I had an outstanding experience at Lambs Tire and Automotive today. Earlier in the week, I visited another place for a tire patch, and they quoted me a staggering $50! Feeling uneasy about the cost, I reached out to Lambs, and I am beyond impressed with the service I received.Bryan B. and his team were phenomenal! They accommodated me promptly, addressing my low front tire with efficiency and care. The speed at which they worked was impressive, and their attention to detail truly stood out. The customer service was excellent friendly, informative, and attentive.What sets Lambs apart is not just their service but also their fair pricing. The cost was significantly lower than the previous quote I received, making them the clear choice for future automotive needs.I highly recommend Lambs Tire and Automotive for their professionalism, speed, and outstanding customer service. Recommend this place 100%! Staff was amazing !! catered to my children gave us snacks water let my kids watch cartoons on the TV while we sat in the waiting area. Store manager, Bryan he was awesome. Took care of all my car needs definitely will be returning.

This was my first time at this location. Went in for an inspection. Took a total of fifteen minutes. They were super professional.. kind and even welcomed my puppy and played with her. Will definitely be back and sending my kids there for service as well.

We have been using lambs for years. We have been really impressed with how well they ve been doing especially the last year. Doug their employee is absolutely wonderful. He always goes above and beyond. They are very professional and honest. Carl has been helpful as well. They try to save you money where they can. Will continue to use them for sure!

Shop owners were super friendly and super quick with their service. I had a coupon that apparently was not associated with their store but they still honored it, good 'ol fashion Texas friendly customer service! Will definitely return

The only place I recommend my mother going. The staff is awesome, honest and a joy to work with. Charlie and Doug are kind and courteous. They took the time to explain an issue with my vehicle and offered a solution, though I didn't take them up on it as I'm a driveway mechanic. If I have an issue I can't take care of or a family memeber needing service, Lamb's is the go to spot.

Lambs did great with my recent work I needed. The correct part was hard to find and took much longer than they expected. They were understanding and compassionate. They kept me informed and cut me a break and n the total cost.

Brian and the staff are always friendly professional and know how to treat customers! We have been using Lambs for mostly all our auto needs, the prices are great, and they have awesome inventory and are very quick!They always do the best work at great fair pricing!

When the tire slow leak did not heal itself, I finally took the car to Lambs. Great experience on a busy Friday afternoon. No complaints and got the car back quicker than the initial estimate of time! Thanks to Bryan and all!

Held the car for 5 days, only replaced 1 part. Charged $225 for diagnostics that never went anywhere. Compare to Lambs in Georgetown which did a complete rebuild in about 3 days on my previous vehicle. Avoid this location. Go to your dealership and pay extra.

My front right tire busted on my way home from work. The friendly staff at Lamb's Tire and Automotive drove to another location to pick up the right tire for my car and had the tire replaced within an hour. Thank ya'll for saving my day!

Charles was my service advisor and explained the services he did for my E 300 . He also gave some suggestions for the betterment of the vehicle . I also found the price very reasonable and did only the recommended services .

Stay away from place. Simple oil change and they charged me for an extra quart but didn t add it. And in the process of removing the air filter to up sell for more business, they ripped off the plastic cover, broke all the stay pins, and left it that way. It s a total butcher shop. I ask to talk to the manager but told it s his day off and they wouldn t call him. They ruined my day off. Manager didn t call me to apologize. Too embarrassed I assume.

First, the online scheduler doesn t work. Never got a response from them. I went there in person at 4:30 pm for an oil change and was told that there was only one technician so they can t get me in. They told me that I can go first thing in the morning and I will be in and out. I got there at 7. First in line, thinking that it will take at most 30 minutes. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes. No explanations at all. They also have coupon for 50% off which I should have mentioned but whatever. $54 for a conventional oil change. I should just gone to the Toyota dealership. They charge $30 for an oil change. Needless to say, I won t be back.

I am very disappointed with the service. They damaged my rear camera and when I complained saying before the service, all is working well and after struts & shocks replacement its stopped working. They really kept vehicle with them for 2 days and outcome is unable to fix it and they asked me to take me vehicle back.

Review for brushy creek location in round rock , texasWent for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up after about 4 hours, I was told oil change done , tire rotation , multipoint inspection done. They were not able to provide multi point nspection report. I come home and see tire rotation was not done as one of my tire which was repaired for flat earlier was stil at the same location.At this point I don't even trust if my oil change was also done or not as I can't verify that.

Vehicle InspectionNot a good experience! Was told I would be next as soon as tech was back from taking a customer home. 2 hours later, they started on my car. So 2-1/4 hours I had my inspection done. So Lambs for tires Inspection

I picked up my vehicle after an oil change and when I got home I noticed that they had put the wrong mileage on my invoice. I called and asked for a corrected invoice but they informed me that they called CARFAX with the correct mileage. I will check with CARFAX in a few days to see if they got my records changed. I have been a customer at Lambs for years and the service today was terrible. I asked for a corrected invoice but did not receive one.

Lamb's on O'Connor was able to take my car quickly for oil change and checkup, did a thorough check, asked me before doing any work recommended by their online inspection report, discussed options and costs with me, and returned my car at the promised time. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

I originally called Friday evening a minute before closing, hoping to get an appt for the following day. Despite such a last minute call, Bryan was super helpful and professional on the call. From start to finish with my servicing, Doug was friendly, thorough, and did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. I also love the texted link to see the inspection notes. The front office staff is always very friendly and the technicians work very efficiently. I ve been getting inspections done at this location for many years and have always been very happy with their service.
