Matt e. Did a great job changing an inner tire on our commercial truck an did it in a timely matter in a remote area greatly appreciate him an the company he showed up quickly an was extremely professional

I have been using their service for inspections annually and this year was by far the worst experience. Right when my husband and I came in to the front desk, the mechanic behind the computer was very blunt and non informative. It almost felt like he did not want to assist us. I then simply asked how long would the inspection be, give or take. He just replied a couple of hours and made me feel intimidated to ask for a specific number to estimate how long this would take.I then conversed with my husband directly and stated if we should wait that long at which the gentleman interrupted us and asked did you want to do this or not . I became more irritated on his bad attitude and they just opened!! WowMoving forward, I stated sure and left to sit at a waiting chair. Then the employee walked over to us and tossed my registration papers at me and walked away. Finalizing that we decided to just leave.Once again, I have been a repeating customer for years at this location until this year. We will NOT be using their services due to their service.

Took care of my truck. Very knowledgeable manager. Will definitely come back and put a full set of drives on when the time comes.

Poor bastard there broke my APS unit on rear wheel well changing it. Looked like he was going to have an aneurysm pretty new and was very surprised when I told him it was no big deal s*** happensThey had to order a replacement part and reinstall a couple days later. They're a good group of guys and do all of our Fleet Tire ServiceEven though he f***** up my s*** still giving him five stars because you know just like I doS*** happens
