we returned back less than 3 weeks of having gotten our car fixed for apps. 900.00 because the engine light was back on. we were not charged for the diagnostic on the engine light on, and as it turned out, it was the gas cap not on tight enough because the tether was tangled, this is our daughters car, and she is traveling this week and we had to make sure all was well

they where super helpfully and one of the only shops here in round rock that would accommodate my truck and trailer setup(full size dually 40ft trailer) when I got there, they had a tech working on my inspection almost immediately. which was nice NOT being push down on the list like at other places just cause the size of my rig

I would really rate it Zero out of 5, but the reviewer must select a minimum of 1. This afternoon the Firestone on 620 tried to strong arm my daughter into paying $57 for windshield wipers that were completely unnecessary. They said the car inspection failed because the windshield wipers were dirty.1 hour prior to the auto being dropped off, it was washed at Mister Car Wash on 620. The exterior of the auto was shiny clean. The auto was failed simply to sell wiper blades. Brand new Rain X latitude windshield wipers were installed on the auto in September 2023 (just 3 months ago).She advised the Firestone employee and manager that the brand new wipers were just recently installed. They did not listen to her, and furthermore told her not to return to their location. This is disgraceful to treat a young lady customer in this manner.The auto windshield and car was bone dry after she returned home. The store did not even test the windshield wipers to see if they were removing water as they should. We used a water hose to water the windshield at home, and the windshield wipers worked perfectly.Further updateThe next day went to Jiffy Lube on 620 and passed inspection with flying colors. Inspector even stated how well maintained the auto is after completing inspection. This clearly shows Firestone s disgraceful intent to fail a customer in order to increase their sales. A terrible way to treat a customer.

Took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get an oil change that I had an appointment for. Would be less agitated if they would have been transparent about the wait time. My car was in the shop for over an hour, so can t really use the wait as an excuse. Been to different locations and haven t had this issue. Will not be returning.

Top notch professionals. I needed air in all 4 of my tires after the cold snap. Drove up and they filled all of them for free. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman s name that helped me as he was very respectful, informative and helpful. A+++

Typical chain tire shop. They try their best to up sale you on things you don't need while making you wait an hour and a half to put a patch on your tire. If you want to save time and get a good deal I would go to Real's Tires on Brandi Lane

I would highly recommend that people find another mechanic. Even another Firestone. Just not this one.Had battery problems on a long road trip. Asked them to look into it. They decided to simply replace the battery and not look at anything else. They claimed the alternator was fine. 20 minutes after leaving the place, my battery light turns back on. And by then they were closed. Made for a very stressful drive back home, cause I couldn't afford to miss school or my doctor's appointment the next day.I found out that my alternator had gone bad. Would've been great if they had properly assessed my problem and replaced it for me. They even had the replacement part for it (or at least were able to get it and install it by the end of the day).

If you are planning to visit this place for state inspection, highly recommend to pick other place. They have one trained staff for that, so mostly likely you have to drop your car and go. They might call you next day to fix simple things, and even if you ask to proceed, they will say "that one staff" is busy so you have to keep the car for another day. If that one person decided not to show up to work on next day, then you have to wait for one more day. i will recommend firestore near lakeline.

These guys are great. Quick, fairly priced, polite. Open on a Sunday was a major bonus when I had a flat.Only minor complaint, tire and rim were covered in grease when I picked it up. I get they need to use that to put the tire on, a quick wipe would have made the difference between completely happy customer and a mostly happy one. :)

Has a decent experience when I had a walk in for alignment and inspection. They promised they would deliver by end of day and but ended up finishing even a few hours earlier.. The report and work summary were good and detailed. Would definitely recommend this place

Had a oil change done a couple months ago they were amazing. Took it in this week to get the ac fixed, repair wise they did a great job and we're super communicative, about price and parts ect... but... they left grease hand prints and stains all over my car, inside and outside, along the body too. My car isn't the cleanest but to not just run and rag over it especially the handles on the inside is upsetting. Also broke a cover to my speakers, which was not exactly where they were working on..... they warned me my car was old and when they unhooked under my glove box some stuff may break.... what's broken is over a foot away from where they were working. And literally a speaker cover.Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Very prompt. JOSE helped put my family back on to safe tires! He was able to quote me a slightly lower cost than I had managed to achieve myself, online. As a Parent, I know every penny counts -for my family and many other families. LOCATION LOBBY is very clean. CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch! Bought tires from Firestone with a warranty/road hazard. One of the tires has a nail in it - when I had called about asking for a good time to swing by, they were optimistic about me coming by and then trying to sell me tires. After I mentioned I had a warranty and they verified thru my info, they suddenly couldn't fit me in for another week. I called multiple locations and same old same old.Finally I got in and likely whoever replaced my tires prior with them did not put the wheel Lock key back (as I never touched anything pertaining to it) - and they didn't have one that worked. Ended up ordering one and having to wait two more weeks. Then I called last week and made sure they could repair/replace the tire this week, only to come by and have them tell me they wouldn't be able to do anything until next week.FYI, they will NOT prioritize honors on warranties. Save your time and $$$ for a place that will.

