This place is great! I highly recommend their services. The guys that attended me were top notch, honest, and very insightful. I went to get an oil change as I was having issues with my oil pressure acting up, and they diagnosed it for free, informed me that I had internal oil leaks in my engine, topped off my oil (I was returning to my city 3 hours away) which helped me make it back home, and didn't charge me a dime.They went out of their way to recommend me good mechanics too.These guys are A1 and I highly recommend them. Really good people here!

Needed a state inspection and everybody else was over a 24-hour wait. Got in here and got inspected with less than 30 minute wait. Excellent job quick. Did what they were supposed to do. Got my tags updated. No problems. Good place to go for minor services like oil change and such. Never had a problem here.

Amazing service. I pulled up and the tech FRANCO was unbelievably nice and got me feeling comfortable right away.He took over and got everything done SO quick for me. I needed an emissions/safety test done on my car from out of state and he literally was an angel for me because other shops had given me a hard time. I kid you not when I say I had been circling for two months trying to get my car stuff done.I cannot express enough how great this place was and how gentle and kind Franco was. A mirage in the dessert, except it s real! See them!

It's a Rarity that I give 5*. I believe there's always room for improvement, however, Customer Service here, was Just That Great!These two young men alone, got people in and out rather quickly.�No up sales,�Reasonable market prices,�No hidden fees,�Proper oil change,�Tire pressure inflated to proper PSI, �New Silicone Wiper Blades,(which by the way, Work far better than the Traditional ) Worth Every Penny! Ask about them.Although they were steadily busy, before and after (my arrival ) I was in and out within 30 mins and felt appreciated.I don't live in Round Rock, I was just visiting grandkids, I'm from Universal City, TX.

Seems to be pretty understaffed. No one was in the office when I got there. A guy was doing some work downstairs (I can't even see him) and he told me to park my car, but then nothing happened. Had to find another place for state inspection.

My review is a tad late my apologies. On 9/2/23 Justin & Cameron took such GREAT care of my Jeep. I needed an oil change and while this was going on they both answered some questions I had about other services provided such as brake jobs and more. I really appreciated how I wasn t treated like some silly woman and things weren t dumbed down. And when I didn t understand something they made me feel comfortable enough to ask them to explain it further. Amazing customer service through and through!! Before I knew it my oil change was complete and I use only full synthetic at 5qts so I knew what the cost would be or so I thought it was cheaper due to a coupon that was offered! So in short go to THIS Kwik Kar location you won t be disappointed by any means!! Thank you again so much Justin & Cameron and keep up the outstanding work!!Kiki

I came here to get my oil changed and my inspection done. It was my first time coming here. The seating area was fairly clean although the floor was a little crumby. The guy behind the counter was friendly and wasted no time sparking up a conversation. Everything went well but my only complaint was that while my car was in the stall the key way in it with the door open and it was just chiming and chiming and chiming. I went out and just closed the door myself. It was annoying. Seems like you would just take the key out or just close the door. Why let it chime like that? I talked to the attendant about it he said that it wasnt harmful but he kind of understood. Overall it was a good experience and I even got a discount. Cant beat that.

Excellent, quick service. I arrived a little after 8am in a Saturday and got my oil change and inspection within 40 minutes.They treated me with kindness and respect, and my car was handled with care, too. The team was professional and knowledgeable. I am glad I brought my 2017 Jetta here. Excellent experience.

Hands down best place I've ever taken my cars to. Chris really knows his stuff and gives fantastic recommendations. These guys are super chill and give great customer service. They are straight with you on what you need done now vs what can wait which really helps cause I'm on a tight budget. I have started recommending them to all of my friends/coworkers who live in the area and they've been really happy with the service as well.

I tried getting my air filled here first time but they were busy, which is fine, then the second time I came here, I asked for the same. They told me to park to the side and it would be 10-15 minutes. I decided to wait and two cars which came after me were taken in ahead. I was still waiting but after 15 minutes, I felt like they just forgot about me. Not coming back.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. The service is always good; the employees are always polite and helpful. Quality service for a good price. Oh, and free coffee.

