Great experience, Andy and Victoria are awesome!I was bringing in my g70 3.3T for an issue.Much better experience than the dealership down south (Genesis of Austin). They called me to let me know when to bring car in instead of sitting for weeks and they also offered me a Uber ride home (no loaners available). Can t wait for a stand alone Genesis dealership!

Although I just had a maintenance check on my Hyundai the service department was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Glad I was able to get in. It has been difficult to get in an appt but the service representative shared as to how I would be able to get in quicker and will try the next time I need an appt the department was. They were all willing to accommodate to their customer concerns and needs. Thank you Round Rock service!!!

I had the best experience with Genesis of Round Rock. I utilized the valet service for an oil change and tire rotation. It was so easy and I didn't even have to leave my house. Reminders were sent via email/text and easy text/call communication for pick-up and drop-off on the day of service was perfect. They even left me with a rental call while mine was getting serviced. Plan ahead and make your life easier!Service: Oil change

Bought a new Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Roundrock. The air conditioner stopped working 4 months later. I had to wait 2 months to get it in the shop if I wanted the loaner vehicle included as part of "Concierge Service". Repair took 5-6weeks, but unfortunately about 4months later the air conditioner stopped working again. Another 2 month wait for a loaner to be available... Another several weeks in the shop... I get the feeling it'll be back in the shop in about 4 months. I may let Genesis of Austin service my vehicle next time.Update 28-Jan: I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my initial Google review in December garnered a response from the owner. I provided my contact info to him on 22-Dec via email and I'm still waiting for him to reach out regarding my concerns 5 weeks later. I guess I'm getting the "Concierge" level of service from the management as well... But hey, at least it looks like they are actually concerned about the customer experience on their Google review.

Kudos to Victoria in the Genesis Round Rock Service dept.. She went above and beyond when I found out parts were not in for the recalls. She immediately got me a loaner car. Also, checked the driver side door as sometimes it won t open. She is also updating the infotainment since it has not updated in a while.Thank you Victoria. You really are an asset to Genesis!

I recently brought my Genesis G70 in for routine maintenance. Andy, my service advisor was friendly, kept me informed and answered all my questions. The showroom and service waiting area was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return the next time I need service!

This was the worst service experience that I have had with any dealer in 60 years of owning and driving cars. Bought the car on 4/13/2023, took it to Genesis of Round Rock for warranty service on 6/2/2023. Picked the car up 9/19/2023, 109 days later. When I ask the service manager why the repairs took so long he tells me there are cars that have been there longer than mine! Drove home 10 miles and the car goes into limp mode and is towed back to the dealer service department the next morning. I was told there was a recall on the fuel pump and the car would be ready 9/25/2023, some 6 days later. On 9/24/2023 a hail storm totals the car while waiting at the dealer for the repair. I was able to drive this $70,000 car for 50 days, took it to the dealer for warranty repairs and 115 days later the car was destroyed.

Victoria took care of me for my first service with my newly purchased Genesis. She was absolutely wonderful and my car looked almost as good as the first day I bought it. Will be continuing to service my car here.

Took my Genesis in for its first service yesterday (10/06/23). The Service Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn t mind waiting for it in their nice lounge. They provide courtesy water, coffee and snacks. Genesis of RoundRock has had my G90 in their service department going on 9 straight months (since Feb 4th today is Oct 12) they failed to install two sensors properly and then installed a simple radiator installation without cycling the fluid and allowed the customer to drive off with only half the fluid necessary and then admittedly warped the manifold and only after months and months of trying to coverup, duck and dodge their responsibility to correct the issue, they decided to try and simply throw a rebuilt manifold back into the now MUCH depreciated G90 and hope the customer would simply take the car and drive of. There is ZERO chance that Roger Penske wound approve of this debacle of service work nor would and will Hyundai / Genesis corporate approve of this continued mishandling of a customers car. There has been VERY little communication regarding this issue in almost 9 months of FRUSTRATION, DECEIT, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, EXCUSES, LACK OF CONSIDERATION and just an overall neglect of professionalism and courtesy that anyone would expect to receive. My hope is that this completely egregious experience will definitely make it to the TOP BRASS of the company and the right thing will ultimately be done and no other customer will have to endure what I have had to endure going on 9 months of simple Easy Elementary Service work!!

I had an excellent experience with my first Genesis car service. Notably, it was free of cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, they provided a loaner car ready for me, ensuring I could carry on with my day seamlessly. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole service process enjoyable. I'm truly satisfied with the level of service I received and will happily continue using Genesis for future car maintenance needs.

I've owned my GV70 for almost two years and still love it. Andy & Victoria in the Service department always take great care of my vehicle and keep me informed throughout the time it's there. Getting it back clean and shiny is an added bonus! Great experience. I had regular maintenance service. I dropped my car and they arranged a Lyft for me. Andy was amazing. The communication was so efficient. When my car is ready, they arranged another Lyft for me to return to the service center. I could also stay at their waiting area since they have Wifi, coffee and snacks. Genesis of Round Rock Service Department never disappoints. I have been so thrilled to work with Victoria Garcia, who always responds quickly to questions and helps to set up my service appointments. Then there is Andy Thomason, who is just outstanding! He listens, does not treat me like a stupid woman, is respectful and kind. I will say that my service was prompt and accurate. My husband checks the to make sure service was performed. However, I don't feel like I got the service I would have received at a Genesis stand alone. This my second Genesis vehicle and as an owner of a New Genesis, I had to make arrangements to drop my vehicle off and pick it up or wait months to get my vehicle's warranty service scheduled if I wanted valet. I didn't not have that problem with my previous Genesis service at this location. The service seems to have dimished, overall. I expected a higher level service. When I owned a Lexus, every time I took my vehicle to be serviced at the Lexus dealership, they returned my car washed and vacuumed. If I am not mistaken, they used to do that with Genesis owners in the past at this location.I didn't feel like I got Genesis level service. I got Hyundai level service. I believe Genesis is competitive with luxury brands in terms of product but it needs to build more stand alone dealerships and up their game in customer service. I purchased my new G80 in December in Lafayette, Louisiana after a dismal customer experience at this dealership. Are there plans to build a standalone dealership in the Austin area soon?

I heard a very concerning noise coming from my rear wheel. I called Genesis, they were able to get me in immediately and were very helpful. It ended up being a rock stuck between the dust cover rotor. They were truly awesome and I would recommend their service to anyone. To be honest the entire experience from purchasing to having a mechanical issue was handled with such professionalism I would recommend Genesis.Service: Brakes

My service advisor was very accomadating. The car was scheduled for recall work. When I arrived, I asked if the next service could be done. Staff was very accomadating, and I don't have to make an additional visit.
