I've been taking my personal and business vehicles to Dylan, the GM of Lambs, for years. I never had an issue with anything. Dylan knows his business and is always professional and courteous. Steve is also another good asset to the company. The mechanics are doing their job correctly because I've never had to return the vehicle for the same issue. The location gets very busy, but they still somehow get things done the right way and promptly. Keep up the good work!

Lamb's Auto has taken care of my vehicles since 1995. Great job! I recently purchased a used vehicle and they checked it, did service maintenance to tighten some bolts. They identified 2 issues for the dealer to resolve during the 90 day limited warranty. They are always knowledgeable, affordable and helpful. Thanks you Lambs.

Lamb's performance was EXACTLY like they said it would be. It was thorough, quick and efficient. They guarantee a price match for the same product by another tire store and then matched the price of their competitor. I saved $200 as a result. Thanks, Dylan & crew!

Excellent service! Went in for yearly inspection and to check for a fluid leak. All the crew and service techs were cool, showed me where my leak problem was and offered great advice of how to take care of it. No hard sales pitch, just honest straight forward recommendations. Highly recommend!

They did a great job. The manager was very helpful and worked with the warranty company and me to get the best price. It was even lower than I expected when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I will definitely go back.

I needed a vehicle inspection. The service advisor was polite and professional. The inspection was completed promptly. And, I was given a written copy of the report. Perfectly satisfied. Great service!

Lamb s did a good job with the oil change and tire rotation on our Hyundai Accent. I used a 50% discount coupon for the work, which is the reason I chose to go there. They did a multipoint inspection and advised me that I needed to change the air filter and cabin air filter. They told me about a couple of other things that needed to be done, but I decided to postpone those to another time. The men at the desk were respectful and knowledgeable. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because, although I had a 10:30 appointment, and arrived at 10:35, they didn t take the car back for work until 11:30. But I will probably go back there again.

Who hired ya ll? This is the January 13th review of my car. Steve sent this message and it shows that everything is good right? Wrong! I left Hyundai of Round Rock today because my brakes are grinding. They said what Lambs Automotive listed is completely incorrect. My back brakes are shot! Nothing is there and my front brakes are almost out so those measurements completely wrong. I thought y all were supposed to ASSIST with things that needed fixing. They were trying to guilt trip me into getting my brake exchange fluid done right then and there for $150 but couldn t even tell me that my freaking brakes were going out?! I will not be back! I loved going here but seriously??

I have been to Lamb s three times. The first two they checked out my car but wouldn t charge anything, saying they hadn t done any work on it. They are very honest folks, don t try to upsell, something I encountered at the dealership where I took my car for service since moving to Round Rock two years ago. This visit I got an oil service and the brake fluid changed. When you find a good mechanic and service center, stick with them.

Searched all day Saturday evening & Sunday for a Vehicle Safety Inspection close by that had a working machine . All the Valvolines did not & Strickland Bros doesn t do Inspections on Sundays. Went to SBros today but had just missed the Inspector. He s only there until Noon. They referred me next door to Lamb s Tire & Auto.Parked lot was full! Lots of Oil Changes, but the Inspection had 1-2 in front of me. I had to wait but it was quick, easy, professional. Spacious waiting area with water.Able to get the Registration Renewal thru the app immediately done because the Vehicle Inspection showed up right away!I m not sure about cost & service of other things but at least for Vehicle Safety Inspection- quick & easy & set price by law $18.50!They take cash, credit, Apple/Samsung/Google Pay.

They got me in for my oil change right away without an appointment. I was in and out within the hour for oil change, tire rotation, and full point inspection. Dylan and his team at 2041 S AW Grimes Blvd were great.

Great experience tonight. Thought I needed to replace my battery, but after they tested it I learned I was wrong, and then they explained why car has been having lagging to start. Could have paid ~$500 unnecessarily, so I sincerely appreciate their honesty. This isn t the first time I ve been here and it won t be the last either.

