5* well deserved!! Steve and the entire team are always professional and courteous. I have been dealing with them for years now and they always do a great job on my 07 Tahoe!!Perks...they take pictures of the issues on your vehicle to back up what actually needs to be done....as a Vet...I appreciate the details...that means even my wife can go there alone and she can trust what they advise...rare!!! They also have extended their warranty backing up their work.I definitely recommend Round Rock Lambs on Sunrise...you won't regret it!!

I have been using Lamb s for many years for my automotive maintenance needs, and always found them fair and efficient. I took a new vehicle to me in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. The pricing came in higher than I had anticipated. I had a coupon for a competitor also with me. Before leaving they matched the competitor s pricing and retained me as a repeat customer. I stand by my assessment that they are fair and efficient.

Superb experience at Lamb s Teravista! This was my first time taking my Smart Fortwo for an oil change at this location. My service associate David was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a calm and pleasing demeanor. I waited on-site during my service, which was completed in a prompt manner and at a reasonable price. I recommend Lamb sTeravista to anyone looking for friendly-quality work at a price that is honest and fair.

Took my wheels and tires here to get installed on my Tesla S and they told me sorry but your rims won t fit . Which I knew it wasn t true because I bought them with the exact specs for my 100d, took them across the street to Texas Tires and they installed them with no problem . Go local and just go to Texas Tires you won t regret it. Better price too.

I had a concern about the start button for my car and also needed an oil change. They did an inspection and found a bulging tire and my front breaks were just about done. They showed me pictures, explained their concerns, and was able to do the work that day- in time for me to head out of town. I trust them 100% and appreciate their first-rate customer service!

My wife and I have been going tobthis Lambs location for quite some time. Each time it's been a quick, easy and painless process. The last few visits a gentleman named Nick Torres has helped me. His professionalism, honesty and care for his customers are second to none. The last couple times I wanted to leave a positive review for him but at those time I wasn't able to. Now I want to make sure to give a huge shout out to Nick. Thank you forbtaking care of us no matter how large or small the work order. Thanks to Nick's qualities we will continue to bring our business to this location.

I needed new brakes and the customer service person was welcoming and very nice. He explained that they would do a free brake check to find out exactly what needed repairing or replacing. I even asked him to do some additional work on my car and he was accommodating. My car was ready for pickup a lot faster than I expected too. Altogether it was a very nice experience and I highly recommend Lambs for servicing your car.

the service here is great! Technician Marcos assisted me in airing a low tire and discovered a screw causing a slow leak. He promptly had the tire off and was able to repair it and had me on the road right away. He also made sure I had proper pressure in my remaining tires. I have used this location many times for their Great service at an affordable price!

I've been coming to this Lamb's for years now and it's still my go-to auto shop despite living further away. This is one of the few places I trust with my car, and they treat my car like their own. Thank you Lamb s on Sunrise in Round Rock, Texas. We had a nail in our tire and we went to Lamb s to see if they could help us. It was almost closing time, but they patched it up and we were in and out within 10 minutes!We also appreciate your support of being a first responder.

Came in with a ESP warning light on, and needing an oil change. They troubleshot the warning light to burned out brake lights. Replaced the brake lights and sockets, and the oil change in an hour for $160. Honest and quick, plus a fair price. They will be my new go to shop for my car needs.

I traveled from Wyoming and was about to lose a waterpump. I took my 07 Suzuki into the shop, expecting 2 things. 1: No parts available. Or 2: They could have it done after Christmas.I had them fix multiple things- check engine light, hoses, spark plugs, leaking rear differential, oil leak... they had it done the next day!My little car is happily on the road again and I would recommend this shop to everyone. :)

