I came in at 4:45 on a Monday and was promptly greeted, and my car was pulled back for a free estimate on brake replacement. Within 10 minutes I had the estimate in hand, and Kyreke discounted the price of the premium brake replacement to the economy price. They replaced my brakes in about an hour and a half. Great customer service and great quality work. I would definitely recommend brake replacement through Brakes Plus!

First time at this location. Service was great. Aaron was friendly, outgoing and multi tasked the phone and the clients as they arrived and left. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of car repairs! Thank you great job!!!

About a week ago i whent to this workshop to repair the breaks in my car, the guy who attended me (Darian) had the best costumer service i've had in while! Very knowledgeable about his job and the staff working on my car even detected an annoying noise my car have been doing for a while and no body else was able to find out what it was, so, i waited about a week or more after the repairs to doublecheck the jib was a success, and here i am giving the best review possible in my experience, the price was fair, the wait was a bit long but i was prepared to wait there with my Nintendo switch So, of all the workshops i've been, this one is the best so far, definetely my go to place for future repairs on my car. Very recommended!! 5

Really enjoyed the experience this location offered. They got us in immediately, they pin pointed any issues through their inspection. They took care of my needs that I wanted. Didn t just try to upcharge me. Had the equipment to take care of my needs on site. Reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience here. Darien answered my phone call and set up my appointment and then was there to help me out the day of. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made my brake repair go as smooth as possible. The technician Justin did amazing work I feel safe in my car again. I will definitely be returning for future needs. Amazing team all around!

I've been consistently impressed with the exceptional service provided by this auto service company. I had gone to 6 other places to get my car inspected and was told 2 hour waits, or the software was down or just refusal to fit me in. Darian greeted me at the desk with a smile and professional courtesy. He and his team were able to fit me in and got it done in about 30 minutes. I was so thankful I think I might come back for an oil change.

I ve been coming here since before Brakes Plus bought out the previous business and the service and work has been just as reliable. We have 2 cars that are getting older and it s good to have someone you trust to keep them running. Also wanted to give a thank you to Service Advisor Darian for the great service my last 2 visits.

Had a really good experience. Had a squeaking noise and was told it was my breaks. Was quoted a fair price and they replaced the needed parts on all four tires. This is all pretty basic. The special part came later.There was a leak. I brought it in on the warranty, but not having worked with them before, I didn't know if they would start tap dancing like many shops (and maybe even say it was a new problem to charge me more) or would they stand behind their work. Well, these guys are solid.Not going into all the details but they replaced all of the part affected, some of them were expensive and even replaced parts that MIGHT have been damaged by the leak (such as the brake pad when it got soaked.) They told me rest assured ANYTHING about this leak which could have affected the car safety was they would cover/repair for free. No doing it half a** or trying to cut corners. It is one thing to see every potential problem and saying it needs to be fixed... when I am paying for it. It is quite another for a shop to see every potential problem (and repair it) when it is costing THEM money. That shows integrity and honesty, and a desire to put the customer first rather than going for the quick buck. Even after they ordered special parts and all the labor I was still almost expecting them to charge me something. Nope all they said was "all parts and labor are free". And the amazing thing is they said it with a smile. Almost like they were happy they had a chance to prove their shop was filled with men of integrity.I can't recommend these guys highly enough. There are reasons people all have horror stories about unethical car repair shops. I trust these guys. Not only will they not rip you off, but they also stand by their work as I think sadly too few shops would.They showed (and proved) they stand behind their work and give fair prices...I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

5 stars always. Tony was sent by an angel, he saved me from the side of the road after myTire flew out from under my truck, even helped me roll it back to my truck, they also offered me a free Uber to take me home. Quality service

Would ve gave 10 stars but 5 was the limit. First time coming here. Glad I did. Darian was awesome. He answered my questions over the phone and got my car serviced (oil change/ brakes) in about an hour. I will definitely be back, hopefully he will have his store by then. Most honest car shop around. Jessica is very knowledgeable and cares about the person, not upselling . I came here because Toyota dealership in Cedar park told me I needed upwards of $1000 worth of services done to my 2021 vehicle ( less than 60,000 miles). All services minus my cabin air filter needing changed were bogus. I will come here from now on for any of my cars needs.

