It was time for a 100k check up. Called CBA, made an appointment and was served in an afternoon. Was treated with courtesy and respect at every turn. Was apprised of prescribed and suggested maintenance and their costs. Was also offered suggestions about work which likely would be needed in the near-future.I am happy to say that my experience was a pleasant and successful one. Will return.

Pleasant, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Offers courtesy pick up or drop off in a reasonable radius. 3yr warranty on parts and labor with locations in Austin and Houston (important for me). Highly recommend.

The place was very clean and well kept! I was greeted with kindness and communicated with very well. I appreciate the team for the providing transportation to and from the shop. That was great!!!!! Clean vehicles on my pick up and drop and everyone was just nice!!! My car was left in excellent condition and returned to me in excellent condition! They took care of my issue right away and I appreciate the courtesy check! I ll definitely be back for other maintenance items! Thank CBA-Round Rock!

Fred was Fantastic. He was so kind and went out of his way to help me. I called another Mechanic for a Pre-Purchase Inspection prior to calling Christian Bros, but when I spoke with Fred at Christian Bros, my decision was made. I ll be coming here for future work on my car.

Second time using Christian Brothers Automotive.I'm still impress with their service. I had to find a new shop for repairs because my old one went out of business. I have now found that shop.One thing that was absolutely impressive, They called to find out if everything was done to my satisfaction. Who does that now days???I will be back!Thank you.

Christian Brothers has always provided us with great service and I recent experience was no different. They fixed us up quickly and worked with our warranty company to get us taken care of promptly, even after we missed our initial appointment.

I made an online appointment Needed an oil change, inspection and went ahead and got my tires rotated only because I need it $44 for rotation. The staff was courtesy and I waited and got my car done in two hours due to weather. They did a courtesy check and gave me an estimated cost for each item that needed attention. Highly recommended this establishment

This is a great place to take your car if you have any issues. They are very prompt & thorough. All of the workers were very nice. The facilities are super clean. They also have a service to transport you to & from home from the shop, which is nice. When they actually create the quote, it is sent online & you can see the breakdown of the entire cost, different options, & the rationale behind everything. They are great.

This place has been fantastic! I left a ford dealer with an $8,000+ estimate after my car was there waiting for 10 days. I called CBA RR ahead to drop off and immediately felt rest assured that all my concerns would be addressed and they would work with my extended warranty company.Not only did they get the vast majority of my repairs approved by warranty right away but they also were able to point out repairs and service items needed that were not even mentioned by the dealer. Long story short, they kept in touch every step of the way and got everything in top notch shape for less than 1/4 of what the dealer proposed. My car was in and out in roughly 24 hours where the dealer had it for 10 days and didn't call once until I threatened to come pull it from their service.I will absolutely return to this location for all my future needs. These guys make it so easy! Thank you for being so great!

I highly recommend Christian brothers on Lewis Hanna. I ve had major ,repairs on my Truck engine and transmission. They ve offered fair pricing. work was completed in a timely manner. Quality of work was very good. Have no follow up issues, with any of the repairs. They have standing guarantees and warranties. Much better than the competitors.

What a great experience this is my second visit to a Christian Brothers and both times I was very pleased. The employees provide great service they show empathy and they stick to their word. I had a fairly large repair that was completed within 2 days shuttle service was provided and the advisor stayed within quote. A very professional and efficient staff. It was a New Years weekend and all garages were saying they couldn't look at the car until next week. I called this shop and explained the bind not having the car put my family in. They not only took it in but ran the diagnostics and fixed it in the same day. They even came and got me from the house to pick up my car. I will surely be going back there again. Steve.

*Update: the owner called me personally & I have received a partial refund on services rendered. My truck has been running fine since being serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive. Thanks!Overpriced & unhelpful. They tried to nickel & dime me the entire way and then hassled me with my method of payment.I will not be using Christian Auto Bros ever again & would recommend that no one else does either.

Took my car here for a state inspection. They notified me that my rear brakes were very low and needed to be replaced soon. I asked how much for that and he told me $600. Baby, those break pads better be made from the body of Christ because you are insane for that price. I did some research and the average price for brake pad replacement is less that $250. That's not very Christian behavior.Not sure if this is the woman tax or not but rest assured I won't bother going back.

I can't say enough how lucky I got landing upon this place when I got a flat tire on the freeway. I hit something on the freeway that caused my tire pressure to go lower and lower and in a panic, I exited to the nearest gas station and pulled over. Trying to gather my options, I noticed Christian Brothers automative a stone's throw away from the gas station so I drove my car, flat tire and all, and asked to see if there was anyway they could help me. My apologies for not getting his name but the guy who worked the front friday (3/22) afternoon around 3pm said they'd see what they could do. I waited not long at all but they were able to plug the tire AND did it kindly without even charging me! I was in shock and just ever so grateful!!!! Being 10 weeks pregnant I was blessed they were able to make a stressful situation LESS stressful and very easy. Thank you to Randy who helped me with my tire and I wish I knew his name at the front but I can't say enough good things about how kind these people are!!! Thank you for helping me, a million times over!!

I always go there for my state inspection they are quick and always friendly. They recently took care of my 30,000 mile check up and provided manufactures recommendations but were not pushy. I would highly recommend using them!

Great service! I went to get the emissions inspection and mentioned them an issue about my vehicle suspension. They took a quick look at it and gave me good advice. Christian Brothers have the expertise and are honest.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff were friendly, honest and thorough. They didn t try to over charge or have me pay for services that I didn t need. They also provided shuttle service. It made a huge difference for me to be able to work and have my vehicle serviced without putting it off because I didn t have transportation. I would definitely recommend them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

These guys are fantastic. I was in the area to visit family and had a blowout on the way here. Had the tire replaced elsewhere, but there was an issue with the car making a scraping sound. I was worried about getting back home safely and without further damaging the car. The guys at the Round Rock Christian Bros were able to diagnose the problem in less than a minute, and then fixed it. I was maybe there a half hour, and the price was absolutely reasonable. They explained everything and showed me what was going on. I feel confident that I can make the 15-hour drive home safely.Really kind and knowledgeable people. I hope I don t go through this again, but if I do, I know where to go. And, now I have a great place to send my mom!

My 2nd time going to CBA to get my 2011 Chevy Silverado servicedI'm am very pleased with their work!!!!They are courteous, professional, punctual, upfront and honest about the costs of each service, and I. Totally love that they have a shuttle driver to take you were you need to go , and buy the way all the courtesy drivers have all been very polite and genuinely nice guysI will recommend CBA to anyone who's looking for a great shop to service their vehicle . I will continue to comeback to them for my service needs.Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

I had a recent breakdown and needed to have my car towed to Christian Brothers Automotive. I called to inform that my car would not accelerate. John assisted me with my car issues and provided me updates of diagnosis. John explained each necessary repair and had my car fixed within the next day. I really like the text and email communication and report with photos. This method allows me to select the repair options and any recommendations for maintenance. John provided great customer service and very helpful in getting my car back on the road. Thanks for your Teams commitment to service.

Very positive experience here! From start to finish, the staff treated me very well. Pricing was upfront and I didn t feel like they were trying to add a bunch of extra services I didn t need (a problem I ve experienced at a lot of other shops).- Fred (service representative) had GREAT communication throughout the process and customer service skills. I felt like he really took his time to understand my concerns and priorities.- Scott (technician) completed the repairs in an impressive timeframe and I was able to see an immediate difference.- Andre (shuttle) not only made my life so much easier with rides to/from the shop but he was also SO kind and genuinely a pleasure to interact with.Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone with auto repairs or general maintenance.
