With my vehicle registration expiring soon, I decided to visit the "less crowded" Inspection Express store located in Louis Henna Blvd. When I arrived, there was one customer ahead of me, so my state inspection was done fairly quickly (I took about 10 minutes, of course). As I was getting ready to leave, a lot more customers came in, so I was lucky enough to beat the rush hour (I came in shortly after 10 A.M. on a Thursday, in case people wonder). One thing worth mentioning... I feel the location is somewhat "hidden", so for those who have never been to this place before, the best way to get there is, once passing the traffic light between Target and Walmart in Louis Henna, be ready to turn right once you see Sonic restaurant.

Arrived at 11:49 and I was out by 11:59! The blonde lady with piercings, that assisted us was kind and had a nice since of humor. Thanks!

Great and speedy service. I wish I would've found this place years ago. I was previously going to an oil change/mechanic shop for my yearly vehicle inspection. It was always hit or miss with wait times. This place was a breeze! I was in and out in about 7 minutes. Don't waste your time at other places waiting.

I had a great experience. I brought my car for inspection the last day of the month and I expected to have to wait a while. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes!!

This place is awesome! Really fast service, the guys are cool and friendly. I was literally there for like 10 minutes I went early in the morning right after they opened and I'll definitely continue to go back!

Jordan was SO nice and helped me out even though I arrived near closing. I had already gone to three other places beforehand that wouldn t do the inspection since they didn t want to work after hours or the inspector had already left before closing time. Jordan was fast and still able to close the shop on time. I will definitely return here next year.

There was no wait at all on this super cold and windy morning. My husband and I were in and out in LESS than 10 minutes. What took the longest was walking from the vehicle drop-off parking spot to the inspection building. I appreciate that they worked in the cold for us. Fast & Friendly!

I ve been coming here since they first opened and I have always had a wonderful, 5 Star experience. However, today was very different than prior visits. The employees were meandering around, leaving customers waiting extended periods of time in line without any interactions.I arrived and there were only 4 other cars visible ahead of me, but it was approx 30 mins before the first employee approached me in my car.Also, sitting in the waiting room, I could see two of the employees just sitting around, one of which was smoking next to a customer s car in line with its windows down. Completely inappropriate. I feel for the person that is going to get back into their car which now, likely is going to have a nicotine stank. So disappointing how negative this experience has been compared to previous visits.Total time from arrival to departure = 50 minsI do feel obligated to to point out that the gentleman who finally helped me was pleasant and professional.

I am disappointed I didn't find this place sooner. In general I've had to call a bunch of places to schedule an inspection weeks out, and when I would go in it never seemed to be the priority and would take forever for the inspection. Not here. There were two people ahead of me, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Professional, and friendly. Will definitely be back for future state inspections.

9:10 AM: Pulled into the parking lot. There was another guy just finishing his inspection.9:14 AM: My car was pulled into the bay.9:20 AM: I was driving home.10 minutes as advertised. $18.50. Can t ask for much better.

Wow! I have been doing state inspections ALL wrong for the past 5 yrs. This is the place to get your inspiration. Very courteous, clean, and fast. In and out in 10 minutes!

In and out in less than 10 minutes. Granted, I got there pretty early in the day so maybe the business hadn't really picked up yet but still. No point in going anywhere else.

All they do are inspections and they get them done quick. Park on the side of the food mart and bring your insurance in. That's it.

Excellent fast service. There were several people ahead of me and I still got out faster than the line at HEB to get the sticker.