Took in some loose wheels and tires i got online. Customer service was really good. It took a while to get done and then fixed but they didn't let the tires go until the service manager was happy. He even helped me load the tires into my trunkGood experience

TL;DR: They didn't touch my tire, just pumped it up and sent me out the door without telling me they couldn't repair it.Came in for a tire repair, standard nail in the tire.Kept my vehicle for about four hours, which I understand, things get busy.They call me at 5:30, I get there at 6, and I'm given my key with technician recommendations. On my way home, at a traffic light, I read "TIRE UNREPAIRABLE" in the notes. They had just pumped up the flat tire and sent me on my merry way without a word.Would've been nice to know that my tire was irreparably damaged a few hours before every tire shop in the city was closing. Or even then, letting me know before I walked out the door!

Do not trust this location. Sales associates use manipulative sales tactics and lies to get their commission bonuses. They act super friendly and honest but DO NOT practice what they preach. I've included my experience below:I walked in an immediately was greeted with a friendly face and exceptional customer service. I needed only a tire alignment and rolled back onto the road an hour and a half later. To my surprise my car continued to pull right. I called Mike and set up an appointment for the following morning at 9:00AM to reassess my car. Arriving on time they didn't take my car back for 45 minutes. I was told my tires must be the problem (all but one had full tread) and swapping them around would tell us if they did or not. After a swap Mike tried to push me to buy 4 new tires from Firestone as there was still a slight pull left. This is when the alarm bells went off in my head as I was effectively told that I needed to replace my tires NOW in order to prevent them from wearing out faster (only consequence of a slight pull). I now suspect they intentionally did not correct my alignment in order to try to sell me tires I DID NOT NEED. Having someone else look at my alignment verified that after all that they never aligned my tires.I've also heard stories (can't confirm them so trust with your own discretion) of customers who bought tires and brakes from them and were told by an inspector that the tires and/or brakes were never replaced! They take advantage of the trust the sales associates build and use it to rob their customers blind. Go literally anywhere else.

I had a bad experience at a different Firestone once and vowed I would never go back. I really needed new tires and only Firestone was available for appointment the next day so I swallowed my pride and made an appointment for early morning. When I got there Mike had just opened the doors and he had the most positive and friendly attitude that I truly think it made me have a great day. He was super knowledgable and honest which is a super bonus in my book! Thank you Mike and Firestone staff!

I ve been using this location since they opened a few years ago. Every single time I ve gone in it is silent. Everyone in there talks in a calm voice. No one is yelling or screaming. No abrasive customer service. It is very much appreciated. I ve never been taken advantage of here, treated like an idiot, or been pushed into something I didn t want to do. I ve been very pleased so far!! I try to always make an appointment and they always have recommendations for me. Very pleased!Service: Oil change

1-Year SAFETY Inspection TOOK > 5 DAYSVERY LOW LOW LOW EFFICIENCY!I dropped my car on Sunday, not ready yet till Thursday.EVERYTIME you call, they replied: they are looking at car...looking at my car. Is my car a beautiful girl?Managers are also incompetent in providing good quality service.Never go there!

Had a confirmed appointment at 1pm and at 2:30 they still hadn t even pulled my vehicle into the bay. After waiting an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment I asked for my key back and left. Why bother letting people schedule appointments if the time clearly means nothing. Completely unsat and do not recommend at all. Only reason I even left 1 star is because leaving 0 wasn t an option.

I stopped going to Firestone years ago because they messed up something on a previous car and argued with me about their screw up so I went in as my third choice for car service because the other places were busy. Now I can see why there was no one here. Needed a tire patched and get my turn signal light replaced. They took my car in to start and came back out to tell me it was going to cost $300 to replace the light bulb with some scammy story about taking my bumper off. Said no to that so they had to go back and work on their next scammy story about a guy with smaller hands that could get in to replace the bulb the way it should have been done the first time for the great low cost of half the original price. Yes I did agree to that service because I needed it done and needed to get back to work. Apparently it was so difficult that there were three guys standing around the front of my car watching.Will drive further on a flat tire next time for better and honest service.

Worked with Jim or Tim and he was so kind and friendly!! Best service at a Firestone that I have had in along time, and I visit a lot of Firestones especially as a fleet driver. Hold on to that gentleman!!! Thanks again