I took my mom s Jeep in for a new battery. When I was picking up her jeep, my check engine light came on on my truck. Aaron fit me in to the schedule. Got my check engine light fixed. Great customer service!

Shoutout to Brake Plus. These guys are really Top Notch! Came in for an oil change didn t even know if wasn t the location by sonic im used to but it was different. Met Darian and from there he made sure I was good ! Very humble respectful and kind young man. I needed more done to my car that was causing safety concerns for me and I couldn t afford right there then the price quoted . But because of everyone there trying to make sure I was safe on this road trip , they knocked a few prices down and got it where I could afford it right there and then. I m forever grateful, especially to Darian! This is what customer service is about. He took it beyond that and treated me like a friend. BIG S/O to Darian Germany !!!! I HIGHLY recommend this very location. Y all are true Rockstars in there foreal foreal!!! Every person in there I am grateful to. Seriously Thank ya!

On my drive to drop off my kids at daycare, my windshield wiper literally snapped off of my car and blew away in the wind! Freaked out, I turned into the Brakes Plus (across the street from daycare) and within two minutes (no exaggeration) I had a new set of blades on! The front staff along with the mechanic that replaced my blades were both some of the nicest guys I ve met. Definitely coming here from now on. Thanks guys!!

My experience was great! I knew I was going to have to have some work done, I wasn t sure if I was going to get my car back the same day. Mike, the service advisor, put my mind at ease and had my car ready the same day. He made sure I knew exactly what needed to be fixed and actually showed me what was going on. I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Brakes Plus for any work on a vehicle. They were honest and fair with the pricing as well. I stopped by without an appointment on my way home from work. Darian took great care of me. Did a full brake inspection for free. He went over my results in detail with two different estimates of when I would need brakes. He was very nice and courteous made eye contact and even stopped what he was doing to print out a coloring sheet my nephew requested! I will definitely be going back for my future services!! If you go ask for Darian!!!!

10 stars except only 5 available. Darian was exceptional in explaining and providing all the information needed for a complete brake, rotor, and caliper replacement job. The team involved with the repairs did fantastic work. It was an amazing positive customer experience and I would recommend this shop and team to anyone requiring repair work within their scope of expertise.

I had a lot of issues with our 2017 Sienna at 60k miles. Pulsing during breaking at speed and grinding at slow speeds. Front tie-rods also bad. Plus, weird bearing sound from AC fan. Service Advisor Darian is well organized and very courteous. Walked through items visually in-person, line-by-line.Service = brake inspection (0), front brake pads/rotors + labor (384), rear brake pads/rotors + labor (346), replace ac fan motor + labor (426), replace two tie-rods + labor (337), alignment (87), brake flush (70), coolant flush (99), + diagnostic for the ac fan motor (99)Warranty: 6 months/6000 mile warranty pads, 12 months/12,000 miles warranty on rotors, alignment warranty 3 months/3000 miles, tie-rods lifetime warrantyLyft rides to and from the shop were provided by the store which was super helpful. Very happy with the service.

I have waited way too long to get my breaks replaced. I went in made an apt w Alan! The team there is great! On the day of the apt. Alan had made some beautiful carrot cake cupcakes and shared one with me. They also let me know what else will need to be replaced in the near future. But said it can wait till my next oil change to see when it will be needed to be replaced. I will definitely be going back there! Mike checked me out at the end and he was also wonderful! Definitely a great experience!

BEWARE, if you are a female, you WILL be deceived and taken FULL advantage of! I had written such a beautiful review previously, and had been back multiple times after going to this shop for NEW ROTARS & BRAKES in the front and having my drums cleaned and adjusted in the rear. After returning several times with complaints and being told "it's normal for Texas" for the problems I was having, I went for a second opinion because i really didnt like the performance and sounds and grinding only to find out that the rear was NEVER cleaned NOT adjusted, and the front rotars I PAID FOR were NEVER actually changed! The new shop showed me step by step work being done, parts old and new, and how/why they KNOW the worked charged was NEVER performed! I am going to file a report with consumer affairs! This is a HUGE disappointment! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SHOP!
