Great, professional service. Brian, especially had a great attitude and was very accommodating. Bought 4 tires, had them done in no time. I had a small issue after I left, and made an appointment the next day to have it addressed. He saw me come in and said he saw my reservation and he d take care of it. That s service. everyone in the store was great, Brian just stood out. Best experience I ve had at a discount tire. Keep it up guys.

Best customer service ever. I had some wheels Firestone couldn t do and Brian M helped me out. Awesome customer service can t say enough because I ve taken my Miata here. Just upfront, honest and just gets the job done. No unnecessary upgrades just the facts and like that about this location. And to see young men motivated is such great news for future generation. I respect when companies with great leadership because that s my line of work. Good job Discount tire and this is the only place I ll take my wheels and tire needs. Thank you

Had a great experience here getting wheels and tires on my Camaro. Gilbert was very helpful, friendly, and was very timely with responses. Great group of people working at Discount Tire and highly recommend them.

Thank goodness for this location that was on my route on the way to clean and my back tires started giving me trouble of all things.Came in to have the air checked only to find out my back tire had a nail in it and my other tire was going out!Thankfully I bought these tires for my previous discount tire in able able to get me a deal and replace one under warranty and get me in and out in 30 minutes!The crew here was super easy to work with professional friendly and on top of that right across the street you can walk over and get yourself a drink while you're waiting!Tucked away on the exit to get to IKEA

Didn't make any appointment and walk in for a tire patch and the job got done within 30mins, pretty efficient and it is free of charge! Please get your tires for free air check!

Very good, quick, caring, new location had an appointment at 8:45 am was out of there by 9:20 very quick for replacing two tires repairing one and putting wipers on. Brandon was the one that helped me very nice and professional came right out to my car when I got there. Didn t talk to anybody else but I m sure the whole team is amazing, keep being the best it doesn t go unrecognized!!!!

Wilfredo is an awesome employee! When I first came in shopping for tires, he laid out multiple options for my car to cater to how it s driven. He knows how to translate his expertise to his customers and is very personable. The tires that I ordered came in two days later and when I brought my car in to get the tires installed Wilfredo happened to be the one that installed my tires. I was shocked at how quickly my car was ready! Thanks Wilfredo and I ll definitely be coming to this location for my 4runner!

I have never been disappointed with any of my services at Discount Tire. This was the 2nd time I visited this store. The 1st time, I went in for an air check, the gentleman was courteous and professional. The 2nd was to purchase 4 new tires, which I did online and booked my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted and given updates on my vehicles through the process. I was there for less than 30 minutes. This is by far the best location I have ever visited!

came in for a last minute flat tire when I was out the door this morning. Team greeted me immediately and patched the tire and had me on my way in 40 minutes!! quickest tire issue experience I have ever had

They used to be good earlier, but based on my experience in the last visit, I wouldn't recommend them anymore. I went there to get a nail out of one of the tires. This manager who looked at it said it can't be taken out because of its position in the center, and he said only solution is to change the tires. Without even having some person look into it properly, he strongly said that is the only option even when I asked him to try it out. He was forcing me to change it immediately, which was not good to see.May be it is just an issue with this manager, but discount tire should train their managers and front facing folks to talk nicely and also to avoid these kind of business tricks.I then went to another place nearby and they took out the nail in less than 30 minutes without any extra appointments. They didn't even tell any concern about the tire condition or anything about the nail position.

I got a fair deal on my tires and when I got a sidewall puncture they didn't blink an eye, they just got me straight in and put a new one on and sent me on my way. I also love their having staff available everyday to check your tire pressure at no charge. 5 stars!

Great service and very nice people working there. The only issue I had was when it was busy half the staff was in the lobby goofing off while we waited for things to get done.Not really a big deal but everyone deserves a break from work and smile and have funny but the whole staff at once was a bit much. With that said they all did a great job and I ll be back for sure

By far the best discount tires, Alex, Nicole, Alejandro were excellent. I had some issues with the tires I initially bought, they helped me out by exchanging them for another set. Plus, they usually can get you in and out quickly

Visited the new location in Round Rock to get new tires after checking online to make sure that they had them in stock. After waiting for about 7 minutes, the employee assisted me and verified that I did need all 4 tires. I asked him about the tires I saw online, and he saw that they had them. He physically went into the stocks to check to make sure. Tires were installed in less than an hour. Friendly staff, quick service, and a very nice new store. I will be back.

The cold weather made our tire low. We pulled in Discount Tire and got in line to have them add air to the tire. There were 2 cars in front of us. They did it so fast. We appreciate Discount Tire. They did a super job!

Total lack of customer service.Let me preface this with the fact that I am a manager at an automotive repair shop. And taking care of my customers is paramount.While checking my tire pressures yesterday I realized one of the tires I had installed at Discount near downtown in August of 22 was the incorrect size. I work in the Round Rock area so I called this location to get the correct size ordered. I spoke to Nicole who was super polite said bring it on by and we ll get you taken care of. So I did that. I stopped by. Nicole was busy and I spoke with another guy on the counter and he confirmed it was in fact the wrong size and a tire that discount had in fact installed. He went and spoke to his manager who told him I have to take it back to the store that installed them. Which being in the industry I know to be a tactic to circumvent having a negative sale on a store. I asked the guy that was helping me that let s say I m in Arizona and have an issue with one of my tires if I am supposed to drive back to downtown Austin to have it repaired/replaced? He said no, probably not. So if not then why am I having to go to Austin for this? He said sorry and that s how they operate.So if you re looking to spend a bunch of money on tires and then not have any confidence that you ll be taken care of then this is the place for you to go.

They do everything right.I suspected my wife s tire had a leak. Her tires weren t in stock so they proactively ordered a tire from across town so they could replace it if they couldn t fix it. Ended up fixing it for free and I was out in under 30 minutes.Definitely going back when it s time for a new set of tires

Discount Tire in Round Rock, next to IKEA, is new, clean, and the guys took care of my car quickly. Thanks to Terry and Stefan for getting me in and out with new tires and answering all my questions. I sadly frequent Discount Tire more than I d like to admit, but this location stands out. When I have to return, I m coming back to this location!

Super quick service, I was helped as soon as I pulled into the parking lot even without an appointment. The staff is friendly. They have a spacious inside area with wifi where you can do work and watch your car get worked on. This is the cleanest and least crowded Discount Tire store I have been to. Xavier was helpful and gave me updates while I was waiting. Once they were done they even pulled my car to the front and left it running. In and out in 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Alex and his team are amazing, Knowledgeable and got my new wheels and tires setup and the best thing, minimal wait. Loving the new fitment on my Whistler Sk1 wheels on the 2003 Mustang Cobra. Big shoutout to Alex, A really cool car guy. I'll be back and so happy they opened another location in the Round rock and Georgetown area. Great work at this location. Really appreciate it guys.

I had a layaway with them when I got ready to purchase my tires. I asked them their best price then called Walmart and got tires $300.00 cheaper after I got my tires went back to discount tire and got my $100.00 back they was trying to take me into returning tires back to Walmart and they give me a better deal guess when someone comes in and ask for there lowest price that what you should tell them not your middle price range in the end I got my $100.00 back and new tires

Just drove through for my free monthly air check. I did buy my tires from a different Discount Tire but I know I can drive through the Air station lane at ANY Discount Tire... even if I didn't get my tires from them.It's hard to find a working Air Pump at gas stations these days so I just stop by and have them keep my tires at the safe recommended pressure.

Fast service, and they were careful with the wheels when installing the tires. Exceptional and courteous service. Will use this location on our other vehicles.
