FABULOUS service and so kind and knowledgeable! Had a significant fuel line issue in my diesel truck. Took it to Elmer who evaluated and cleared the check engine codes and didn't charge anything. Then referred me to a diesel mechanic who could do the work needed. He could have charged me at least for the evaluation but didn't charge me. Absolutely the best!! Will take all my vehicles to him!

Absolutely the best quality service for my automobile. All my questions concerning my auto were answered with professionalism. Straight and to the point, not only was the service great, so was the bottom line of the invoice. I was in awe. I will recommend it to all my Family.

Owner elmer is great. Understandjng and helpful to customers. First time here. After an oil change, oil pressure was off. Was a confusing problem, had to leave the car. Next morning Elmer had figured out the issue and given an estimate with other issues that the engine had that had been overlooked by previous big chain repair places. He gave a discount on labor since it took longer than estimate, but they got multiple issues done that would have been more costly down the line. 10/10 recommend.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Really recommend coming to Kairos for automotive needs. Elmer and Ezekiel were great. They were communicative and helped diagnose the right issues with my car after not getting proper help at the dealership.

Kairos Automotive did an excellent job repairing the air conditioner in my 2014 Chevy suburban (where other shops couldn t figure out the problem). They kept me in the loop and updated me throughout the process. I ll definitely return for any future auto needs.

This is a great shop! Elmer, the owner, was really professional and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. I got excellent service and great prices. When they were changing the oil, I mentioned that my side mirror was broken and they fixed it at no extra cost. They did an awesome job on my 2003 f150 5.4L and at a very reasonable price. Most mechanics I've talked to wouldn't do the work or wanted more then what the truck was worth. I'm from Louisiana and working at the new samsung plant so I've never met these people until recently. They will have my business as long as I'm in town.

The best new shop in town.Honest owner, quality work at a fair price. I travel a lot and always look for a shop that offers nationwide warranty so I have a peace of mind. Kairos offers this, so great to give back to local independent shops and still have a solid warranty of the work.

Elmer is hands down one of the kindest people I know! He s honest and tells you like it is and doesn t try to nickel and dime you. Anyone who works for him is truly blessed. He is practically like family and his team is so kind and Kairos auto has a top notch technician. His team repaired my A/C as it was blowing hot air and I drive a 2015 Nissan and he fixed it up and blows freezing air! Game changer in this tx heat and cost was very affordable. Also, he noticed my brake system was very loose and my brakes had a long delay & parking brake super loose so he did a rear brake adjustment and good as new practically! I got all new tires and discount tire kept my wheel lock key so he so generously took time out of his day and drove my car to that discount tire to get the right size wheel lock key that fit. He went above and beyond. I will continue to bring him business and trust him so much! He s good people and we need more businesses like him that provides not only great service, but a great culture! Quick response and fast turnaround time and affordable. Can t say enough good things. He even checked back in to make sure it was still running great. Thanks Elmer!! My car was not driven for more than a year. I asked Elmer to inspect it thoroughly for anything that might need done to pass inspection and get it back on the road. Elmer was polite and helpful as always. The repairs were reasonable, affordable, and fast (Next Day). My car is about 20 years old and running like a champ! The BIG auto repair shops always tried to rip my wife and me off, so we turned to Elmer. I would highly recommend Kairos Automotive and my wife and I will continue to bring our vehicles to Elmer!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Service was excellent! I parked my car in the private lot on a Saturday. Wow one of the guys was there late. Didn t hesitate helped me out took in my car.
