I just purchased a 2024 Kia Sorrento from round rock Kia. I am a truck guy but speaking with David Moton, who is excellent by the way. He showed me the Kia Sorrento and I pretty much really liked it. So I purchased it and so far it s an excellent car. I love it. David was an exceptional salesman. This gentleman was very knowledgeable. he is not your average car salesman which I like. Very classy gentleman. Very laid-back very knowledgeable. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend he of round rock. And I would more than definitely recommend, if you go there. Speak with David. He absolutely made this. Literally the easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever had. I m 56 so there s been quite a few over the years.

Service was quick and done in one day. Wesley was great and helpful. They call Uber to get you home as well. I also inquired about leasing a Nero and sales person was great as well.

I was very pleased with the service performed on my car. Also check out was a surprise. I had not been acknowledged and then once I was the gentleman , I believe to be the Manger. KIA of Round Rock handled my scheduled appointment to my complete satisfaction. I was greeted by several team members upon arrival and was provided service promptly upon arrival. I was informed on the status of my vehicle through the duration of the appointment and was given all pertinent information regarding any service recommendations.

Still a good experience under the new owners. Need to fix the DC fast chargers soon as more electrical cars are sold the greater turn over. If new owners can't charge at the dealership, they will go some place else

My time at Kia Of round, rock was exceptional and a very positive experience. The staff was considerate enough to inform me of their slower business operations and times, Which allowed me to arrive without an appointment. The work was done at an exceptional expectation and under the estimated hour weight time. I was very pleased with their hard work and dedication and would give their service a 950 out of a 1000.

The online experience was fantastic. From scheduling a routine maintenance appointment, to being provided updates, being provided information on recommended repairs and being able to pay online was so convenient. When I was at the dealership, I was greeted professionally and they did everything to make my experience pleasurable. A+ in my book

Service department was great. Helped me with costs & not try to upscale me. Was very refreshing. Front desk & sales took good care & took me on a test drive of a new Sportage. Very nice.!!! The friendly staff welcomed me as I walked in. They explained each step of what they would do. I requested an oil change with complementary tire rotation. They keep me informed of where they were in each step of the process. Once completed, they even washed my car. For all this service, the price was fair and better than other dealerships.

I had wonderful experience from the Kia dealership; when I had my Kia, Soul anti theft device put into the car. They installed it quickly and they washed my car. I received excellent customer service from Kia. I'm very pleased and happy the way they treated me.I would also like to thank William at the Round Rock location for all his excellent outstanding professionalism with taking care of me speedy service.

Had an issue with my tire & it was addressed within a few hours. I was given a courtesy ride to & from work while the service department worked on my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle at RR along with the warranty. It was a smart purchase considering my tires are nail/screw magnets. RR service department has been excellent everytime I have taken my vehicle & the reps have always given me exceptional care/attention.

I took both of my cars here 2 years in a row now for inspections and was provided with fast and efficient customer service. It was busy but Cristian was able to direct me to right person right away. I waited maybe 15 mins and I was out the door. I ll definitely be going back next year.

My two key fobs were out of battery and I needed an oil change and inspection. Showed up first thing in the morning and they fit me in with no appointment made. Made sure my 3yo and I were comfortable. Changed the TV to Disney when it was just us in the waiting room. I had an unexpected zoom meeting and they found an empty office for me to use. Extremely professional and accommodating! I'll definitely be going back.

I went to Kia for an oil change. Other than some guy pulling in front of me to get to the service area before his turn, it was a really good experience. I spoke with Wesley who checked my vehicle in. He was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions regarding my vehicle. Wesley even got me out an hour earlier than initially stated. My next vehicle! Probably another Kia.

I highly recommend Kia of Round Rock and their service center! We were having issues with the battery in our 2022 Soul. Upon arrival, everyone was attentive and helpful. However, John went above and beyond to help us out quickly and efficiently ensuring that out warranty information was included to take care of the price of the new battery. John also explained to us what he was doing while he was testing the battery and explained to my daughter (she drives the Soul) what to look for in the future for signs of battery vs altenator issues. Thank you John for your professionalism and attention to customer service!!!

I had my car towed and they were able to check my car, fix the issue and discuss other possible issues that I needed to be aware of within a couple of hours. They also washed my car which was an added bonus. Every person I came in contact with was very helpful, pleasant, and clearly loved their job.

Kia of Round Rock has always given me phenomenal service! Jamie has always been so kind and inviting when it comes to checking me in and keeping me throughout the process every time I come to get an oil change or any car service, and let me say, she is a huge part of the reason why I view Kia Service Center of Round Rock as my all-time favorite automobile service experience during all my years driving.

It was determined that the engine on my Kia Optima needed to be replaced due to a manufacturer defect. The service staff at Round Rock Kia were very professional and helpful in completing all the necessary repairs, answered all my questions and delivered my car in a timely manner. Always great service here. Staff is friendly and honest. They tell you what you need and why and when. I live pretty far so the lyft service is nice so I can get around and explore the area while my vehicle is being serviced. 100% recommend.

Staff was Excellent. They listen and served. Also was very pleased how they went out and got an Uber for me and my daughter to eat breakfast there and back. Service Advisor, Jaime Mace, was an amazing help through the entire process. Constant communication throughout the day/week while my car was in the shop. She even helped me straighten out my insurance coverage. I will continue to take my vehicles back to Round Rock Kia, especially Jaime.

I got some recall updates done on my Kia here. Jamie was very kind, thorough and helpful. It was the exact opposite customer service experience I had at Austin Kia dealers and I m glad I chose to make the drive to round rock. I mentioned I had to leave at a certain time for an appt so she made sure all the work was done by that time which I appreciated.
