These guys went above and beyond with their service today! I went in to get an oil change and they did the service very fast. I really appreciated being told what was needing to be changed in the future with my Jeep and the friendliness that they all showed while I was there was great! Definitely going back to this location.

Jiffy Lube mechanic in University Blvd are awesome, specially the Manager Daniel . Very professional and very help full. Less headache of going to this place. Everything there you need for the car maintenance with satisfaction. They will treat you like a king . Daniel is a great manager on this place. Giving high rate reviews is worth. Thank you guys and more power to your company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Pulled in and there were no other cars being worked on except a Jiffy Lube company car. They take my keys, pull it in, pop the hood and do nothing the entire time I m sitting here 15 minutes. All while *four* employees are working on one car and not addressing the queue of cars that keeps increasing.If you re going to make me wait, tell me. They did a terrible job of setting expectations. Used to go here. Never going back.

Great place. They are very professional. Did a great job servicing my SUV. Sat me down after inspection explaining what needs to be done and the cost before the service. Love the support the military with 15%. I will return here when my next service is due. Thanks Jiffy Lub great job AAA+++

Very pleased with the customer service. I arrived without an appointment to have an annual automobile safety inspection. They were able to squeeze me in the schedule. I had to wait a while, but it was completely understandable since I didn't have an appointment. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The only feedback; the TV in the lobby had "ghost hunters" channel playing. One would think either a sports related channel; ESPN might be a bit more enjoyable. Other than that minor detail, service was excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. We drove up ran over the thing that makes it ding inside so they knew we were there. We got out of the car walked into the lobby. They have no receptionist so you're just standing there waiting for someone to see you. We waited over 20 minutes. A couple people walked inside looked at us didn't say anything and walked back out to the one vehicle they were working on. There was at least four workers there and none of them paid attention to anything other than the one truck or just stand there and smoke a cigarette in the bay of the shop. Should have checked they yelp reviews before I came because they already sucked.

I called an hour ahead of time twice on different days to see how many cars are waiting for inspection and to see if they were taking more cars. I arrived once at 2p on one day and then another time 1p on another. Both days they were done inspecting for the day?! Not sure if they are understaffed?I'm leaving this review because I'm sure plenty didn't even call and had to be turned away at 1230p when they close at 430p. Were it not for the 50% coupon discount, this would have been a 1 star rating.Note: this review isn't for any other service, or it's rating of the facilities. The inspector was also very nice.

The service I received was extremely poor and left me feeling disappointed. Unlike other locations, I didn't receive the service I deserved. My skid plate was not properly installed, and it hung under my car, making a loud noise until it eventually fell off. I had no idea what was happening then, and as a result, it was damaged. The service center is only replacing it with a cheap one, rather than an OEM, which I prefer as it wasn't my fault. When I spoke to the manager, Dan, he asked the employee why they didn't put it on correctly. The employee responded with, "I don't know." Dan then made up excuses for his employees, saying they were short-staffed and tired. As a manager myself, I always tell my employees to treat everyone as if they were the first customers of the day, no matter what. I will not refer anyone to Jiffy Lube especially store #3982

Just sat for 45 minutes AFTER asking for assistance to look at a small leak in our taureg. The techs and leads there never said anything about a.feeOnce we pulled.into the bin, they said we charge $125.00 to look st the car!! Seems a bit over priced and disappointing.

I don't think I'll be returning because the mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on after checking my car out. My car started smoking while I was on the highway home. The engine was coated in the oil that had splashed up. I rated it so highly only because the employees were so pleasant and kind while I was there, especially the man who was working the front desk. but that kind of clumsiness could have put me in danger, I can't trust them with my car.

I pulled in on a rainy night and asked to have my windshield wipers replaced. The staff was friendly and quick to help me. That is why they got an extra star. When it was time to check out I was appalled that it was over $80. Evidently, jiffy lube only used the top of the line wiper blades. However, I feel like I should have been informed of that before they put them on my vehicle.

I had a great experience with the whole Jiffy Lube team at this location. Friendly, professional, and great pricing. I definitely recommend them! I got my brakes done here both front and back.

This place was great! They got me in and out quickly and everyone was so friendly. They explained stuff to me I didn't understand patiently and even showed me how to turn off the annoying 'service needed' alert in my car.

Terrible service, I called before 5 pm and asked if there was a wait on state inspections. The gentleman on the phone told me that there was no wait and that if I brought my car in now I would be able to get seen. I told the gentleman that I live five minutes away and that I am headed there now. As soon as I pull up the state inspection, garage is closed and I get told that I can t get seen. I explain to situation and no one there vouches for me. All I m told is we ve got new guys working here, you were told wrong No empathy, they just look like they were ready to get out of there and turn customers away.

I have been getting oil changes here since it opened up and have never had a complaint. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and can get you in and out quick.

