Art and the team took my 360 Spider, did the gated 6 conversion, new Capristo exhaust system, top to bottom check, braided brake lines, fuel pumps, plugs, They brought her back to new. I bought a gated manual converted F430 from a friend in Hawaii that had EAG manually swap the car a couple of years back. There were a few hiccups that arose a couple of years later and EAG stood behind me as I worked through them here in California. I am in sales and completely understand that things happen. The issues were minor, but they were a nuisance. They communicated extremely well with me and my mechanic here to make sure we were on the right track with the car. They also fulfilled their promise of getting me the new shiftbox for the ultimate gated manual experience free of charge. They did what they said they were going to do and were very transparent with me on what I should do/needed to do to make the car perfect. I really appreciate them taking care of me and would recommend them to anyone in the Ferrari world/looking for a manual swap.It feels good to be a very satisfied customer. Art was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner, Dave is also pretty cool, great group of guys. Looking forward to having them work on my GTI in the future! Also, they are the only authorized APR dealer in San Antonio.

Can t thank Art enough for going WAY out of his way to get me up and running. Called him and told him I shredded the serpentine belt on Saturday at about 5pm. Not only did he send a tow truck to the remote location I was at, but he sources the belt AND stayed till 9pm just to get it done for me. HIGHLY recommend these guys

I've never had a better car buying experience! These guys went above and beyond to get me into my dream car! Art is a guru when it comes to crunching numbers and buying and selling European cars. David is super smart and gave me an awesome tutorial on my BMW X5. Awesome business ethics, trusworthy and hardworking people. Never have I encountered folks who embody great customer service like these guys! I will definitely trust them to help me maintain my BMW in the future. Unbelievably satisfied customer!

Tremendous experience. I purchased a 2003 BMW 330i a while back from this dealer. I was initially hesitant about buying a BMW because of the maintenance cost. However, Art was very helpful and informative about just how easy and affordable it can be. He went above and beyond the call of duty of a used car dealer, by openly disclosing the minor issues with the car and then fixing them to boot. He replaced the wheel bearings, brakes, rotors, radiator and the alternator. Then he gave me a good price that a college student could afford. Additionally, any time I've ever had any questions or concerns about the car, he been there to answer and help me any way he can. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.If you want a reliable, affordable used car and you want to feel good about the experience... Go with this dealership, 100%.-Ryan

This review is long overdue. These guys have been great to me over the years with every one of my vehicles. From my supercharged M3, Gen 3 Dodge Viper and several modded Corvettes, to my daily Ford F150 they've serviced and repaired everything I've thrown at them. They are very fair with pricing and are far more knowledgeable than even experienced dealership techs. I recommend them to everyone I possibly can. -TZ

I had a great experience at European Auto Group! Art and David were great to work with. They made me feel very comfortable and they explained everything that they were doing. Being a woman walking into a mechanic shop can always be intimidating, but the guys treated me great, and did not mind explaining things more than once if I needed it! I will definitely be going back for any repairs. Thanks again for everything!

These people are absolutely excellent! I am not a car person and they took the time to show and explain to me what is wrong with my BMW. They even worked extra long hard hours so I could have my car back the same day. The quote was fair and honest. The staff were respectful and super accommodating. I recommend this auto shop.

Where do I start with this shop! Few words!! Amazing, extremely professional and beyond Customer Service !! And very patience!! I started exhaust shopping for my Audi A7 for about two weeks. And Dave and his team was nothing but patience and guide me through the choices I had! I must say I am very skeptical on who I have to do any type of work on my car. But Dave did such an amazing job building a relationship with me I had no issues using his shop. During the process I was updated daily as well Dave wanted me to continue my daily life as if I still had my car. And he was able to put me in a rental car and I must say it was extremely nice one at that. I don't want to make this review to long. But these guys are the best at what that do hands down. When I receive my car back OMG my car has a more sporty feel in the exhaust it's to die for. Words can not explain how great my car sounds with this exhaust!! A/c stopped working on my 2013 Mercedes C250 sedan on a Saturday. With the start of the summer season approaching, I was desperate on making sure to get it fixed at a decent cost and ASAP as I am a Very busy person. I immediately reviewed several auto shops that I can do my needed repair quickly and at a decent/fair cost. European Auto Group took my car in on a Sunday (when they were closed), replaced my compressor, and had me back with Super Cold A/c within 3 days. They are VERY knowledgeable, honest and transparent, courteous, and kept me apprised of the status of the diagnostic and repair every step of the way. OEM part manufacture warrant stands. Its been a couple months and the A/c is blowing colder than before. I checked the part installation and the unit is, in fact, OEM and new. I very, VERY much highly recommend European Auto Group and trust them. Go to these guys. They are the real deal. -David

I have a great experiences with Art and his brother. They both seemed to be very knowledgeable on what they were selling. I had walk in there to view a 08 bmw 528i and they gave me the run down of the vehicle. What I truly enjoyed was the fact that they work with me to get me were I needed to be but also educated me on the vehicle. Thanks fellas I will be definitely sending people your way.

Knowledgeable, .professional, friendly and honest. David and Art are the only automotive mechanics that I trust to work on my 335 diesel BMW. They have resolved issues with my car that the dealership has been unable to solve and at a fraction of time and money I would pay at the dealer. The entire team is fabulos! Thank you guys!