First off The 2 Gentleman I saw this morning @11:45 a.m Was AWESOME!!! It felt so refreshing to find Another peaceful Happy ...plus EyE candy car place by my house !!! I love any man that can Use his hands Productivity!!! Hope y'all stay Cool with tha weather . An Hot 2 tha eye !!! Thanks for not giving a Lady A hard x oooh ...there WAS No WAIT .... This will forever be the place I take my car for oil change and inspection. The folks here treat people with respect and kindness which is such a relief! I always dread getting car stuff done because I have very limited knowledge of how my car actually works under the hood. The guys at Kwik Kar explained everything to me and were not pushy about trying to sell extra services (like the last place I went). I highly recommend this place!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Do not take your vehicle to this place! They did an oil change on our truck and put a dent in it and would not take responsibility for it! They kept telling my husband they do not see it and then said they wouldn't take responsibility. The manager wouldn't even help. It is sad that a manager doesn't car if their employee messes up a customer's vehicle. We have been loyal customers for a long time but no longer will be. All the business we give them will now go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

Went to Kwik Kar today and I will not lie. I was not disappointed. Josh was very kind to me and took care of my car in a timely manner. Not only did he service my car they made sure not to make me feel like I was just awkwardly waiting. The manager William was super funny and very nice to me. These two men made my experience memorable and made my day. I will definitely be coming back and I absolutely recommend coming to get your car serviced here. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.Service: Oil change

Had a great experience here. I came in needing a lot of work done and they were able to take me in and have it finished within a few hours when it would have taken half a day in other shops. Really nice staff, very friendly. Also, if you need something to do while they work on your car, check out slapbox pizza. It's about an 8 minute walk from there and they have a great beer and pizza selection. Thanks guys!

The manager of this place was the one who did the work on my car and not only was he very helpful when it came to my car and the work that needed to be done while being honest and not like a lot of other car people where they try to bs you and sell you things you actually dont need for your car, but he also gave me some useful information that I was able to use to get money back from another establishment that charged me for services they actually did not preform on my car. I will be a returning customer for years to come, and for as long as he is working there.

I would not recommend to get your vehicle worked on at this shop. The Manager is very unprofessional. I noticed that my oil cap was missing today and the last time it was touched was when I had my oil changed there.(2 months ago) I called hoping maybe they would have have it or maybe had something that could help. The Manager talked to me like I was trying to hustle him or scam him. His tone was getting aggressive. Telling me "Your a man right? So why did you not notice this earlier you should be checking your oil every 2 to 3 weeks." I felt belittled and completely disrespected. I will never go back and I hope no one else experiences what I did dealing with that crew.

Went in for a state inspection this morning and these guys took great care of me. Whole process was done in less than 15 minutes and I even made a couple friends while I was there. The building and lot are very clean and well looked after, and there's no strange smells. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the RR area.

I came in this morning for a state vehicle inspection. It was a fantastic experience. Ryan, the technician, wore a mask at all times. The whole facility including the lobby was immaculate. And they had the whole inspection done in less than 15 minutes.Ryan was very friendly and professional. I always have a bit of anxiety going into these inspections that I will be upsold for things I don't need, especially when I know these shops are hurting for business during the pandemic. Not the case here. I was treated like a valued customer.I'll be back for more services in the future based on how well I was treated today.

It seems like most businesses these days hire employees that just don't seem to care about customer service, and that is why it is so refreshing to find a place that has great employees! I have used this location of Kwik Kar over the years, and they have always been very helpful and nice. But upon my recent visit, I was greeted and helped by Zachariah (Zac), and he went above and beyond to provide a very pleasant experience. This young man will go far in life, and probably be successful owning his own business one day because he actually gets the difference between having an entrepreneurial attitude and just an employee attitude. He was not only very friendly and professional, but he was efficient, and organized as well. He also took the time to explain details of the service, and even offered ways to save money on future visits. Additionally, he reiterated to me multiple times that he appreciated my business, and that meant a lot to me as a customer and as a business owner in Round Rock myself. As a long-time resident, I am proud to see young people like Zac preserving the values and integrity of the old days and keeping our town a great place to live and to do business! Keep up the good work!
