Highly recommend and Excellent service mobile mechanic! The mechanic I spoke with was James. I was having issues with the starter on my Hummer H3, I called got a quote for labor to get the starter replaced. I was given a quote that was within my budget and I was happy with. So I got the part ordered, once I had the part I place a call to them and asked if they were still able to do this job, they confirmed the quote and through texts and phone calls we got my Hummer scheduled for two days out. James arrived right on schedule and started the job, within an hour he had got the truck back up to proper starting. Thanks again for getting my truck running! I will definitely schedule future upgrades and repairs with them.

I highly recommend Profleet mobile mechanic. James came out and installed a new fuel pump on my wife's car and it runs as good as when I bought the car new. James was very polite and knows his work. Great job and reasonably priced.

Late Thursday night coolant was pouring out of my engine. Friday morning I called a half dozen places that said it would be days or weeks before they could help me.My wife read about ProFleet on the Nextdoor app so I called them. It was now almost noon. We scheduled a tow, got it to their shop, it was diagnosed, quoted and parts ordered. I received a text message with a link, I processed payment and repairs were done at 4:15pm. Then they sent an Uber to pick me up so I could get my car before the weekend.I have NEVER experienced this level of speed, communication, and quality of work. Now I m planning to return for upgrades like suspension work etc. This is where I want to spend my money.

Our family was lucky to find James about 3 or 4 yrs ago. Since then he's serviced and repaired all of our family vehicles. It's hard to find a honest mechanic in Austin. I've always felt like I may be being taken advantage of. Not with James...He will tell you exactly what is wrong and give you a great price to repair. He'll work with you on pickup and drop off so you'll never wait. He's the best in Austin. Always a pleasure working with him. Found James as he was highly recommended by many neighbors on Nextdoor and I'm happy we found him. I reached out to him and he was very responsive and was able to get our vehicle in the next day and finished the work shortly after. I recently moved from San Antonio to Buda, Texas and needed to have some urgent work done on my car. It really couldn't have happened at a worser time. Being a student, I didn't have much money to work with, but I also could not afford to be immobile in a new city. I was referred to Mr. James by my father. From the start I received excellent service. Mr. James was helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be done with my car; and he was able to get my car in rotation very quickly. He finished the job quickly, thoroughly, and affordably. Mr. James went as far as replacing a taillight that was not even in my original service. When my car ended up having another issue, Mr. James travelled all the way from his shop to where my car was located, picked it up to take back to his shop, and fixed the issue free of charge. This last bit is what really solidified the fact that I will be going back to him exclusively to get my car worked on. I can honestly say, Mr. James does an incredible job. He is an honest and integrous mechanic. I am confident that anyone who goes to him will be very satisfied with his services and expertise.

Have been using James going on three years now. Have never had a bad experience. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. Recently James has done alternator work, replaced CV axles on two of my cars and replaced wheel bearings. He is always prompt and always does what he says. Can t say enough good things about him and highly recommend him for all your car service needs.

Gave James a call because I had a huge coolant leak somewhere and told him about everything I had tried myself and he told me about a hose close to my throttle body directly on top of my thermostat in my 95 F150 302 and I located it and took it off and sure enough it was that hose that was leaking the entire time. He told me to see what replacing that would do and if it was still having the problem he would come look at it. What do you know? It worked! James is very knowledgeable and trustworthy!I have used James many times for different repairs on both my mom s truck and mine as well. Every time he has been very quick, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and always had a great price. He s worth every penny! He s my go to mobile mechanic. I would recommend him to anyone!

James was an absolute lifesaver over the past weekend. He came on Sunday to replace a wheel bearing on my car. He did all the work that day and had me back on the road. He is honest, courteous and reasonably priced. He didn't sell me on other types of work. He just diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. I highly recommend his services! James will do his best to try to accommodate your needs, which for us was usually same day or the next day. Prices are fair and I love the fact that I can have a receipt/invoice sent by email to keep for my records. Furthermore, James was able to fix my car noticing the issues were simpler than what other mechanics or car dealerships were telling me it was, hence saving me quite a lot of money. Thank you for your services!! Will call again when needed. :)

James was amazing. I was in a bind with both of my vehicles being out of commission at the same time. He called me back quickly and then showed up promptly and took care of one vehicle way faster than expected. He then made a plan to show up and fix the 2nd vehicle a few days later. He did the repair without issue. I would highly recommend. He is professional and very reasonable with rates.

James is a great mechanic! Very nice man, changed my brake pads and rotors quickly at my house for a better price than taking it to the shop. I highly recommend his services! He even came back and gave me some free hubcaps to replace my missing ones! Awesome experience, 6/5 stars.

James has worked on my truck over the past 3 years, and has always come through with excellent service and work. He has saved me over a thousand dollars or more by being Honest and advising what was needed to be fixed when other shops quoted all kinds of unnecessary service. Honest as the day is long, truly. So excellent mechanic that sometimes I drive to him for small, quick things. Once he had accident and stood by his work to repair fully at no cost to me. I live in Cedar Park neighborhood where he does work for many, many neighbors. Cannot possibly fully state the integrity James displays in all he does. Can't go wrong, no gamble, he always does what needs to be done. A mechanic/person you can count on. Rare these days and appreciated.

James helped me change my timing belt. I tried to do it myself, but since it was my first time, I had him come over and check everything. He was very patient and even helped me over the phone later.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him! He has done my brakes in the past and he always does a great, fast job. He is very professional! You will not be sorry!

I called over there because we have a truck that we couldn t get started and it s been sitting for a few weeks. I spoke to James, he told me to get our battery tested first and make sure it s not that. He was extremely nice and helpful over the phone. We had already tried to jump start our car several times and it had a new battery in it so we didn t think that was it, but we followed his advice and took it back to the shop to get tested. Sure enough, it was the battery! We will definitely be calling back for anything else we need for our cars in the future.

James did a wonderful job with helping me replace my alternator, since i didnt have all the tools for the Job. The dealership quoted $165/hr(labor only no parts), and told me it would take half a day to get my car back!! He did it $100 flat in under an hour, professional and personable! Took my concerns into consideration and checked to see if the alternator was truly the problem. I will definitely be coming back!(Disclaimer, I purchased a new alternator before hand.)

James is just Great, called in on Saturday 7.30Pm and he came to my house at 9.30 am Sunday morning to fix my car. My brakes were giving me a hard time and didn t want to risk driving and he came in fixed the rotors and my break pads he advised to change the caliper if I wanted to make sure everything gets fixed and he change the brake fluid as well never pressured, very knowledgeable at what he does and I couldn t be happier. Fixed everything in less then 3 HOURS and my car was back to normal. JAMES your Awesome !!!

James was great and easy to work with. Due to my hectic work schedule, I actually never met him in person. We texted and spoke over phone. He gave me the best quote out of the others I had called, was honest and very polite. I left the parts at my car. He showed up, quick and gave me notice, I payed over the phone, and bam...my car is fixed. Thank you, sir!

I was experiencing overheating issues with my 2006 Nissan 350z. James isolated issue and replaced radiator in a timely manner. James is undoubtedly the best mobile mechanic there is. He's worked on my car a couple of times and every time he's done a spectacular job. The most recent job, he checked on me the next morning to see if my car was fine. I don't think any other mechanic will do that. Thanks James!
