I came in for an inspection today and they got me in quickly. I always like coming here for inspections. I have not been here for oil changes with this particular vehicle. I have to go to the dealership for that. They are always friendly and take good care of my car. Had my windshield wipers replaced while here as well. Outstanding service

Juan and the guys took care of me I came in kinda asking a bit much and the guys not only resolved my issue but saved me money as well!! I would definitely recommend little shop to anyone!!!

Just like many other mechanics, they do some things right, but end up messing with something else. Can't trust this business for everything. Regarding the inspections and oil change haven't had an issue so far.

I really like and TRUST this place and I have been coming here for years. It's not much to look at but I always get in right away with no wait time. They will help me with small things (for free usually) just to be kind. I always go for my oil changes and annual inspections. They make it easy. They made a mistake in the past with my oil pan, but immediately rectified it and cleaned up the mess in my driveway right away, without hesitation.Update: still a great place to go. Very friendly and helpful.

Went first thing in the morning for an oil change and inspection, Juan was very friendly and transparent when explaining prices, he even had it on paper which was nice! Ended up paying a better price for oil change+inspection than most chain locations and got $5 discount for being a new customer! Next time I ll have to bring cash for 4% discount as well. I was in and out within 30minutes. It s a popular place but the service is quick. I m happy to have a place I can return to for oil changes and a consistent price for once!

The man I assume to be the owner was very nice and helpful, and answered my questions well. I haven't had an actual service done here yet (other than a state inspection ) but will update this when I do

Friendly and honest service. The owner Juan always takes the time to explain the possible scenarios with my car and also what steps his team will take when there is a maintenance issue. I have found the pricing to be fair and without the markups that I have found at other shops in the area.

I absolutely love the customer service. They make me feel like family. I highly recommend this Automotive shop to everyone. You would know your vehicle is in the best hands, customer service is the best, and most of all family oriented. Once you get serviced by them you will always go back..

Worse service in the city! They completed an oil change on my senior mothers vehicle, did not tighten the oil cap and as she was driving home her car stopped working. The owner stated she pulled over and took off the cap. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful and unprofessional about the situation and advised we waited until after the holidays for him to resolve the issue. This incident happened in early November and we have YET to have any results. We are now in the hands of an attorney. Just be on your toes about any services done here if you are obligated to go to this corrupt business location. Owner is dishonest, irresponsible, and disrespectful. This could have been resolved professionally but his loss will be bigger than he realizes.

My experience wasn't as great as thereviews. I took my car because I needed my front brakes replaced. The man said the grinding and noises werecoming from the front. So he replacedmy front brakes & rotors for 373.73 aweek later the grinding & squeakscame back from the right front brakes. My dad took it back to the shop they said nothing wrong, no leaks, but it could be a bad coil and if we took it back to them they wouldn t charge us for the labor. I took it to a Master mechanic who said Little Shop used check brake pads not meant for Nissan which was creating a black film/dust to appear on my rims & my rotors should be smooth & they weren t. He also mentioned I don t have a bad coil!!So he suggest I get them replaced again! Moral of the story I won t be returning to this place & everyone needs to beware of places like this.Service: Brakes

My car needed a break job. Little Shop did great work, they were polite, friendly, professional, reliable and their prices are fair. They gave great service and communicationed well. They even gave me a ride. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for all my automotive repair needs!

Not just an oil change or brakes - they have a mechanic who can definitely do more. The owner and some of the team I ve worked with make you feel like family but also factual and professional.I was told by another place to replace 4 fuel injectors but asked their opinion after an oil change. The owner (Juan, I believe) advised against this and said to try the easier/simpler option first. It definitely worked, saved me $800 if I had gone with the other. I could ve shopped around but I liked the way they explained the solution and why, while also keeping in mind my concerns on cost and having a reliable car.I later had a weird sound and I felt crazy but they worked with me to figure it out! I took videos for the sound and they listened and I went through a whole process until my car finally gave the error code/reason and we were able to get it resolved.They let me come back and back with questions and tried to best help me each time with little to no cost - I will always use them for my cars.

I do not usually write reviews, but I cannot recommend this place enough!! It was the least I could do for their kindness. I almost couldn t believe how much they genuinely care for their customers. My speedometer needed to be fixed and unfortunately they told me the fix would cost more than what it s worth for electrical repair but they tried other things like replacing the cluster and even reached out to Kia about it. They spent hours of labor on my car and since they couldn t fix it during the time I had it there, they didn t charge me a cent even though it would have been perfectly reasonable to charge me at least something for their labor. While my car was being fixed, they even gave me a ride home since they were slow that day. When I picked it up, he also gave me some great recommendations of a part I could order on Amazon. They do their research and know their stuff! Highly skilled and fair on pricing!

Went in for an oil change today, my 1st time there, and they are amazing!! It only took about 15 minutes! And, they checked and refilled all the fluids, too. The price was cheap, and customer service was awesome! Will definitely be referring you guys to all our friends and will be using you for our car care needs in the future!

I love this shop and have only used them for inspection and oil changes over the last 3 years. They are quick and nice. It's not pretentious. It feels like 'home' to me. The bonus was the puppies.

The owner Juan kept me up to date with the work being done. His technical and communication skills are superb. They are not overpriced and they did a wonderful job on my 2003 Acura MDX. They have a good mechanical team. My car feels like new and I would trust this company with any other car. They worked on my steering wheel pressure hoses and they even helped me take the car to do an alignment. It was one of the best services I got.

Our cars are just like family we need them to run smooth and get us to point A to B and the guys at this shop treat you like family . I bought a battery and my cables were not secure I brought it to them and they put a whole new cable and secured the negative connection. And they did this for far less than what those guys should have charged me.Service you can really trust. Thanks guys

Cool little shop. Techs were freindly, the owner was honest. I went in for a trans flush on my brand new trans. He suggested only dropping the pan and changing the filter since my fluid was new. I still wanted the full flush so he was able to offer a Price bundle. I will likely come to this shop for my fluid maintenance from now on.

Recently moved to the area, liked the reviews of this place and came to this shop because I had power steering fluid leaking. The mechanics inspected the car and the owner quoted me $1300 for the repairs, threatening that it is super serious problem and otherwise "the fluid will get on the wheels and lock them". I was assuming it's just one of the hoses that needs to be replaced and they quoted me $360 just for that. He said they need to include over 3hr of labor for that. 3 to replace a hose, you read that right. This was total BS, so I went to another shop 2 minutes away. They changed the hose in 15 minutes for $30 and in over a month now I can say for sure these guys were simply trying to take advantage of me. Will never come back to them and would be happy if this review helps someone else to avoid their scam schemes.
