If I could give Round Rock Auto Body 10 stars, I would. They are local, family owned, and they provide impeccable service.Debbie was incredibly helpful in navigating everything with insurance, and Paul is so thorough in the work that he does. My car came back to me after some major hail damage looking & driving fantastic.They were very transparent about what was going on with my car as it was getting fixed along with how long it would take. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work!

They are Amazing. I panicked because I'm not sure what auto body to trust. But after looking at the positive comments on them. 100% Confidant they Will help. They are on top of all communication. Along with help with Deductible if your situation calls for it.

They did a fantastic job. Much faster and more affordable than any other option. They replaced the bumper on my rx350 and did a great job, and the paint was a perfect match. Very happy with result and would highly recommend.

Well, the work didn't work out well. But it's not their fault, but the motor company's. I appreciate their efforts to figure things out. They are kind and honest persons. You can trust on them.

Had a good experience with them! Work turned out great! Had one issue found a few weeks after but they were very responsive and corrected the issue quickly. I will use them again if/when needed and will recommend them!

Great customer service and communication. Debbie was awesome to work with, explained the process and exactly what would be done. Top notch job done on significant hail damage and returned my truck clean and better than when I left it!

They were absolutely amazing with the minimal assistance I needed, and were so patient and communicative. Such wonderful and nice people! Should definitely go to them for any of your car needs! They take pride in their work and make sure you get the best of the best!

I had a great experience with Debbie and her husband. They gave me more information than my insurance company did, making the process much smoother and easier. I got my car back in two weeks when other shops wouldn't even take my car for a month. In addition, Debbie kept me informed every step of the way. The repairs look great and am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Round Rock Auto Body to Everyone!!Service: Body & Trim

This company deserves 5 stars. I had a couple of areas of paint chips and gouges that needed to be fixed and Paul was able to get me in, provide an excellent turn around and explained the process and expectations so thoroughly. I felt like a friend and less like a client. Ultimately, he got the job done and my vehicle looks amazing.Highly recommend!Service: Painting

Got into a car accident in my old 2006 Volvo S40. Since I did not have comprehensive coverage I had to pay out of pocket. Paul at Round Rock Auto Body gave me a good price for my repairs and was very understanding. Good person to do business with and will recommend to my friends. We couldn t be happier with the work done to repair the front of our SUV after it was damaged by a tire tread flying through the air on I35. This business kept us informed, was friendly and transparent about their work and it s cost, and was highly responsive to our calls and texts. The final product of their repair work is excellent. All I can say is, "WOW"! I texted for a quote, which was quickly responded to and the price given was very reasonable (what great customer service). They did a great job with the bodywork on my car (it looks better than new) and even set up a Saturday appointment to have the repairs done.I can't say enough good things about the service and craftsmanship. These are good, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking people who care. Having to have bodywork done on your car is never fun, but they made it a really positive experience. I was on my way to work and a rubber tire from a 18-wheeler hit my bumper and rip my bumper off. I called this guy looked him up in the phone book actually on my phone and he told me to come and he can get it fixed that day gave me a good quote and did a very good job it's been a week now. I feel the difference the car drive smoother I recommend this guy to anybody that need auto body work he's a very good person down to earth and do a good quality work I wish I can give six stars.

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call! I met a couple of the team members when I dropped my car off to be repaired and they walked me through the process of it all. Deb texted me to keep me informed of the status of my car and when it would be completed. She even stayed late one evening so I could pick up my car that particular day. Awesome experience you can tell the owner really cares about his customers and ensuring that the job is done quickly and well. Went out of his way to accommodate, the finished result was like new and completely detailed as well. Will be back, it s an easy recommend.
