They were very sweet and worked with me so well. I had been coming here for the last couple months unable to replace my tire, I kept getting air in it because of this and Eric was so sweet, always putting air for me with no complaints. Today I was able to get my tire replaced and Ty, Joey and Zach, were all very helpful in getting the process done and made easy. Very sweet staff. Would definitely come here again. 10/10

I needed new tires on short notice and this was by far the easiest and quickest experience I've ever had.I called in before hand to make sure they had enough time since it was getting close to their closing time. Zack took the call and reassured me they would get the job done and make it a priority.He walked me through the process very clearly and he was super friendly. The tires look great and for a very good price!

Absolutely best team in town! Joe, one of the very knowledgeable and nice mechanics, Zack the manager and Joey at the front desk and so incredibly kind, friendly and super helpful. I was having car battery issues and rather than just trying to sell me, they wanted to do a complete system check first to make sure I got what I needed and not just spend unnecessary money. Turned out it was my battery so I had that fixed. Very affordable, Super fast, efficient and thorough crew. Will come back for future car needs 10/10!

Had an unexpected battery issue and was rushing to find someone to help. As a single mom I rely so much on my vehicle and was unsure where I could go for reliable and quick service. This shop was referred to me by a coworker and I'm so grateful it was. When I called Joey was quick to offer solutions, empathy and excellent customer service all around. The gentlemen in the shop were all friendly, patient and understanding when I arrived shortly before their shop closed. They offered to let me leave my vehicle there so that they could start on it first thing in the morning, and the convenience of that was a life saver. I know where I will refer my friends! Thanks y'all!

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Ty, service manager, was very helpful got in and out very quickly and received status (brakes, tires, filters and other fluids) of other potential issues with vehicle. No pressure sales pitch for other services. Will return next time I need service

Love the staff! Travis and Joey were awesome and the price was very reasonable. I got my oil change and brake done and I didn't want to die. They have deals going on as well for the holidays this, which helped a lot. Perfect time to get your car done before the new year!

I came to NTB this morning and the service was amazing! Joey was super efficient, helpful, and informative. It was my first time getting an oil change and they made it super easy. I was in a time crunch as well but John did an amazing job with my oil change and tire rotation, no complaints!

My experience with my service was absolutely phenomenal. Joey was very adamant that my service was completed in a timely manner. Ty was very courageous and knowledgeable. Five stars to both. I would highly recommend this location.

Joey is the Assistant Manger and was so kind and helpful getting my services set up today.John and Eric, my Techs today, were very efficient in getting my services done. Icould not believe how fast they completed my services and got me on my way!

Had a great experience today while bringing my car in. I didn t have a chance to schedule an appointment and Zack still was very willing to help and ensure my car was taken care of. I was working during this time and really appreciated how easy he made my visit. Will be coming back in the near future and highly recommend anyone needing services to stop by.

Zach was fantastic! Got discounts automatically applied and let me know as soon as my car was ready! For an oil change it only took an hour and we got the opportunity to discuss best options for my vehicle and driving habits. Even remembered my name when I can back in to pick it up! Friendly and helpful service!

Joey and Zack had great customer service and welcomed me with positive attitudes and a smile. After telling them what was needed-oil change and tire rotation, they gave me the estimate of cost, and got the mechanic started on it. All were very friendly and helpful!!

A pleasant experience going back to NTB after a while going to other auto shops. New manager Zack is eager to rebuild the shop's service & standing with customers, and the team under his direction is helpful, thorough and efficient. I look forward to taking all my regular auto maintenance business back to this shop, and highly recommend it to others.

We had a nail in our tire. They were extremely helpful and took our car right away to fix. Great group of guys, very nice and professional. The new management team has improved the service and created an amazing experience.

I was having problems with the front-end/steering on my Jeep. Made an appointment for 2:00 pm. No wait time, they got right on it! Turns out it was just the toe-in being a little off. They adjusted it, works fine now. Took less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived until I drove out! Great service!

I ve been coming here for years There is a small tiny place down the street where I sometimes go for my inspections (that said they were supposed to be getting someone that is certified to do inspections in the next month, which is great.), and occasionally my oil change if due around the same time, HOWEVER I definitely prefer to bring my car to the NTB in Round Rock.I have had multiple cars worked on here over the years. They are always really straightforward. I never have issues with the work done afterwards, like ever. The pricing is very straightforward. If you get on their mailing list, they also sent out discounts every now and then. However, I have seen them honor them even when you don t have the card from the mail. Just a good solid garage to get work done on your car.

I'm from out of town and here for a wedding. I got a nail in my tire and needed it repaired fast. Zack was very courteous and took great care of me. Patched me up and got me back on the road in no time. Thank you for being there and being so efficient went that's what I needed at a moment's notice. If you need auto repairs, this place will do you justice.

Friendly and professional staff, led by Joey in the front, at this Round Rock NTB (now Mavis) location. We came on the day after Christmas, which proved rather busy, but ultimately left satisfied with the repair and the price we paid. I readily recommend this shop to others in need of quality service.

I had just got a nail in my back tire and took it to NTB here in Roundrock, I had excellent service from Zack and gave me an unexpected discount which was very generous of him! I ve had countless nails in my tires and have always waited a lot time for my car to be done and here my car was done in less than 30 minutes!
