Went to pick up new bulbs for headlights & a rear wiper blade. Payton went out of his way to help me & ensure I had the parts I needed, then he went out to my car & installed the new parts! Super thankful for him & his help today! Would have taken me much longer than it did him! Thank you Payton for your kindness! I will be back!

3-16-24 saturday @8:10 pm i ran into peyton at the round rock location on n mays st. In round rock. That young man is a rockstar. Very respectful and a true asset to your business. That kid made a awkward situation for me very comfortable and I appreciated that. Please acknowledge his efforts and consider this kid for a promotion or a raise. Many thanks to Payton. I was traumatized, my driver side windshield wiper blew off during a storm on 10/23/23. I had recently had them replaced at a different company, which was closed when this happened. I stopped at OReillys purchased a wiper, however it could not be put in cause it was raining, I stopped by OReillys this morning at 7AM, Payton not only put in the new wiper he also checked the other one to make sure they were on there securely. I was on my way in 5 minutes. Payton, you helped me out today, and for that I am grateful, you are a tremendous asset to your company! Keep up the good work. This is why I only go to OReillys for my auto supplies.

Worse experience ever with guy name was DAN!!!!!!I went there to return my battery Wich I bought less than 24 hours ago but this guy was so rude he was making fun of me and start laughing at me with other costumers because I wasn t aware of return policy I told stop making laughing at me he said what are you gonna do about it!!!!!!I said I call your manager he said he Doesn t need this JobNever go back to Oreilly anymore, I gonna consultthis to my attorney

My car had broke down on me three weeks and I couldn't get a diagnostic because the battery was dead but even if I bought a new battery I couldn't do nothing because the car wouldn't start so the battery couldn't get charged but anyways the fact that this O'Reilly's has always been here for me. I was able to buy 5 different parts within 3 weeks to get my car fixed. They're good people and great store. They've been very helpful and always had what I needed. My car is up and running and it's running now

Ernesto really help my friend and I out of a pickle. We got turned down by Autozone after our battery died because it was too dark. We came here and Ernesto helped us with diagnosing the battery. While he said it still had some life in it. We ultimately chose to replace it and he helped us install the new battery. Great person and good customer service skills.

After being sent away from the AutoZone store at 400 W Palm Valley Blvd because of their "After Dark" policy, we came to this O'Reilly store and asked for help. We met Ernesto, the assistant manager. Even though it was dark, Ernesto was willing to come out of the store, checked on our car battery and alternator to ensure the issue was addressed properly. After the test, Ernesto said the alternator was still in good condition and the battery was about a quarter of its life. The problem was mainly because of the eroded connector. He offered to clean the connector so we could continue using the battery until the end of its life. We decided to purchase a new battery and replace it. With a bad situation that we were in, Ernesto turned it to a better one. His customer service was what every customer hoped for . Thank you!!!

What a great place! I came in with a dead battery which they had a replacement in stock. Ernesto installed it for me for free! I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!!!

This store really needs some help! These guys with the exception of Glenn, and John are just ridiculous, when dealing with the manager or a gentleman named Joel they don't seem to listen or pay attention to common sense things. Parts are always wrong and the delivery service for being 1.2 miles away is just crazy! Time to switch to a different store I guess.

Our head light was out on our Nissan Juke.We talked Ernesto at your location on S May's in Round Rock. He was very very nice to us.He showed us several options of bulbs and explained everything. He isexcellent and very kind. He knows how to treat customers. Keep him and give him a raise. I will now go to O'Reilly for car parts need. Thanks Ernesto keep it up!!!!

Went to this store today and the counter guy Chris was rude. He claim to not know anything and exactly what I told him I had to call the Hutto store to get him to get the tool. They let him know the same thing I asked for. Hate coming over here but Hutto store the best one around didn't have the loaner tool.

Ernesto was very knowledgeable about the batteries and the warranties for each of them. He checked to see if I needed to replace the battery or just charge it. He ended up helping me replace everything in the rain and in about 15 minutes I was on the road! Definitely will come back for his services.
