Justin was very attentive and resolved every question and concern I had. They did an outstanding job. My car was finished two weeks before my estimated time frame of completion. Hopefully I don t need to come back, but if I am in need of body work I for sure know where I need to go!

Great establishment with fantastic service. I was pleased to be greeted by friendly staff as soon I walked in the door. The service advisor that helped me with my hail claim was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the process. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and recommend this shop over any others in the area.

Someone hit my Chevy while it was parked and insurance referred me to Caliber Round Rock. Colleen was my service advisor, and made the process simple and hassle-free. She called me several times a week and kept me updated on the status of repairs, and my truck was done early! I would definitely refer this shop to anyone who needs their car repaired in excellent condition.

Great experience working with Colleen at this location. Unfortunately forced to be a repeat customer due to 2 accidents within 6 months. Colleen was professional and always responded in a timely manner. She provided all the information and answered all of my questions. If I ever need a body shop for collision repairs I will always choose this location and ask for Colleen.

They definitely communicate. The automated messages are inaccurate. It took a month to get the vehicle done and there were new things wrong with the vehicle.

Brought my tundra for a hit and run and got it back within 2 weeks, which is unheard of at other places lately with all the part shortages. My repair rep Colleen was awesome, courteous and highly competent that kept me updated on all aspects and had the truck ready when promised. Highly recommend caliber collision.

Caliber was so helpful. It's hard to find places nowadays that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Kristin and the team there are awesome! I'll never bring my Silverado anywhere else.

Took my Prius in for repairs for damage when a deer hit my car. The damage did take a little longer than I initially expected but Jason kept me involved in the process which I appreciated.

Always a great experience at Caliber locations and this one is no different. Very pleasant experience and happy with my service rep Camilia. Was always pleasant when we talked and kept me well informed of the entire process of my car. They even washed and detailed my car on the inside and my car was a pretty messy and they took the time to get it all looking nice. That goes a long way in my book the care they did here. Thank you.

Colleen was greatbut.... They are busy and have challenges with parts. Not happy they had to buy used parts when I found new parts from dealer cheaper than used junk parts. We got our car back and it looks good. Some of the clear is thick and gooped

It took almost 2.5 weeks to fix a minor dent on the fender. I have another car at home otherwise I would have paid a huge amount in the rental car. Also they won't have any home pickup and drop off service, so you must pay for your Uber 2 times

If you are looking for a place to get repairs done on your car and have to deal with insurance this is the place they went beyond Larissa delt with our insurance and talked with them about paying and given us a rental for 30days we had no hassles. This business is incredibly valuable. I will recommend them. They keep us informed on the progress of our car and made sure everything was taken care of.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Go ANYWHERE else. You would get your car back faster if you went to YouTube university and taught yourself to do car repairs.

When we picked up our vehicle we did the walk through and saw the poor job they did with the paint and parts they replaced. I made Larissa aware of everything that needed to be fixed. She took note of it all, told me it would be taken care of and let me know she d be in contact with me very soon. This was the end of May when we picked up vehicle and to this day no call or email. They lacked communication throughout the entire month that they had my vehicle and made excuses to why they weren t returning my calls. I do not recommend because of their poor customer service, lack of communication, and horrible work they did.

They did a great job fixing my bumper in timely matter. They do really great work. They are very friendly and they listen to you and meet your needs.I would like to thank Austin and his team for a great job they did on my car! I highly recommend caliber collision in Round Rock TX to have your car fixed here. Awesome job!

I was promised by Pedro to have reimbursement for 1 day of car rental. This never happened. Parts were left off of my vehicle. I had to go and retrieve the parts from The Body Shop and put them on myself.

They did an absolutely amazing job!! Everyone there was so helpful and nice. Robert kept me updated every step of the way and did a fantastic job explaining everything!!! They even helped me with the rental car. Over all 10 out of 10 recommended!! Thank y all so much for making this a fast an easy process.

I had got into a accident and ended up taking my car to caliber collision in round rock and I was assigned to Austin. He took care of me by keeping me updated and informed with the process of my car by text messages. I greatly appreciate his time and hard work. I got my car back in less than 2 weeks!!

Caliber Collision did a phenomenal job on my auto. I had damage from an accident and couldn t find a good auto shop. Someone recommend them to me and I decided to take my car there. It was a fairly fast process. They took 1.5 weeks to complete the work. It was nice getting text updates from them. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this shop to friends and family
