Took my car in for a couple of minor issues and inspection. Drew was super friendly and kept me updated on the work, which was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. A great overall experience, will certainly be back!Update: my second trip to Dave's was just as positive as the first. These guys are great!

Not only are they amazing just because they are, they know what they're talking about. I'm absolutely happy with how fast they took my car in and got everything done the day I called. My car runs Way better than before and they all work really well together, great with people. I laughed instead of cried! Thank you Dave's Ultimate Automotive!! I sincerely recommend, also they have a smoke machine!!!

Probably the best customer service in the Austin area. After all the work was done, my car runs like a champ. Jason was extremely helpful and only paid attention to the item that needed work. No updating and hidden fees. Upfront on the cost with no added ( hidden fees) surprises. Will definitely be using in the future.

The fastest, most professional, and friendliest service I've ever received. I live in Austin and my car broke down in the round rock area that's how I discovered this shop. The staff was amazing, they serviced my vehicle within 24 hours after dropping it off, so I was able to drive it back home the following day. They also helped me find towing services in the area so that I could get my vehicle to the shop. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future car repairs!

I love Dave's. The guys are always nice and if you make an appointment service is super quick. I took my car in for an inspection and we were in and out within 20 minutes. I go here for inspections, oil changes, they even service my ice cream truck!

My Truck broke down on the road on our way to Texas from out of state. Had it towed into the shop in the afternoon and they got it repaired by next morning. Did a great job and fast service too! Thank you will be coming back.

Dave s is a really great place for all of your car needs. These guys are not only professional but their customer service hands down is the best. I had my SUV last week and Jason and the crew not only fixed my vehicle but checked on me the next day to make sure all of our needs were met.

The team at Dave s worked through an engine problem on my SUV that proved hard to solve. Other places might have given the car back to me earlier without completely solving the problem, but these guys stuck with it and completed the job. The engine has been running great since this repair. It hasn t run this smoothly in years.

This company deserves 10 stars!! With the weather change all my tires had low pressure. On my Lunch break I asked if they would put air on all tires, they were so nice to do this for me. God Bless you!

This place has been my "GO TO" for several years! I choose them over the dealership with my brand new vehicles! They're always friendly & courteous! I've never had one complaint! These guys are top notch. I originally went to Dave's because they accepted Carmax's extended warranty. I was so pleased with their service, I now skip the Carmax service center all together and instead bring my car to Dave's. I can't speak for other locations other than the one in Round Rock, Tx, but the service techs seem to know their stuff and the front desk guys are great. After diagnosis of your vehicle's problems, they send you a nifty URL with a detailed explanation of the problems with pictures included. I can't recommend Dave's enough.

Dave s Ultimate Round Rock comes highly recommended. They re professional, thorough and honest. I am never disappointed because they offer sterling service and I particularly applaud Jason who takes customer service to the next level - very courteous, well- mannered, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. They wanted $1200 plus their $190 diagnostic fee for a minor AC repair. They did offer a 20% discount GM (the dealership) however was $938 including the diagnosis. I don t know how they have such good reviews. They also drained all the Freon out of the AC system during diagnosis. And they left my wife s vehicle unlocked in the parking lot.Service: Air conditioning

The staff is kind, understanding, and helpful. The service is always top notch. The price is always what was quoted or lower. And the emails that show what is needed allows you easier understanding of the problems and visually see what is being discussed. My car is always ready when originally quoted or sooner. I couldn't be happier with Dave's. This establishment is absolutely great. My 2003 Toyota 4 runner started to give me problems and realizing it is 20 years old vehicle and didn t want to spend a lot of money so I took to local auto mechanic. After spending over 11 hundred , with this local mechanic, the problem not only got fixed, it got worse within a month. I decided to take it to Dave Automotive to see if this vehicle can be fixed. To my surprise, not only they diagnosed the vehicle correctly, the Dave s Automotive team assured me that my suv is in good shape and it only needs basic maintenance that I neglected to perform on this vehicle for so long. My vehicle now runs exceptionally smooth. No oil leaking, no overheating and I am glad I took it to Dave automotive. They know what they are doing and mostly importantly they are honest.Service: Engine repair

I've never had a bad experience coming here. They did an oil change for me and got me set up with four new tires. I'm a b**** on a budget, so they were able to work with me and give me some options to be able to get my repairs done affordably. Read through prior reviews for Dave's Ultimate Automotive Round Rock location, and took 2004 Scion Xb in for A/C repair. Drew provide a detailed inspection with cost to repair. The price was reasonable for the service and the A/C is working great. I will definitely use their services again.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I only received the diagnostics and not the repair. Everyone was friendly and accurate in the determine the issue. The price was about $800 more than one of their competitors. The difference, as they explained it was they had a longer warranty and claimed to use better parts. This was said without knowing the details of their competitor. Their warranty was better, but I believe the parts were the same or comparable . They were able to have the repair completed soon, but I was willing to wait a week to save $800.Service: A/C installation & repair

I had problems with my car and I was trying to get a diagnostics done so that I can fix the problem. And the people here refused to help me knowing that there's a big o sign outside the shop that says diagnostics. So I wouldn't recommend anyone because they don't do diagnostic done to your car because they told me over the phone that they don't do that knowing that it says it right outside the building. You can't lie to customers and can't refuse service. That's very bad for business. I'm glad I didn't waste my time with these people. I'm good. If I ever have another car that has issues I'm never going to take it here And they don't even fix cars. They'll have them sitting there on parking outside for days even weeks.