This shop is the absolute worst. Sure it is a brand new building so of course it is clean and pretty. That does not save the staff incompetence though. I got there a little after 8 am on a Monday. Pulled up to the inspection door and was grated by a friendly person. He advised to go ahead and park by the door and sign in at the front desk. I did that and procedded to wait my turn. Some oil changes came and went but that is understandable in my mind...maybe the inspection person is just running late or something. Over an hour goes by but I just patiently wait my turn. Finally another customer comes in and asked the guy at the front desk where to go for inspections. He says "oh we can't do inspections today it is raining." Over 30 years of my life I have never ever heard of such a thing.I am absolutely floored. Not a single person said a thing to me after telling me to go inside and wait. So guess what happens next? I voice my concerns then drive 5 mins down the road to another shop. Now guess what happens? I am greeted kindly at the bay, I don't even asks if they are doing inspection. They take my information, inspect my car, and I am out the door 15 minutes later.Do not waste a moment of your life here. Literally go anywhere else for a proper auto shop.

I m beyond disappointed in this location. It was one of the best when it FIRST opened. Now it s a total disorganized mess. The manager is rude. He s mean to his employees. Rather than waiting or taking his employees aside where customers can t hear him gripe them out he did it in the lobby. I went this past Saturday for an inspection and oil change and was told there wasn t a wait get there to be told it ll be 2 hrs. And the way the manager on duty told me was a bit off.. he was clearly annoyed and I told him I understood yet he continued to prove me on whom I spoke to and when he did find out that s when he is what I stated above. They also overcharge on synthetic oil. I pay less at Strickland brothers. But good luck. I most likely will NOT BE BACK to this location.Mind you a few other customers left and we won t to Mr. At sin GT and received friendly service! They don t even deserve one star!

Went for a oil change. They did inspect my brakes and filter, told me when to check back to replace them. They were quick and staff is courteous. I would always recommend them. This location is clean and well maintained.

I ve been going to this location for several years and have always found the team helpful when determining and explaining necessary services. I have never felt like they were overselling or pushing unnecessary services. Team goes the extra mile to recommend reputable alternative businesses to handle services Jiffy Lube does not offer. Many discounts are offered through website to offset charges. Facility is clean and comfortable.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

We were told by a passing motorist that we had a tail light out. Then a warning of low air pressure popped up in my car. So I went to Jiffy Lube on AWGrimes. They were amazing! Replaced the tail Light, checked all the tires topped off everything! Only charged us for the tail light. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

I would not recommend going here. My van sat here for 16 days and nothing was fixed. Contacted corporate twice, emailed the owner and no response. The manager and mechanic Daniel and Darrell seem to give us the run around. The overall experience was not satisfactory at all and even at the end they refuse to give us a diagnostic report to let us know the damage that was found on our van.

Location was not busy when I arrived. Service was prompt and was advised of the options/costs and they were done in a Jiffy, then the problem. I was asked for my email during the payment process. I kept waiting for Ronald to verify it but never did. I intentionally waited and never received my receipt. Went back in, after 5 minutes and asking for help they finally printed out my receipt and sure enough, wrong email. Now who knows who received my rec't and my info., his solution was "we can fix it next time". NEXT TIME, right!

Been here 4x in different months because they are so close to house but they NEVER have anyone to inspect cars. I have 4 cars so I have tried for each car. Never again. Can't speak to their oil changes or other work, certainly will not give them a shot bc of other experience.Based on the request from the this post I stopped in 5 min ago and was told no inspections because they can't brake in the wet. There's no water anywhere. Went to my trusted Kwik Kar In Round Rock. It's not worth my gas to stop at this place. If I keep rolling I get better gas mileage and Kwik Kar got me in immediately.THES GUYS WILL GO BROKE. THEY WOUKD RATHER TELL YOU NO THEN DO THEIR JOB.

I would normally go to Jiffy Lube because it's quick and I can get a state inspection done at the same time. Took over 3 hours for an oil change and inspection, when there was some work to be done to pass the inspection I asked what needed to be corrected the response I got was, "do you have a mechanic? you could also just google it. Can't help you here but if you get it fixed in 2 weeks you can bring it back."On this same visit I was told I needed to replace a coolant hose asap... but they would have to order it and I would need to pay up front. It's been a week and I am still waiting for the work to be completed that I've already paid for.Terrible experience, I'll never go back after this and would rather just go to Firestone. At least there I can get most anything done at one shop.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I went in for an oil change at this location in August. They performed a faulty oil change and I had to tow my car into the service center due to a major oil leak.After an inspection it turned out that Jiffy Lube did not tighten the oil filter properly and I had lost several quarts of oil and had to deal with the fees for towing my vehicle and the inspection.Due to their gross negligence, I asked Jiffy Lube to cover the fees for the damage and towing fees. The assistant manager Daniel and his manager at this location were very rude and kept shutting me down with their "receipt policy". They did not listen to me and they tried to blame me when as a customer I trusted them for a basic service and they did not follow through. They showed no concern in this situation and refused to pay for their negligence.I then spoke with their regional manager John Jaha. He said it was a black and white issue and I would get reimbursement for the fees. I submitted my form for reimbursement but have not received payment in over two weeks when he told me it would come the next day.Overall this has been a terrible experience. I would advise everyone to avoid this location due to bad vehicle service and even worse customer service.This is unacceptable customer service and no one should be treated in this manner. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.**Update: I received reimbursement on October 3rd.