I took this car for a check up before a long trip (I ve never had issues with my car before just needed check up my car is 7 years old) They told me that spark plugs needed to be replaced, and so I had them replace it. 40 minutes into the trip my car stopped working. When I got back from my trip I had them fix it. It s now six weeks later and the same issue happened. Car stopped working in the middle of the road. I would not trust this place. Maybe they re better with other cars for sure not Ford.

The office people are nice . Went in for anti freeze leak replaced 2 hoses and had radiator flush done as well and new fluid . Asked if they clean up the excess fluid from the leak and was told yes . They didn't do that there was fluid all under the hood engine area . Also they didn't fill the anti freeze all the way up when I got home I had to add more . Also while I was sitting waiting . I was asked when my last oil change was . I told them they did it the day before . He told me the oil plug was loose . That makes me wonder if they even did the flush or not . Or just said they did and charged me for it .

I tried Lamb s for the first time after my daughter recommended them. I stopped in for an oil change and inspection. They were able to work me in about 10 -15 minutes. The staff was very courteous and friendly. No pressure or up sale. Cost was the same as the place I went last year. Very happy with my experience and will use them again next year.Went back again this year. Same fast and friendly service. If your inspection is due, I would definitely recommend.

I had a scary experience on my way home from out of town (many lights on my dashboard came on). I exited as soon as possible and then found myself at this Lamb's. Even though they were super busy, they looked at my car as a walk-in and let me know within an hour what was wrong. They weren't in a position to fix it at that moment, but the manager looked it over as well & reassured me that I should be able to make it home, but to get it into a shop ASAP. They did all that at NO CHARGE!! Highly recommend.

Walked in with battery issue, and they tested it and showed me as they did, so fully transparent. They had a battery in stock and I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. The price was also lower than my typical mechanic. Thanks for a surprisingly good mechanic experience!!

I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically by Ethan. He was with another customer at the time so I appreciated that as so many in customer service won t acknowledge you if they are with someone else. I was a walk-in for a vehicle inspection and his sense of urgency of getting me taken care of was fantastic. He under promised and over delivered as I was done in under the wait time he had said. My car maintenance trips are never ones I look forward, but Ethan and his customer service was absolutely a highlight of my day. This location is not the closest to my house, but will go out of my way to patron this business again because of the great service I received!

I had been going to Firestone now for years and thought they had spectacular service but only recently I realized they never really explain anything to me or help me in ways that make me understand what the problem is aside from air filters which are such a waste of my time.Here at Lambs, that was not the case.I walked in the door and was immediately greeted, I explained my cars check light was on. He explained it could be a small fee to check for minor issues and a regular fee to check for deeper issues depending on what could be wrong with my car and how bad of shape it s in and he warned me how long it might take (20 min to check, a full day to a few days if it s needing serious repairs)The set expectations and honesty is really great in any workplace.I was just happy to see they accept services for cars beyond what I knew, but the fees sounded completely reasonable for the work.I wasn t there but 10 minutes before they found the issue with my car pulled me out to look at it and pointed out everything they could find with it. which was a first for me. I ve never had a mechanic actually go show me what he worked on and other things he noticed. Usually they hide in the back and let the front desk come to you with a receipt.Since the issue with my car was a minor tripped sensor that wasn t reset in addition to noticing work that had been done on the car that they wanted to make sure was good quality and I knew about it, they sent me on my way without any charges.From the front desk to the mechanic, everyone was amazing. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional most importantly HONEST.That s rare, especially if you re a woman you can get taken advantage of easily (my sister and mother have told me many stories of mechanics lying) just last month I had a friend go to another big name auto shop chain here in the Austin area and got a 3k bill for a minor issue and they didn t even correct the issue and the customer had to take it back.Here there happen to be a woman waiting in the lobby who spoke to me and explained she s always been happy with the service at this location and will keep returning because they re just so thorough and great honest mechanics. Which proved to be true.I don t think I ll go back to Firestone in the future. I m gonna keep coming here.This shop is a hidden gem. Rare of a find.
