My dad shops here for parts and many of other truckers he knows do to. Last week my husband went with him and noticed how horrible one of the guys that works there treated my father he yelled at him after my father asked him a question. He also was condescending. It bothers me cuz my dad is not a fighter and I can only imagine the amount of times he has been treated this way. Aparently he is the manager of this store. he is a thin tall hispanic guy. We talked to other truckers and they confirmed that its the same person with the nasty attitude. The only reason this place doesn't have more bad reviews is because many of the people that shop there don't know about leaving reviews and how that can affect a company's name. Hope this gets seen by someone above this guys and that they take care of this issue.

Best place in town for all your heavy duty needs, anyome there will be able and willing to help you, if you need a part do not look anywhere else, and as a plus they are also open sundays until 2pm

Called for a part and had me on hold for 10 minutes. Said I needed a part number in order to help me but I didn't have it but have year make model. Sucks!

Great service. Very helpful and supreme customer service. Parts guy found me the exact same part the guys in Austin wanted to charge me 75% more for in a different brand. What a lifesaver.

I went to the store at 5:54 pm, but they didn't take care of me. I know the store closes at 6 PM, but my truck broke down on I-35, 1 mile from the store. For a minute I thought it might solve my problem, but it didn't happen.

They did okay for the first time I was in there. They just have truck parts nothing else. Still to early to tell how they will do. Just as long as there prices don't go up and run truck drivers off.

The parts they sell don't last 3 months, and the warranty is an issue with them. No turbo, brake compressor, and other parts.Las partes que venden no duran 3 meses, y la garantia es un problema con ellos. Ni turbo, compresor de los frenos, y otras partes mas.
