work with one person throughout the process. They coordinate and communicate well with the insurance company. And they proactively kept me informed throughout the entire thing. I can't say enough good things.

Had the unfortunate luck of needing body work for two family vehicles but because of such a stellar first experience I drove the second all the way from Dallas to have the repairs done here. Good things come to those that wait so be patient. This place uses dealer parts and at times not all parts are available so this delayed process however, I was in no hurry so it was worth the wait. My car ended up looking like it was never in an accident. Travis took care of me and communicated with me through the entire process, he was very professional and wrote up an estimate quickly which helped the insurance company get the claim paid faster. Hopefully I will never have to go back but if I do I will take it back to this place. Thanks again!

Had my car taken in for an estimate almost 3 months ago and I've called/e-mailed about 10 times to get in touch with the person who was slated to do my repairs- not a single response. Receptionist just keeps telling me 'idk :)' I was told that the repair tech was on a short leave, but is there no one else? Why did no one tell me? He's been back from leave for a month now, and still nothing.Edit: ended up taking my car to Joey's Body Shop in Cedar Park and he is so genuinely nice and knowledgeable. Super glad I found him.

I had taken my BMW for paint less dent removal to Round Rock Collision Center. Their quality of work, professionalism in handling the overall incident and timeliness of response is outstanding. While other repair center were taking 3 weeks to do the initial damage assessment, Round Rock Collision center promptly gave an appointment to assess the damage and complete the job with in the next few weeks. I interacted with Veronica Rodriguez at Round Rock Collision Center and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you and Keep up the good work!!

After being "fixed" by this company, my car is making horrible sounds and vibrations that are only getting louder as time goes on. These issues are DIRECTLY caused by the poor body work done on my car. They are not mechanical as the car is practically new.They IGNORE my phone calls and voice mails. I paid them almost 14 thousand dollars (via insurance).. and now they can't be bothered.Veronica was very difficult to work with. She was really nice until I signed the authorization release to have them work on my car, and after it was rude emails once in a while to "update" me. The work took nearly 3 months.When I picked up my car, it was a mess, covered in white dust from sitting in their body shop and the interior literally had plastic parts missing and spray painted with random markings.Now, a year later... and the car is trashed and drives poorly from the "repairs" and these guys can't even answer the phone.They also lie about using original Honda parts.Check out their Yelp reviews for the real story on how customers are treated..They practice insurance fraud as well... Ballooning the estimates to make their money. They do not do quality work!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DISHONEST BUSINESS. Travis Marullo, was the "estimators" that did a walk through of my car damages with me.-I was in a collision a few weeks ago where another driver hit the side of my car and hit me from the back and caused severe damage to the whole right side of my vehicle.I pointed out to Travis that as soon as the driver hit the back of my car, all of my sensors and backup cameras starting malfunctioning and sounding off noises that would not turn off. He said the only thing we can do is to put paint on top of it. And that he couldn't replace the full bumper because it was "Too much work" and they aren't "liable" to do that/ insurance company won't approve it. I reiterated to him that a quick paint fix wasn't going to fix the dent in my back bumper and damage he did to the sensors. I told him I wanted to make sure the bumper was taken apart fully so they could see any other damage that was happening from underneath the bumper. Travis then started to roll his eyes and talk over me loudly. I politely asked if there was a supervisor I could speak to if he wasn't going to take my request seriously to look further into the damage. He then laughed at me and told me "why don't you take it somewhere else then?"That is then when I went inside and asked to speak to supervisor to explain my concerns. As soon as the supervisor came outside with me to inspect the car, Travis changed his whole demeanor and acted like he was doing his job to look good in-front of his peer.After a few days, Travis called me to tell me that they could only give me $400 towards fixing the back bumper AND I would have to take it to a different body shop because they aren't going to be liable for it. He was acting like this the car insurance's problem and he couldn't do anything about it. Instead of replacing the WHOLE BUMPER like they should they are trying to finagle their way and intimidate me to settle. A new bumper for Lexus (without including labor costs) costs around $2,000. I would NEVER recommend taking your vehicle to Round Rock Collision. Such a scam. I will be also reporting to better business bureau and filing a complaint with the state's insurance department.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
