Great service and communication. I'm hesitant to recommend highly because it might mean longer wait times to get in. They're busy. I appreciate they always provide honest quotes for work. They work on my newer car as well as my daughter's old hail-pocked banger.

I went there for a light on in my vehicle. One of the guys checked my truck and told me to buy an original gas cap to solve the problem. They were very kind since I stepped in , I felt comfortable in that place. They did not charge me and the light is off after replacing the cap. This will be my place when I need to repair something in my truck . They are kind and honest.

I have known Tommy the owner for YEARS now & am so Thankful that I can Trust him completely!!! He s been in business for DECADES here in Round Rock! He is Honest, Down-to-Earth, Humble, Straightforward, Trustworthy, Hardworking, & also knows his limits! He isn t trying to pull the wool over your eyes, he s just trying to get you taken care of & on your way!Yes, it s a small place, Nothing fancy, No loaner vehicles, unless you re using Insurance to cover the rental car. I d rather have it fixed properly & TRUST someone with my vehicle to do ONLY What s NECESSARY, NOT a Salesperson (or I ve even been lied to at the dealer before - something that didn t need to be done, but they said it did! Argh!) & trying to Jack the Bill !!!There used to be a guy Dave & a guy Steve who helped out up front, but I m so glad it s just Tommy right now - my husband didn t have a good experience with Steve. Not sure the details, but he won t go back. I completely Trust Tommy though!I ve even called to ask questions & he ll tell me over the phone so I don t waste our time or money bringing it in. Huge ++!(ie. Should we buy this vehicle for our teen driver (yrs ago!) or this is going on, Help! Or The dealer said I need this & that fixed but I don t trust them) IF they KNOW & have recently seen my vehicle or know the brand, or the issue I m asking about, they ll just chat with me about it in the phone, If it s something I need to take it in for, then I set up a time). They always give me Options BUT Also Explain the ifs, ands, buts, whys, what s, hows They work on Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infinity, etc.Won t work on Mercedes or some of the Specialized brands that are Expensive to fix & Only want you to go to the dealer.So Grateful for Tommy and E&T Automotive!!!

Tommy and team at E&T are like ENT doctors of cars! Humble, trustworthy, and notorious for only recommending what needs to be done and doing it the best way possible. No need to go over their charges, complete trust I have in them over last 15+ years! Thank you Tommy, Steve, and team!

Great shop, have used them for years. These guys are trustworthy and cost conscious.Usually have to get an appointment because they are booked up. That is what happens when you have built up a great business.

Went in with our vehicle with needing one of our front door locks on our SUV to be quickly looked at because it isn t locking due to our autistic son messing with the child lock . They quoted me over $700 and were booking 3 weeks out and when I asked if they literally couldn t even look at the door for a couple of minutes and if there was no possible way for it to be a simpler fix than that he said no, we would have to take the whole door panel off and it s more than likely he broke the latch so we would have to replace that. I asked for another suggestion and he named a couple of spots and said he gets vehicles from those places all of the time (alluding to the fact that he fixes their mistakes all of the time.) I ended up going to another place nearby and not only did they look at it same day, they shuttled me home and came back to get me and the fix was just as simple as I had thought it could be, not needing to take the door panel off or needing to replace the part that E&T had quoted me. When I called to give them an update of the whole situation I explained everything only to have him pretend like he heard nothing I said because he had to switch phones. I m glad I didn t stay at E&T to be taken advantage of and listened to my gut to go elsewhere or I would be out $700.

I wish I had found this place years ago! The mechanics at E&T Automotive are knowledgeable, decent, and honest! After being treated in a condescending manner and overcharged at another repair shop, I was on a mission to find better auto mechanics and was impressed by E&T. They were kind and understanding and listened patiently to my concerns. I have a 20+ year old car that I was taking on a long trip and needed to know if it would make it. They gave it a full check up and did not find anything of concern and they were correct! My car and I made it safely to our destination and it continues to run perfectly. I also had a few other issues that needed to be taken care of and they even presented me with options to help decrease the cost of some of the repairs. There was even a squealing noise that they were able to address easily that had somehow eluded the prior repair shop. I simply can t express what a gem this repair shop is and enthusiastically recommend them to all my friends now!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is legit. If you re looking for a really good and honest mechanic who s not going to play games with price or accidentally screw up your vehicle, this is the place. I recommend everyone I talk to with car issues to check this place out. 10/10

I chose E&T Automotive due to the huge fan base they have on Next Door. I was looking for a 'new car guy' after the last guy retired. As a female you can guess why finding an honest vehicle repair tech is paramount! Although I researched the problem and possible repairs, I don't know enough to tell if I'm being taken for a 'ride' where price for labor is concerned.Let me just say, this company has a customer for life as well as a referral to anyone I know! Trustworthy, authentic customer service with a dash of super nice individuals! Ladies, your search is over, use these guys!Service: Air conditioning

I have discovered that the few modifications I have had done to my Honda Passport are much more difficult than your average SUV. E & T installed a transmission cooler that proved again to be a long challenge, yet E & T stayed true to their word on the initial price quote. A plus service. Brought my car in for a metal on metal sound. Turn out to be U Joints. When pressing in the new joint something broke. So now I need a drive shaft. They replaced it at no charge. The u joints in were good, so no charge for any of it.The place I used for 30+ years was honest like that, they closed.Bottom line, They are above being honest.Tommy and the crew are great and have my business forward.Thanks GuysService: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend! My engine started shaking before Thanksgiving and when I called, they immediately knew what could be happening. They are extremely knowledgable, helpful and awesome! They were quick and E&T actually cares for their customers unlike other automotive companies. If I ever need help with my car in the future, I know where I'm bringing it! E & T is a locally owned small business. They have worked on several cars for me and my family. They always do a great job for a fair price. The only minor concern is at times it can take a while for them to schedule but I m willing to deal with this because I trust them and their work!

They are amazing and so kind. I was quoted high at another place and a friend of mine told me to check these guys out! I was quoted half of what the other mechanic wanted to charge. Love E&T....Just had Tommy and crew fix my car last week and as usual everything was great. The part needed could be procured from a couple of places that had a big difference $$$ and Tommy said the other choice would be a day longer but saved me $100's of dollars which I was glad to do.These folks are good, honest and communicate well....I highly recommend E&T and will use them again in the future.

E & T Automotive is Awesome! Tommy, Steve and the guys are exceptional. We've been taking our Vehicles there for almost 13 years. Their estimates are usually right on...most of the time the final cost comes out a little less than the original estimate. They do very good, honest work. No one else touches our cars...unless it's warranty work from the dealer.

This is the place we use for automotive repair exclusively after going through a lot of places that were not competent. E&T is honest, quick, and transparent.This go round they were fixing mistakes made by Firestone in Georgetown. 1) They filled my freon & put a dye in it to see where it leaks. 2) They fixed the tune up where the other place failed to seal a valve so it was flooding with oil & not able to fire not to mention draining my oil.

This auto shop came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! They immediately got to work on my car and fixed the minor issue within minutes. They couldn't of been more professional, friendly or kind. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
