Had my alternator go out suddenly. Called a bunch of places to get it fixed, nobody could do it same day for a good price. Round Rock Auto Care stepped up and had it back to me the next morning. They had a great attitude, treated you like a brother or cousin. Would definitely go back for any car trouble.

Ray got my Jeep in same day when it started shaking on me , on the way to work. He was honest, reliable and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle left in better shape than it did when it got there. His communication was amazing. We don t use any other mechanic. Only round rock auto center because of the trust we have in this team. They have always taken care of us and continue to do so each and every time. They have my husbands truck now for the ac and we have no doubt that it s going to be done honestly and correctly. Don t waste your time going to look for another shop. Just call Ray and let him take care of you!

Ray and team answered my questions on the phone, got me in right away and were honest and quick with a simple fix on an error from another shop. They have my business now and I will be back in the next few days to have some additional repairs done that I am due for. Thank you for being honest, friendly and up front with your customers.

Brought my car some months ago because I had my engine light on for a while and car wasn t shifting right. The guys over here were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Didn t take long to get everything fixed up and driving great again. Charles was especially helpful as well. Will definitely continue coming here.

I had Rob work on my 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Rob was fantastic. He not only did an amazing job on my car, but he was very careful and gentle with it. Rob has a tremendous knowledge, skills, and more importantly common scene to tackle any issue ay hand. If it can be fixed, he'll figure it out. Rob's customer service skills are also impressive. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work done right.Service: Electrical repair

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a shop. They had a fast appointment available. The check-in process was easy. They sent me a text verifying the repairs I requested and to approve before moving forward. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Very professional, great customer service, quality work.The local Mitsubishi dealership was unable to source parts to repair a seized brake line and caliper piston and got air in the lines after I took it in for a recall.I brought the car over to Round Rock Auto and they had no problem quickly sourcing parts and repairing the problematic lines and calipers.They also diagnosed and repaired old loose sway bar links that had been causing some noise.This is a great local auto repair shop!

My car was having issues with the brakes. I took it in here for a diagnosis. My experience from scheduling to end of service has been great. Both Charles and John were awesome with getting my car ready to go. I even had them do extra tests on the car, which they did with no reservations. Totally trust these guys with my car. It's was my first experience but surely not last. Will be back for any car problems.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Dishonest pricing and sloppy service.When I was getting my truck fixed they kept me up to date on repairs that they said were required. When I expressed concern about pricing they found an error in their billing that would lower the price to my benefit, although I doubt they would have found that error if I hadn t called them out. After they finished working on my truck there was a loose, disconnected wire on the passenger side floor. When I pointed this out they claimed I had put it there , although it was quickly fixed (reconnected and put in place) when I told them I had not. Finally when I started driving my vehicle I there was a loud grinding that didn t exist prior, which once again was quickly fixed after I went back and got them to.*Edited after response from ownerFixing mistakes after you make them is not repairing at no cost, that should be the bare minimum. If you actually were trying to work with me on pricing, say so. If you did do free work, tell me. I want to know what is happening with my vehicle. I would also appreciate if y all stopped calling and texting me, I won t take down my review even for a free oil change or something about new tires. It s not a disagreement about my situation, it s you trying to deny what really happened.

This has been the ONLY place I take all my cars and trucks to. I can trust the service or repair that is done, is done right at a good price. Charles and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile (like local family owned business) to insure I get the best service that I pay for. I recommend and refer everyone I know to them for any auto needs whether it's an oil service, new tires or brakes or even full service repair. They deliver.

Charles and Chris and their staff are absolute professionals. Super friendly clean place, but most importantly, they do great work on my cars. Came here because originally dealership had recommended some services and wanted to get a second opinion. They fit me in the same day and had my car inspected and guess what my car didn t need any of those services performed. Dealership said I need my power steering fluid flush done and my car apparently doesn t even have a power steering fluid. They were honest, took the time to teach me and took me out to the garage to show the underneath of my car and explain everything in great patience. No one does that and are great people to work with. Now they have a customer for life in me. I have brought my cars here for other services to be performed and very happy with the service. Charles and Chris have been amazing to work with and they literally answer every little question or concern of mine. They communicate clearly and there are no surprises. I trust my vehicles with them and they have been doing great work for me. I am thoroughly impressed with them and will keep coming back and will recommend to everyone I know.

The check engine light came on in my car for the first time in 223,000 miles. I hadn t found a mechanic in Round Rock since I moved here, and I called them based on the reviews. Christopher was patient with me, listened to everything I was saying about my car, and after looking at my car he explained everything he felt needed to be done to my vehicle; replaced struts, spark plugs, new battery, oil change, and a fuel induction service. Everything about my car is running so much better than it was before, and it passed inspection for one more year. Great job and very respectful. **review update**I had an emergency situation and I contacted Charles right away for an appointment. of course the diagnosis was quick and accurate :) thank you again for your amazing service what a lovely service! I am a regular customer and I fully trust the staff here. they are professionals who know how to communicate your car's problem in laymens term as well as transparent about the cost of the parts and how they want to fix it. Charles always calls to check up on your car to make sure it is taken care of. I have total trust in their service and professionalism!

had the pleasure of dealing with Charles and John to get my water pump replaced and exhaust manifold/gaskets fixed. They communicate extremely well and was very upfront about any issues and changes throughout the process. Very quick and professional. I 100% reccomend.

Called in today to get a last minute yearly inspection. Charles was able to slot me in 15 minutes after I called. Dang I was super lucky. He explained the process and answered any questions that I had. I only had to replace one windshield wiper and everything was green. I really enjoyed the service here as it was quick, to the point, and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Charles was amazing to work with and I will definitely come back again in the future! Great and honest. I LOVE that they have a flat diagnostic fee and they prioritize repairs: what NEEDS to be done, what should be done, etc and give you the choice. I ve used them for two of our four vehicles and we drive from Austin to see them. Great With communication and they follow up after service. And they warranty their work! Charles and Chris took took terrific care or of our vehicle, Explained everything they found in detail and could have saved our lives by finding the Fact that our tires were coming apart and it could have been a life threatening situation. Thank you guys for going "above and beyond"! Their prices were reasonable and and they had a quick turnaround and we even got the car inspected while there!!We highly recommend them to everyone and they definitely have customers for life !!!

Love the consumer service, they are very friendly and professional. We've been using them using on and off for a year. At one of our oil changes they mentioned that I may have a potential AC issue. Naturally I dragged my feet on the repair and my AC went dead 3 days before a road trip in 100+ degree weather. These guys saved the trip. They prioritized the job and got it fixed just in time. Its a great place and I will be continuing to use them in the future.
