We are extremely pleased with the service and expert options given for our vehicle. After other collision places made promises they did not keep. Gerber Collision was honest and gave an accurate assessment. Completely pleased, and the issues with the vehicle are bow resolved!

This is an above and beyond establishment that went out of there way to take care of the job. My car was in and out in 3 days and given back with an interior detail better than those I ve paid for. The highest impact (no pun intended) this establishment had on me was the staff and their energy they carried in their interactions with me. Kori, Jessica, and anyone else I was helped by were the most kind and personable people. It s great to experience that. Will recommend this to anyone needing.Service: Body & Trim

I was told to bring my car to Gerber in RR by someone I trust. So, I contacted Gerber and emailed the estimate from the insurance company. The girl who books appointments told me to email pictures of the damages so they can order parts in advance. I told her that I was confused because you can't order parts without knowing what's wrong with the vehicle. That's the whole point of me bringing in my vehicle. She continued to tell me that sometimes the insurance agencies don't give you an accurate estimate so they need pictures to determine if they need to order parts in advance. I told her other than my bumper and mirror that needs to be replaced, the pictures only show cosmetic damages. I also told her that I wanted to make an appointment as soon as possible so that someone else doesn't take the earliest appointment available.I felt like I was going around in circles and the conversation was pointless. So, I do not recommend you taking your vehicle into Gerber of RR. I did call other body shops before calling Gerber. A lot of body shops were busy and their appointments were further out. And someone recommended Gerber of RR. I don't feel confident using Gerber of RR.

I felt very much at ease having my vehicle repaired here. The staff were very friendly and promptly notified me about the progress in repairs. They even offered me a ride to the car rental facility after dropping off my car because Enterprise was taking forever to pick me up.

Gerber Collision is my go to place for all repairs. Jesika and Kori are the best. I also want to say that there entire staff in the back doing repairs needs a shout out as well. You all are amazing. THANK YOU so much for everything and treating both my vehicles with care. I will ALWAYS recommend this location to all my friends and family. You'LL are AMAZING. In my 30 years living in the Austin area I have used four collision repair places and when I couldn't go to my favorite, they don't exist now, I chose you'll and it was the best decision I could have made. Your outstanding customer service has made me a huge fan. Keep up the great work. The only one thing I wish could change is the offering of Saturdays for picking up your vehicle or a secure drop box to leave vehicle keys in for after hours pickup/drop off options.

Do not recommend. If you want an honest time estimate, this is not the place to go. I ve been strung along and haven t even gotten to the part of ordering parts for repair. All they needed to do was perform an estimate. Each time I call, I get a different timeline. Pulling car out and going somewhere else.

I went to have my truck assessed for the damages to get repaired but initially wasn't going to use them for the repair. Because the gentleman was SO kind and understanding while giving me his WORD that it would be an in and out job to be brought in first thing, and would be out by the end of the day, I decided to go forward with them. I waited for the parts to be ordered and set the repair date once the part arrives. Took time off of work to drop off the truck and then the timeline change first to 48 hours, and best after that was 24 hours but was NOT the original discussion. Very disappointed that I was not only mislead into using this location for the repair, but that they made a whole song and dance to not honor the agreement set during our initial conversation. I made it clear that it needed to be a job done first thing so I can pick it up by the end of the day and it was told to me that HOURS were all they needed and now it can't even be done by the end of the day. That lie to get my business has cost me much of my time and money missed from work.

Due to some bad luck, I ve worked with these folks twice in the last year. Both times I have found them to prompt, accurate and professional. The repair work that I had done last summer was excellent and fast. This month, I really appreciated their kindness when my vehicle was totaled. Thanks for being helpful in a stressful situation.

Had a great experience with Gerber and Kori Williams, the lady in the front desk , and his staff provided great customer service. My wait times were minimal and the repair on a replacement fender and repair work with paint on the door went very quick. Communication was great, (voice and text) and considering there parts on back order. Sadly I have been through this process many times always using Caliber, <- which I never-ever will return to, after the experience I had with Gerber.Services: Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

I want to start off by saying that I have used Gerber collision in the past (@ Braker Ln) and they were absolutely amazing. Since I had such a great experience before I thought I'd go ahead and use them again for an out of pocket service. I made an appointment online for 9am on 04/21 for an estimate at the Round Rock location. I arrived about 10min early and the front staff was friendly but was asking around if anyone would take me as a walk-in. Keep in mind, I did make an appointment. One person said he could not, he was busy, the other person there, Tony, said he could do it.Tony Carini went outside to look at my car and take pictures. He said, "I should have this estimate emailed to you in about an hour, if you don't hear from me, here is my card, call me." I left there feeling okay with the situation.2 hours later, I called in, he was a bit short with me, said he was busy, he would have it later. Still at this point, I was okay with the situation, maybe he is just busy, I get it, I work too.By EOD, that evening I sent him a nice email as a friendly reminder to please send over the Estimate. I never received a call back or even a response to my email. It is a week later and still nothing. I am very disappointed that this location treats it's customers so badly.

Unfortunately, I am not able to provide a response on their work. I had an appointment at 2:00 and arrived 5 minutes early. Was told that whoever was supposed to help me was double booked. After waiting over 30 minutes, a couple walked in with a 2:30 appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. I just left and do not recommend this place. Their work MIGHT be good, but their customer service is not. Did not even have the respect to even check on me.

They have a middle man reviewer between our insurance company and the guy at their shop. This reviewer has been holding up our claim for over three weeks now. Meanwhile we're without a car. Don't ever use this company. Although I will say the guy at their shop was very helpful.

If I could give this place a mayor negative rate I would.. If you value your time and if you want to work with someone with work ethic then don t go to them.. They tried to take advantage of my husband because he doesn t speak English..Also they take advantage of your insurance. Tried to steal $900 from us that s not Ok!!!!

I was involved in a hit and run last night. My car is totaled and I am injured. Tiffany called me to set up an appointment because the first location didnt have availability for 5 weeks. I tried to set an appointment for this Tuesday but instead Tiffany chastised me for not being in a good mood on the phone even though I'm in bed in pain and chose to hang up on me rather than make the appointment. Thanks a lot first the hit-and-run and now the rudeness of this place