This is a decent shop to take your car for simple repairs and services like oil changes or brakes. They do offer vehicle drop off for local customers which is nice and their waiting room is clean with snacks. However, do not take your vehicle here for major problems or diagnosis of mechanical issues. They want vehicle in and out and due to their bill by line system, overcharge on labor.I had a problem with my ignition coils. I brought it in for repair and they fixed it at a hefty premium which I will discuss later. I was OK with the charge because they do offer a good warranty on parts. However, a few weeks after this initial repair, I had the same problem but this time with a different cylinder. At that time, I brought up my concern that this could be related to a systemic issue not directly related to faulty ignition coils or spark plugs. They replaced the engine coil but my concern wasn't addressed. A few weeks go by and this same problem happened again. I returned my vehicle to them with the same problem and initially they were going to replace the coil as before. I received a call later from an employee stating that the manager was refusing to perform the labor without performing additional labor. They told me that my aluminum cylinder head cover was "warped" and needed replacement. Ultimately the manager said they wouldn't without replacing the cylinder head cover, gasket and coil packs at a price of about $1800 due to repeated failures. At this point I told them to close up my car and I took it home. My concern for an underlying systemic issue was never addressed at prior visits and I was going to be overcharged for labor again.The reason I say they overcharge for labor is that instead of billing for time spent on a job, they bill by line item. So even though a service on your vehicle may actually only take 3 or 4 hours to actually complete, they will bill you by a prescribed number of hours from a book which at least in my case resulted in a ridiculous upcharge. I later took my vehicle across the street to A&A where my concerns were actually addressed and my bill was a quarter of the price. Turns out, I just needed my head gasket replaced lol. I do not relish in leaving negative reviews but I don't want anyone to make the same mistake as me.

My 2011 Tahoe has recently been giving me several issues, granted it s about that time. I was at my son s soccer practice nearby when my truck started acting up again. Luckily I had remembered seeing this Lamb s on the road each time we pass for practice. It was too dangerous to drive back to Leander so I parked it there overnight. The next day David notified me of the issues my truck had and they worked on it. They stayed later than planned (afterhours) to fix it because it took longer than anticipated. I truly appreciate their efforts and dedication to get me my truck back as soon as possible. They even offered several times to pick me up all the way in Leander which was also appreciated. Called at the last minute to get an oil change on my daughter s car. She just drove in from Houston and hadn t had time to get it done. Steve and his crew fit her car in and got it done before the holiday weekend. Great service!!

The guys at Lamb s always take care of my needs. This time it was to repair my tire that had picked up a roofing nail. Whenever the temperature drops and the tire pressure drops, they are always willing to check and fix the pressure problem - even though the weather is unpleasant. They re the best!

Work on the car was well done. Customer service at the front desk is extremely poor though. They hardly acknowledged me and the guy who was supposed to check me in didn t even look at me much less talk to me before someone else helped me out. Probably won t visit again.

Dropped off my truck around 5pm and the staff stayed late to get me set up and checked in. Truck was fixed and ready at 7:30 the next morning. Fantastic service.

Recently stopped by to inquire about service. 2 service writers present. I approached the bald gentleman, and older guy sitting in front cubicle. The reception area was empty. No other customers. No phones ringing. The older bald gentleman never raised his eyes from his computer. Never acknowledged my presence. Never said hello. He was 3 feet away. He never said a peep. He was just "clicking away" on his mouse. I purposely stood there a few minutes (out of curiosity; and in a completive way) to see if he would look up. It was almost comical.There was another service writer sitting behind him; a younger guy. He never said a word. Finally, to his credit, the guy sitting in the rear cubicle, did acknowledge me, and said "we'll be right with you". I'm sure he was happy that his phone rang so he didn't have to attend to me. However, at least he looked up and acknowledged. In the meantime, the older bald guy sitting up front continued clicking away; not looking up. I'm curious if he was playing X-Box. The place was empty. It was absolutely comical how bad the customer service was. I couldn't have made this experience up. Finally, I simply left.

I stopped by Lamb s to see if they happened to have my missing wheel lock after a service provided awhile back. The gentleman tried fitting my car with several wheel locks and they didn t work. They verified that my car did have tire work at that location and ordered me a new wheel lock without any hesitation. Very nice, good customer service.

I came in with a flat tire. They patched it and didn't try to tell me I had umpteen other things wrong with my car. I appreciate the honest and polite service. Plus, they fixed even faster than I anticipated.
