Went to Caliber Collision this morning to get an estimate on what it was going to cost to fix the right front area of my car! all done! I take it back next week Tuesday for repair it was easy! No problems.

I am a multi-return customer and have had hail/collision damages repaired here. Omar (advisor) pays meticulous attention to details and always makes sure that things get done right in a timely way. Love the friendly atmosphere at the shop.

This team is the best around! They are super helpful and accommodating. They always go above and beyond to make sure my car was as good as new! They stay busy, so be patient, but their work is top notch!

They did an amazing job on my repairs. They kept me updated while my vehicle was being repaired, which is unheard of these days. Ross and his staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely, recommend!

The people here did an amazing job on my Kia and kept me updated on all work being done. My car looks brand new again!!! I walked right by and didn't even recognize it! Also they cleaned the inside of my car (really needed it ha ha) thank y'all so much!!!!! The 2 girls that are at the desk are always so nice and are amazing.Omar has done nothing but be unprofessional and unreliable. It's upsetting to have to call to get updates on car because he says he will call but never does , and then to be told one thing but another family member is told something completely different. He told me parts were in promised car would be done by end of day or following day. Now being told he is missing a part when he told me last month he had the parts . Why take apart a car before having all the parts. I use my car for work and now iam stuck without because he didn't have his information straight.Would not recommend going to the1809 N Mays St, Round Rock, TX 78664 location.

Really disappointed. Nice staff.. They can add your name a list over the phone or you can come in to have an assessment done, given a future appt created in their systems, for routine collision or hail damage . Call to confirm the appt for the collision work and still they'll find no record .Amazing...

Caliber Collision is an awesome organization. Omar and his crew were very professional and they were courteous and friendly. I would recommend this facility anytime and would recommend them to anyone. Quality work!

Caliber did a great job fixing my Buick. The technicians were friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. I never had to guess what was going on with my car. It was finished before the estimated time. I appreciate that they took the time to vacuum the carpets. It was like getting a brand new car back. Returned our rental car to Caliber Collision on a Friday September 22nd, only to be slapped with a $16,000 bill from Enterprise rental 2 weeks later for hail damage that occurred 3 days after we had already turned the rental in. Despite numerous calls to customer service and local staff, we're still being harassed and held responsible for something completely that isn t our issue. No urgency to settle this Pedro and the rest of the team in a respectable time frame. There are now numerous cars that had this same issue due to protocols within thier organization not being followed with checking rental cars back in once returned. This isn't just poor service; it's also unethical business practice. We're in talks with the attorney general's office about a class-action lawsuit because we are tired of these businesses taking thousands of our dollars and not doing the job they were paid to do to completion. If you're in Williamson County and have experienced the same, join us. Companies need to know they can't just sidestep the law.

They did an outstanding job with my vehicle but lost my keys to my vehicle. I was supposed to hear something from them today to start the process to replace my key but never heard from them . I will change my review if they make it right. This was at Caliber Collison in Round Rock.UPDATE: THE PEOPLE AT CALIBER COLLISON WERE OUTSTANDING AT REPLACING MY KEYS ! I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE EXCCEPTIONAL WORK THEY DID ON MY CAR AS WELL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently was involved in an accident and had to have my car repaired. I used Caliber Collision in the past. They do exceptional work. Every employee is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From the receptionist to my service person (Omar) to the guys in the back, everyone took great care of me. When I first met Omar, he told me 3 weeks on repairs. I received a phone call from Omar and was told my car was ready. This was one week from the time I dropped it off at the shop. (Omar promised to have it out earlier). Omar kept me informed from the beginning. The guys who worked in the shop did exceptional work. If you ever need body work, take your car to Caliber Collision, the one on Mays in Round Rock, and if you're lucky you will be assigned Omar!

I had a rock chip my windshield and had an appointment set for Caliber Glass to come out to my apartment today. Dan L came out this afternoon, and it was quick and hassle free. Dan was very polite, professional, and arrived early. I would definitely recommend Caliber Glass and would use again.

Update: caliber commented on this post to reach out. I did that day, and have as of today still not received any response whatsoever.I have been coming to caliber in round rock (the Sam bass location) for years.However, this time around was disappointing. I did not feel like caliber did right by us with working with the insurance company to ensure that my car was returned timely. I was told the car was done Friday, but we didn t get a call until several days later to pick up becuase of insurance issues.During the time they had my car in their possession. I also received an alert on my mobile app, regarding some sort of engine error.Secondly, my insurance adjuster reached out to caliber (before we dropped the car off) to inform them not to charge me any fees. Before I was able to leave with my car, I was asked to pay $500, even though my insurance had covered it.I realized immediately and forwarded the email to the billing person at this location and told her to process the refund asap. I was under the impression it would be refunded that day. Nope. Apparently even when they don t manage their own inboxes the risk falls on the customer.When I called to inquire about, why my refund had not been processed that day, I was told it could take up to six days for processing. I immediately called my bank and file the claim, which took me about five minutes. Significantly less time than dealing with the caliber location.Insane that they made it this hard for me when it was part of the claim information all along.

The repair to my vehicle was excellent and customer service was awesome. My vehicle looked brand new after the repair. The staff is friendly and professional, and my vehicle was ready for pick up at least 2 weeks before the estimated pick completion date. Great work!! I highly recommend this location/company.

Edited that they have lost my appointment several times. When I asked to speak to a manager they somehow found my appointment. They didn't tell me I would be leaving my car for 30 days. The office manager said that it wasn't her responsibility to tell me that, or that I would need a rental car. It seems really unprofessional to have to check 4 different calendars to check if I have an appointment still, all the while telling me that I don't have an appointment.-------Greatly improved though understandably busy. They didn't keep me waiting and were prompt with my appointment, communicated clearly, and gave me a timeline of when I should hear back from them.

After someone hit my car they assessed the damage and started right away. Ross was wonderful, keeping me informed at each step of the process.