A couple of weeks ago I was ready to buy a really nice BMW in Austin..I had plans to pick it up on Saturday. .when my wife text me this adverstisment one here in San Antonio. This company had the exact same car. I met with the owner that Friday and was very impressed with how much knowledge this guy had. Not to mentioned a very business savy guys. It was clear to me this guy's "Arthur and David " would eventually be my go to guys. The cars they sell are quite impressive. And very well maintained. I highly recommend European Auto Groups to anyone who wishes to deal with excellent customer service. I am pleased with the car and ultimate professional service. KUDOS to them for thier outstanding service. I I was left without options but to buy my car with them instead of the Austin sale. These guys are honest and are willing to help you select the best car for your money.

Art and Dave are nothing short of professional. They are always a pleasure to speak with and are quick to finding the fix for any car problem you might have. I trust them completely with my M3 and prefer their services over any dealership any day of the week. I called European Auto Group to ask about a re-flash tune on my MK6 GTI. They gave me a quote (which was $130 over the average asking price of other local shops). I scheduled an appointment and the day I was supposed to come in and get the tune done, they called me 20 mins prior to the appointment, as I was on my way there because the APR tune computer was down. I was told I would be contacted as soon as the computer would be running again. 3 weeks had passed since then and this review, I was never called back or offered a reschedule. I give a low review for the poor customer service and lack of interest. Also, labor is overpriced here compared to other European car mechanics in San Antonio. I know this because I have taken my business elsewhere and payed less and received better customer service.

Honest and down to earth guys. They gave me a diagnoses that made sense for my vehicle. I will definitely be back and would definitely consider buying/selling from/to them. Would highly recommend for older, high mileage Audi s and other European cars!!! These guys will take care of you for a fair price and no BS.

I searched around on Google for a good mechanic that specializes in European high end cars after getting a ridiculous quote for repairs from the Maserati dealership for my Maserati Gran Turismo and I couldn't be more pleased with Dave and Art! They did a fantastic job, were very personal and did the work for a fraction of the price! I'll definitely be bring my car back for any future work. Thanks guys!

They were supposed to repaired my husband Boxster Porche, and that day when we took it to them, we didn't know it was the beginning of a nightmare, that haunted us forever.My husband paid David Bartosik, 15k, 15kIncluding 6k for painting. Well, NOTHING NOTHING got done.When we went to check on our Boxter, it would not even start. David had a complete mess inside our car.This place destroyed my husband's dream car. I am so sad...that someone could have the heart to take advantage of a 100%DV, that trusted their business, and all they did, was take our money...Take advantage of us, and Neverbe responsible for what they didn't do...Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Purchased a vehicle from here last year. The guys took care of some maintenance items such as oil leaks and window trim. That was cool, but what wasn't is the car they sold me had a duplicate title. The initial dealer tag expired and I had to get another. Eventually I did get plates for the vehicle and was promised that this title issue would be taken care of. That was NOT the case. Ended up selling the car at a loss and the new owner had to get a bonded title. Buyer beware!

Our company has acquired two vehicles from EAG now, and had ongoing service with them. Our experience has been outstanding to date, and it has been a pleasure to find a group that is honest, highly competent, and enjoyable to work with. We will definitely be returning for future needs.

Friendly group of guys, got a 2008 bmw 328i from Art and he came to his shop off of working hours to make the sale. His brother was also really nice and made sure the car was in tip top shape before sale. They even offered for me to hang with them and eat some food they grilled. Nice bunch of fellas.

I used this company before they moved from their Wurzbach Parkway and Perrin Beitel location. Took my BMW 740 in for repairs they destroyed it! I would never advise anyone to have maintenance done with this company. I have no idea about their sales ability and their cars, but as far as maintenance proceed at your own risk if you use them! If I could give them a sub 0 star I would. My car never ran again sad to say. Before I knew anything they had change their locations. The owner responded that he does not know me and not to slander his business. Well Art let me refreash your memory...my husband has the same first name as you. We just saw you in a local restaurant recently in Universal City. When I saw you it all came back to me what you and your brother had done to our Black 2008 740 BMW. I have pictures and receipts alot of proof to prove what I am talking about. So please let it be, and except my review for what you did.

We've worked with Art and the guys at EAG for years now and have always had an amazing experience. They have serviced countless vehicles for us at a very reasonable price and time frame. We're talking just about any car you can think of, from a supercharged e92 M3, Nissan GTR, Dodge Viper, BMW X5-M, lifted and modified diesel trucks, all the way to your average 335i or Chevy Tahoe, they have taken care of us. We also recommend them to every one of our customers to service their vehicles after the purchase from us. We always get follow up thank you calls from them for recommending EAG. You won't be disappointed. 10 stars if it were available!

These guys know their foreign cars. Went to European Auto Group because they had a pretty uncommon BMW Wagon that had been impossible to find in good condition. These guys pretty much refurbished the inside of the car because it wasn t up to their standards and it looked better than any other Wagon I had seen online anywhere. Definitely recommend these guys to everyone looking for a car, awesome customer service and prices.

Called for a quote on shocks and struts installation of parts I already owned. Got a quick and straight up quote, which was very much appreciated. However, the price seemed a bit steep, in my opinion. To be fair, it seems to be a trend in San Antonio to charge 5 hours of labor for a 1 - 2 hour job.I initially gave an honest 3 star review regarding the steep price quote, and I'm now receiving threatening text messages regarding that initial review. I personally do not recommend.

We brought my daughter's 2002 Volvo in because it was having issues with starting and running smoothly. After thorough diagnostics, the mechanics informed us of multiple issues with the car that would be costly to repair. EAG probably saved us from further headaches down the road with this vehicle. Their vast knowledge of different makes and models of vehicles and unmatched honesty and integrity has enabled me to decide to bring any vehicle I own to EAG for any type of maintenance or repair.
