This is my all time favorite auto shop. They have had many opportunities to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but instead educated me, were honest and fair to me, and never made me feel like a fool. Excellent service.I highlyyyyyy recommend Kwik Kar on Red Bud. The service & management are Top Notch!!!

I recently visited for a repair and was assisted by an employee named Zach. My experience was very positive, thanks to his professional demeanor and technical expertise. Service, and Personnel are better than last couple years. I was about to make this my last year with Kwik Kar, but Im going to stay as long as this apparent new management is running this place correctly. I've had some pretty shady things happen to me here. Unknown to my service tech's that I am a Classic car Restorer.

I always get good service at Kwik Kar on Red Bud. It s right around the corner from my house and I like supporting local businesses. This time I got an oil change, an inspection and a brake check.Oil change went okay, except no one consulted me on what oil they were gonna use or what I was gonna get, which was odd since previously I believe they gave me a choice. Regardless, the price was reasonable and well worth the money as I value my time more than anything. And these guys are quick so that is great.One thing I didn t like is that they did not scrape off the previous oil change reminder sticker from my windshield. They just put the new one right next to the old one. Kinda lame.I also thought it extremely odd that no one tried to upsell me on brake flush, coolant flush, trans flush or wipers or anything, cuz I probably would have done the whole nine yards. But since they didn t mention it, I didn t mention it.On the inspection report they did not fill out the tire pressures which I found odd.On the receipt there is a listing for vacuuming the interior. They recorded declined as their response, which is funny because no one asked me about vacuuming my interior I would have said Yes, absolutely! So, I m not wild about that.Lastly, I want to give top marks to the technician that did my brake check. I had some issues not only with my brakes but with my tires, I suspected one was delaminating. So I approached him while the care was up on the rack to explain, and he waved me in like an old friend. He showed me why was going on with the pads and how they were wearing unevenly, and explained in order to warranty any work he would have to do both pads and rotors. I was expecting that so no surprise there. We looked at the two tires that were still on the car for the delamination, couldn t find it, but he mentioned my tires were cupping because you could feel the tread was smooth when feeling across the tread inward, but when feeling the tread when pulling outward, the treads were sharp and grabbed your hand. He said this was due to an alignment issue, so I should get that checked out as well. He also informed me of Road Force balancing which I had not heard of before, so I appreciated the education. He said he would check the other two tires once he got them back up on the car and sure enough once he did, he came into the waiting room and exclaimed I found the delamination! with excitement, which I appreciated because I was invested in the mystery and really wanted to figure out what was going on. Turns out the front driver s side tire had a big bulge in it, which made all the sense in the world, explaining my rough ride. He said I should get it changed right away and not drive very fast on it until I did get it changed. Totally agreed with him on that. He gave me a reasonable quote on both front and rear brakes, which I declined for the time being, and I went on my way.All in all another good experience, but not great due to them leaving the old sticker and not vacuuming (or asking). I will still continue to give these guys my business, they re good people.

The oil change was quick and convenient. However, I was disappointed when I learned that my engine required full synthetic oil (it was used when I purchased and this was my first oil change.)No matter, it had to be done. The corporate website very clearly states that the full synthetic oil change comes with a tire rotation and full vehicle inspection. I did not receive a tire rotation but the invoice did show that my fluid levels were all checked, etc. Since the website listed $79.99 for full synthetic and I was charged $88.98, I was disappointed that they didn t provide the full service for which I paid.

This scenario didnt happen to me directly but it did to my wife today when she went to get a state inspection. She told me she was in right away and in and out within 10mins.She was also told that she needed a radiator flush because the pink coolant was the stock the factory put in. She was also told her cabin air filter needed to be changed.Reason for the two stars I changed the coolant on the vehicle at 100k miles. Toyotas (generally) use a red/pink coolant. I flushed and used the same OEM type coolant.Cabin air filter I placed in is a K&N filter that does not need replacement, just needs to be cleaned.I get everyone is trying to make a buck. I get told by Christian Brothers and Toyota of the laundry list of items that need to be done when I need to take my car in when I can t do the work myself.I m a diy guy. I m no pro but simple YouTube guides and a little bit of reading will let you do MOST of the maintenance on a vehicle yourself.Folks, don t be afraid to work on your vehicle. Save yourself the cash and be assured that the right fluids are being used and topped off.Apparently on the reviews on this shop is that they have tendency to target young women and overwhelm them with Needs of the vehicle, even if it s just a simple state inspection.Shame.

Wife took the car. Was a little concerned that they would upsale on her. They recommended a few things. She called me right then about it. Told her to pass on it and I would check it out. I checked it out and they were correct. Good to see some honest in busy these days

Great Customer Service. Employee came to drive my car in the bay before I could park it. I was there every bit of 15 minutes which was good for a Saturday morning. The inside where customers sit was clean and did not smell like oil like most shops do. The employees seem to know their jobs well.

Excellent, professional service. Kind employees and manager very communicative keeping me up to date asap and delivering quick results.Had to have my car towed there to have them run a diagnostic test. It was pretty busy around Thursday lunchtime. The mechanics were, indeed, relatively kwik despite how busy they were.There s a clean, surprisingly spacious (considering the size of the building) waiting area and a small bench outside.No complaints except for the tiny lot, but that s on me for not paying attention for which driveway to pull up in to.

I pulled into Kwik Kar because the engine oil ight of my 2020 VW Jetta was on. I was hesitant to drive the car to the dealer to determine the cause of what appeared to be a slow leak. Zak checked the dip stick and then added enough oil to get me safely on the road. The light went off and I made it to the dealer. I offered to pay the full cost of an oil change but Zak declined payment. His assistance was given out of kindness. Zak has gained my trust and his business will be the one I turn to from now on whenever I need an oil change.

Today I had a great experience visiting Kwik Kar ... The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I drive a Lexus SUV, and the oil change place close to me always tells me they don't have my filters so I've been going to the dealership where it takes well over an hour.... I'm really glad to have come across this place. Thank you Kwik Kar for being awesome!!

1) Quality of work: 10/10. Have had absolutely no prblems thus far with my vehicle after entrusting these guys. They can perform all the general vehicle service you could think of.3) customer service: 10/10. Specifically, a young woman named Alex was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that she exhibits elite customer-service skills. Made me feel warm and welcomed and valued. Definitely the character that is promotable and that you want representing your business.Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this garage. You ll get everything you need and won t regret it.

I have been taking my Kia here for years, and every time the service has been great. Honest, cost effective and great service every time I go. Today was no different, my kia is hitting high mileage and told them I need it to keep going. The staff communicated everything I need to do to keep in running as new, they took the time to explain to me the maintenance needed and why.
