I was very lucky to find this shop when my car broke down on I35! The ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I can't thank everyone enough!My car booked down on 35 on my way home, they managed to get me in, looked at, and fixed the same day!!This shop is very professional, the shop is immaculately clean, and they are honest. The options were presented to me with all of the pricing involved and let me decide what work I needed done.I will very highly recommend this shop for certified mechanic work.

Main Lane consistently provides honest diagnosis and pricing for repairs. They have fixed my car many times over years for very fair prices. Goid work, friendly and accommodating. And they're coming to Georgetown! So glad!!!

A while ago, I left a review here that I want to apologize for. Dude named Lance (Chance?) helped me out and was a super cool guy, Great mechanic..They inspected my vehicle without charge while I was broke and panicking..and y'all Were right about my issue, I've since gotten it fixed..(made it about 10k after seeing y'all lol) but yeah, I had my mom and girlfriend both talking into my ear, atop a healthy distrust for the man and just being a plain ol' self-righteous idiot lol and I made an ignorantly bold comment and I just wanna take this moment to apologize for that younger version of myself soo, if y'all see this..

The staff is awesome always friendly greet customers customers with a smiling face and always answers questions. Main Lane will be the only body shop that will work on my car. Jennifer is the best in what she does, Josh and Lance is amazing in what they do they always answers questions what the customers have to ask I highly recommend Main Lane your go to person if you need your vehicle work on. I absolutely appreciate Main Lane for everything to what they have done and I'll keep going back to them

One of the best experiences I ve had in any establishment! The customer service is incredible, they re genuine honest and personable but very professional. Wait time was under an hour. The lobby is very clean and accommodating. I am very pleased and will be recommending to everyone I know.Jennifer and Cam 10/10 service !!

I had an issue with my rear differential and also needed brakes and some other interval maintenance. I have trust issues when it comes to my vehicles and was struggling to find a reputable auto repair place. My neighbor recommended MainLane and he is very picky with his vehicles too. I went ahead and took it to MainLane. They were honest about what repairs needed to be done and the cost. They did a fantastic job and will be using them again.

Stopped by at random with my Nissan car. They diagnosed it within 20 minutes and had it ready and running within a day. What the Nissan dealership could not do in months. Good job to the Main Lane mechanic, much appreciated! Good attitude and good sevice. Would recommend and would stop by in the future for future help!

Intentionally to customer service while your steel horse receives attention and care. The inspection was fast and they even changed out a battery that I brought. Nice work!

This shop is definitely one of the most professional and honest and friendly shops i have been to in quite sometime. If you dont live near Round Rock, it's definitely worth the drive or tow. I am very pleased. And I will have all my auto repairs done here. They keep the repairs Very affordable. They will make sure to answer all of your questions to make sure you feel comfortable with them doing your repairs. They are very knowledgeable. This was a no brainer to let Main Lane to work on my truck. Thanks again to the Main Lane crew and especially Alex for taking the time to go over everything in detail.

Bad luck turns to great find. I am a car guy and have fixed, broken, and messed with cars for 50 years. A few days ago while driving on I-35 frontage my vehicle just died. I pulled over to a safe spot and tried to get the car started to no avail. I realized that there was an auto repair shop just 100 feet away. A bit stranded, I walked across the street and was met by Alex the shop manager. After explaining my predicament, Alex and 2 of the shop guys pushed my car into the shop. Immediately, Lance and Sebastian started looking for my car s issue. After approximately an hour, it was determined that I had water in my fuel tank. Not from gas but from a fuel additive that I had just added to my tank 15 minutes before the car stalled. Lance and Sebastian efficiently drained the bad fuel and replaced with fresh. The car started and is running like new. After paying my bill for their services, I knew this was a responsible, honest, and fair place to do business. By the way...the bill was more than fair for time, effort, and knowledge utilized. Above and beyond with honesty is something that is all but impossible to find today. I stopped doing business with a local Round Rock repair shop due to a feeling of being taken advantage of after 15 years of loyalty. The MAINLANE in Round Rock is now my choice for my vehicle repair. Thanks to Lance, Sebastian, and Alex. Outstanding!!!Kevin Y.PS... Couldn t have picked a better place to break down.
