After searching for hours to figure out where I needed to take my vehicle to get fixed I chose caliber collision and this specific location due to other positive reviews and ratings. One thing I can say is I don t regret it and would rate the service/ Experience 10/10. The team especially Joe kept me fully informed on my vehicle status weekly. I received my vehicle back in timely manner and was highly satisfied with the end result when I received it back! I would definitely recommend this location to anybody in need of a major repair

I brought my car in not so terrible conditions and got it back totaled . The staff's communication was so poor , they were never calling to update me on my car's progress I had to be the one reaching out . They did not have me sign anything upon bringing it in and My car was totaled at their shop and they did not take any responsibility at all this is how I got my car back exactly how it looked when I went to go look at it after the damage . Joe said they were going to finish it up and they did not . The color isn't the same as the original parts and clearly the door wasn't painted either . They still obviously took the money from the insurance and did not finish the work .

I am impressed with Caliber Collision and will be returning to them for any future needs. I endorse their quality work.Both Marco Razo-Montes and Davis Jones delivered outstanding customer service. They exceeded expectations with the level of service they provided. The repair work was prompt and of high quality, and they ensured that my car rental was timely in picking me up so that I could return to work promptly. I am deeply grateful for their efforts. My vehicle now looks as good as new and was meticulously cleaned. Thank you for your excellence!

Got some damage from a car backing into ours recently. Caliber Collision was fantastic to work with! Ken from Caliber was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the regular text messages with status updates and the final repair was amazing. The paint match was perfect and it looks great. We would definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

My experience with this place has absolutely been TERRIBLE. It s one thing that you are waiting on a part that are on back order (Even though I looked up the part and found 2 places that I could get the part in 2 days but it magically became off back order once I told him that) Fine that s understandable, even though I had to take it upon myself to get a update on what tf is going on every week because of the lack of communication. (I got 2 updates in 2 months) But when you tell somebody that all of the other parts are in, and now you have the last missing part and they are about to start working on you car this week. Then the following week comes, and now you re being told it s getting ready to be painted. And then the following week, you go check on your car (because you still haven t received any type of update and it now it s Wednesday and the car was supposedly getting ready to be painted last Thursday) just to find it completely dismantled.. You realize everything you ve been told is a complete lie And to add to that, you learn that your estimator hasn t been able to find a wheel in 2 months and instead of using your brain that God gave you and do a simple search on Google, you sit around and wait for 1 company to call you back about a wheel.. How in the hell is your main job is to get part numbers, look them up to order and you can t find part numbers, look them up to order . You asking the customer where he got the wheel from. Sounds extremely lazy to me. God forbid you buy the wheel from offer up. You might not ever find it if you go to this caliber collision. And I guarantee you won t get an update about it either. But Hey, I ll give them a 1 star because they are very nice people while they lie to you To be continued because the last time I spoke with them on Thursday (3/21), I was suppose to be getting an update on Monday (3/25) It is now Monday (4/1) and I still haven t heard anything from them. Can t say I m surprised though.

I had this problem with the bumper of my 2006 BMW due to it's low profile always catching on something and pulling it apart from the car. After repeated attempts at jerryrigging I finally decided to get it fixed properly. Caliber Collision was recommended to me by my mechanic and after it was finished I couldn't be happier. Adelina was absolutely amazing when she helped me out! She made it super easy for me to understand what the steps are when it comes to the process of getting my fixed. Joe was amazing as well, he got my estimate done in no time and i definitely recommend going to them!

Highly recommend this Caliber Collision location. These people really know what they are doing. Davis went above and beyond to help me get things straightened out with my car and my insurance. I was given prompt and detailed updates on the status of my car throughout the entire process. Can t say enough good things about this place!

When my truck got hail damage from a recent storm I was so bummed. I spoke with Rob from the Round Rock - Sam Bass location and he assured me it could be repaired by their PDR specialist. Rob was very helpful throughout the whole process and kept me updated on the progress. Now my truck looks like new again. I seriously can t even tell where the original damage was! Great customer service and an amazingly skilled repair job! Would totally recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service, repairs to my vehicle were done promptly and expertly. My vehicle looks brand new I can t even tell there was ever any damage to it. Would definitely recommend this location and would use them again if I have any future needs.

