I cannot say enough about the kind of service we received from David and his young son. We were stranded without an option to empty the black tank in our new RV (never having been trained), but David was responsive and saw us that same day. He met us at an RV storage facility and not only emptied, but cleaned out our black tank (with pressure), crawling under the trailer to check for more leaks/waste material and gave us lots of excellent advice along the way. WE ARE THOROUGHLY PLEASED! Thank you David.

I went to the KOA in Leander and stayed overnight which was perfect since there was an open spot next to me. David came in the morning and was able to use the pressure washer to completely clear out the tanks, getting the sensors back to reading empty, and even answered all my newbie RV owner questions about plumbing and filtering! Would definitely recommend to anyone new or seasoned, Thanks y all!!

Wonderful service and friendly!! We had a clog in our kitchen drain, they came out and cleaned it right out! Also cleaned out outer black tank as a courtesy! Our black tank sensors work again after over a year of reading false! definitely contact these gentlemen for your rv tank cleanings! 10/10!

David and his son came out to my RV due to some leakage from under my RV. I initially thought I had a busted pipe but that was not the case he cleaned out both my black and grey tanks that were both clogged up and he even opened up the bottom to make sure there was no pipes busted. He said he there was no pipes busted and left the bottom open to dry so I wouldn t have mold grow due to the wetness and he would be by later or the next day to seal it back up. He called me later in the day and said he was on his way to seal it back up, and he did! He is very professional, reliable, and even gives you information on how to clean your tanks. I highly recommended him!P.SDavid s son is very respectfully and is a great helper! Thank you both!!

Definitely have David come out. He trouble shooter my first issue VIA text and didn t charge me anything. Then he came out and cleaned my tanks. Him and his some are very professional. I was impressed and thankful I have already referred them to other people.

Punctual, Professional and very Knowledgeable. Not only were yall the only ones to answer my call on a Sunday but you showed up only an hour later ready to help with the most polite right hand man. David came out to our RV Site and pressure washed / cleaned our RV Black and Gray Tanks. Had all done and running clear in a short while. David and his son were professional and yet took the time to explain what was going on in each step of the process. Knowing ny tanks are clean and ready to roll is such a relief. We follow all the Black Tank suggestions however, stuff happens. I highly recommend King Key Services.Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal

Amazing work! Cleaned our RV waste tanks to the point where crystal clear water drained from them! Very responsive and great communication. Excellent customer service throughout and provided great advice for keeping our RV tanks in top shape. Thank you David!

I saw David working on another RV. I stopped and spoke with him. I told him none of my sensors would read zero and haven't in some time. He said he would flush the tanks and have them read zero. He came to my RV and proceeded cleaning. After about an hour he had all sensors reading zero. I watched as he worked and was amazed at how clear the water became.I will recommend David to everyone and will definitely use him again!!

What a great service! David Key really knows his trade. He works very carefully around your coach and has an incredible attention to detail. We had been having trouble with our sensors on our three year old motorcoach. But after a deep cleaning, our sensors are back working like new. Not only would I recommend him; I plan on being back in hill country next spring for an annual tank cleaning. 2019 Entegra Aspire.

I live full time in an RV I bought used 2 years ago. Despite best efforts of DIY holding tank maintenance, it was evident that a professional deep cleaning was required. David was the only one who responded to my call for help. What he provided to me with regard to needed, thorough cleaning out of my tanks and education regarding maintenance procedures for the future was outstanding. I am so happy to know that my tanks are clean and that the stench I have endured to no avail all summer is not only gone for now, but is also preventable in the future. David is a small business owner who cares about people and genuinely helping them! A plus, 5 stars and heartfelt thanks!!

David and son came to our rescue. Our RV was stopped up and he came and cleaned out our black and gray tanks as well as cleaned the sensors really well so they work correctly again. He also took the time to educate us about the workings of the rv as we are new RVers and were not taking care of the pluming as we should have. Now that he gave us great tips and advice, we will be taking better care of our RVService: Hazardous waste removal & disposal

I have a 2006 MH that I had bought the previous year, wasn't sure if the tanks had ever been cleaned. I emailed on a Saturday and David the owner responded within an hour and him and his son were out the next day. It's not the most pleasant job but he was professional, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely excited for me to see the process and wasn't going to leave until the water was clear and tanks read empty. Would definitely recommend King Key RV Services.

David definitely goes the extra mile! Although he had spent most of the day hours away from home he was still willing to go to my place which was even further away. He allowed us to watch the process and explained it as he went. My black water tank sensor had not been working since I bought the trailer and the tank wouldn't drain regardless of how much cleaner I dumped in it. He was able to clean out all of the plugs in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend his services to anybody!!

Very professional!!Had issues with our toilet and black and he came and took care of everything. Was early for our appointment and very thorough. Answered all my questions and gave excellent advise on treatments and other tricks to help avoid it from happening again. Definitely became an instant client of Mr. David. Highly highly recommend his company for any black tank and toilet issues.

David came out after returning my call promptly. I called and left messages with King Key and 3 other services and he is the only service that responded with a personal phone call on a Friday night.He came out the following Monday and spent well over an hour leaning out my 3 holding tanks and did a wonderful job. All my sensors work (not working for years) and the water coming out of all 3 tanks is crystal clear and smells wonderful. He completed all of this is near 100 degree heat and all with a smile. Extremely polite and professional .I would highly recommend his services to anyone!Service: Waste recycling

We called around to so many places and none of them could fit us in. We had plumbing issues on our RV and was recommended David by another source. We called him and he fit us in the NEXT DAY on a SATURDAY! He was very knowledgeable, attentive, respectful and overall a great guy to work with. We will 1000% recommend him to anyone we know with issues. He promises 3 day service with everyone, and will travel up to 300 miles. That s awesome! Thank you, David! You rock! The service was amazing!!!! My sensors for all the tanks hadn t read empty in a long time. In an hour he had all tanks cleaned and sensors reading empty. Very nice and polite too. Thank you so much!! We will definitely use your service again.

Update:King Key saves Thanksgiving!I called with a completely plugged/stuck grey tank that completely disabled my rig and threatened my thanksgiving plans going to the mountains with my family. King Key answered the call, showed up at the appointed place and time, and quickly got to work on the issue. They worked diligently to clean all my other tanks and then focused on resolving the stuck tank. It turned out to be a complex issue with the pull gate valve that required going into the belly of the RV to fix. King Key performed all this extra diagnosis and repair for no extra cost. My tank function was restored and I happily went on my planned trip with my family.I will say again, anyone that brings their kid with them on their business is gonna do right by their customers. I will trust them with my rig every time.Original review from my first experience a year ago:Extremely detail oriented and diligent. Did an excellent job and got all my tanks and sensors working properly. Also took the time to fully explain the process and walk me thru everything he was doing.I will definitely use King Key again soon!

I was in much need of a mobile tech for our RV but no one could fit us in. David and his company was recommended by a tech. David answered the call and was able to respond the same day. David showed up right when he said he would and went straight to work. I asked to observe and he encouraged me to watch. This south Texas so it was hot and he worked his tail off until all my tanks ran clean and sensor read empty. He was personable. And gave me lots of information to keep my tanks clean and smelling good for the future.

The service provided was thorough and well done. We had 1 plugged kitchen grey tank and the sensors on the bath grey and black tank had all been falsely reading full for over a year. The kitchen grey was unclogged and cleaned as well as the 2nd grey and black tanks. All sensors on the 3 tanks are registering correctly now. I highly recommend David and staff and would use their services again.