I have used this location several times, and they have always been Excellent! Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff, frequent and detailed updates on the status of their repair, and quality work. I have never had Issues with the work done. Two thumbs up!

Caliber went above and beyond when taking care of our family vehicle. They kept us informed on the next steps throughout the entire process of getting our car fixed after a pretty bad accident. The whole team this shop has is amazing, and I wouldn t want anyone else working on our family vehicles. Promise 2weeks to repair, but delay 4 times,and finished 6 weeks.Technician disconnected oxygen sensor but didn't connect back,so cause engine light on, I have to send car to Nissan shop to check & fixed, cause me more unnecessary money, very disappointed.

I was in a car accident where someone hit me at a red light. My car was severely damaged they were able to get me in quickly and the process was painless. If you ve ever been in a car accident, you know, it is a tedious process every step of the way. This team was great at explaining everything step with clear expectations. They were able to show me the damage to my car underneath the bumper unlike some shops where all you get is a bill and no knowledge of what was actually fixed just their word. Poor communication and not done within promised time frame. Paint was not a good color match. Caliber was aware of this and it took them an additional 10 days to repaint it. No urgency to correct their mistakes. Tire became flat while there for 3 weeks and they made us wait 1 hour while they repaired it. Then they filled the tire to 41 PSI.

Tosha Harder is so awesome and easy going. Seeing that I was dealing with drama, she took great care to process my car as quickly as possible. Ken Wetta accommodated delivering my car to my home. My car has been in the shop since NOVEMBER 15TH, 2023. It is now JANUARY 11TH. I have called them at LEAST 5x for status, and every time Joe says it will be another week. This last time I had the insurance company call FOR me. Joe AGAIN pushed it out another week. I wait two days after each timeframe he GIVES ME to reach out, because he never, ever contacts me back. It is now THURSDAY, 2 DAYS AFTER HIS FARTHEST OUT DATE. I AGAIN had the insurance company call them. He is NOW just ordering suspension brakes that he has had TWO MONTHS to order. I am pisssssed. It isn't even about my car anymore. It is the level of abject DISRESPECT!! And from other reviews mentioning this guy, he has a reputation for both this AND bad paint jobs that further delay the process. I picked y'all bc of the 4.7 stars I saw. I am now stuck driving my other vehicle, which has no headlights. So I am stuck in the house from 5:30pm on. If I didn't have a second vehicle, I would be royally screwed. I have to get friends scheduled to help me pick up my car, and they have to rearrange their entire schedules for this. I feel I have complained to Shawn enough and am getting nowhere. Time to add to the pile of 1 star reviews.

Great experience: from first scheduled visit for getting quote for car repair, and scheduled second visit to drop car for repair combined with their assistance to schedule pick up for going to car rental, and text updates on the progress, and informing that early delivery is possible to match my pick up timing needs, and perfect job done on the car with quick and easy pick up experience!

This shop provides quality work, ensures that you are 100% satisfied, and does a great job of keeping you updated on status of the repair. My advisor Addy did an amazing job and made the entire process very seamless from the moment that I dropped it off until I picked it up. Had my Mazda Cx-5 with Bill for about 3 weeks. They did an amazing job, making it look like new. I am very much pleased with the results. The best part is that they kept us updated through out the whole process. They gave us an estimate date further out than expected but was ready in no time. I am so happy to have my car back just as new.

This was the best experience that I ve ever had with a repair company. The office manager Shaun does it ALL!! She answers the phone, directs traffic, prints out paperwork, contacts rental companies, brings cars around, explains agreements and terms, all with a smile on her face and kindness in her voice. Joe was great at keeping me up to date with the repairs being made and the estimated time of completion. The work done was wonderful, can t even tell that there had been an accident.
