Please do it yourself a favor and don t take your phone to be fix there. My phone was working properly only thing was charging port wasn t working. I was charging it wireless. I took it to fix this issue, they say yes we can do it, but when they call me to let me know phone was fixed they told me screen was broken during the process but no worries we replace it at no cost . I went for the first time to pick it up and when I was signing release form, and took it to my car to prove it charging it and charge port didn t work. Also phone suddenly turn off. They noticed about it and ask to leave it again because the guy that fixed it is not here I went for second time to pick it up, charging port was working but again when I arrived to home and try to use it, it turn off and on by itself. I returned it to store. They offered to fix it again. Third time today I went to pick it up, phone had same issue (turn off and on by itself) I told about it to front desk girl, I even mentioned to them hey I am not in a rush, but please I want it fix it once and for all but she called her manager and he ordered to refund the money and let her to take it to other place. So basically they damaged my phone during the process of fix the charger port and the best solution for them is refund?! They didn t take any responsibility for the damaged caused. And the joke: please give me a card to make the refund because we don t make cash refund (so I have to wait 7days for my bank to receive the refund) a total waste of time and money because who knows what they damaged in my phone. Don t go to this place under any circumstance please

We've been shopping this store since before they were in this location!! Service is awesome, got a watch battery changed out while I waited!! If you need a specialty battery they probably have it!! Highly recommend!!

I was told they can't replace my car battery because it's located in the trunk and that it's under my spare tire. I told them that the car does not have a spare tire and you simply have to lift the cover to access the battery and they still refused. Makes absolutely no sense.

They helped me get what I needed returned 2 out of 3 itemsAnd only used one part I was supposed to get a refund on other 2 but never got it even with receipt so overall kind of average experience

When your product fails, it seems like you are limited on options for replacements. I am not sure what harm there would be replacing the battery with something equal or lesser value. Replacing the item and paying for any overage fees also would make a customer happy. Letting them leave your store with a battery they will never use will send them away frustrated. I will never return as a customer. I will make sure I tell everyone to NEVER shop at your franchise and I will share my negative experience every chance I get. When competing with Amazon, I can't see how this brick and mortar will stay in business with this business plan in place.

Nice place to get your batteries for your car or motrocycle and other uses/types. Ordering on line is simple and easy, prices are better than other palces in Austin. Order on line and Store pick up are available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

AJ is amazing! He helped me last second with my phone as it was not turning on due to a misfit with the power button. He went out of his way to assist me, and I appreciated it so much! Well definitely be returning in the future for any cell phone repairs or other services especially for the great customer service. Thank you, AJ!UPDATE: Words can't describe how amazing this store is. They helped me a second time with my phone as my fingerprint sensor wasn't working. They quickly fixed it for no charge! I love them and all they do. Thank you again!!!

Battery was a year old on shelf and very dusty, replacing same battery upon installation it was clear last person didn t even bolt the hold bracket down from batteries plus . Had the weakest employee Cary a very heavy gel batt out when the manager was 4x his size. Not much knowledgeable staff!! Never going back and you should avoid batteries plus too.

The man (Aj, I think) immediately helped me find what I needed and knew exactly where it was in the store. The customer service is superbHowever, where Batteries Plus falls short is its prices. The item I purchased was 2x what Amazon charges for the same type/brand of battery. I expected a small markup, given the smaller scale. But 2x is a bit much in my mind, even with good customer serviceAlso unfortunately, there's the potential for their battery recycling bin to be "full" so they only recycle a specific amount of batteries in a given time which is disappointing, considering it's the main reason I wanted to shop there vs Amazon, but they were full during my visit

UPDATE: They refunded my money. Thank you, Matt!I scheduled an appointment for 12:00pm to repair my cracked phone screen and arrived on time. Greeted 15 minutes later by an employee, but no big deal. I was told my phone would be ready in an hour. Returned about 1 1/2 hours later and was told they still hadn t started on my phone. I was told to come back in another hour. Returned 1 1/2 hours later to give extra time. My phone was still not ready. They then fixed it while I was in store waiting. I Returned home and realized that when they repaired the screen, they damaged my phone and I could not make or receive phone calls. I Immediately called the next day from a different phone to discuss repairs. Was put on hold for 20 minutes where I could hear all conversations in the store, which were largely personal conversations between 2 employees while customers were not in the store. The employee who answered had forgotten about me. The second employee (who was not the one to answer the phone) finally realizes I m still on hold. I share my concerns and schedule an appointment the next day to fix the damage. I arrive the next day and the individual who initially repaired my screen tells me that he remembers my phone and that he suspected my phone wouldn't work ??? I am again told to return in one hour. I kill time and return 2 hours later to discover nobody has started on my phone. I ask for a refund so I can take elsewhere. I am told you understand you will be leaving with a broken phone? I remind the clerk that he broke my phone. He gives me a 30 minute estimate to fix. I tell him that I d prefer to take elsewhere. He says it can be fixed in 5 minutes. I wait. Receive my phone and go home. Very next day my phone is sitting on my desk uninterrupted and suddenly the screen splits from one corner diagonally to the other. $90 wasted and my phone is in worse shape than when I took it in.

The 10% online discount is pretty sweet. I placed my order on a battery that was listed as in-stock, a couple minutes later I got an email saying that it was ready for pick up, I got my motorcycle battery and lived happily ever after. Good stuff! I was literally in and out of the store in like 2 minutes.

The guy with dark hair and a pentagram necklace was AWESOME!!!!!! It is the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I walked in looking for a battery. He immediately walked up to me and asked if he could help. He saw the battery in my hand and pointed me to the correct replacement. He recommended a battery and told me he could even take care of recycling my old battery. Fast sale, great service. Thank You!

Matt was very courteous on the phone and did a fabulous (and quick) repair of our iPhone screen and battery. This is the first time we've used Batteries + Bulbs, and we would definitely recommend it to others. (We especially liked the $10 discount for online scheduling and the 1/2 price battery w/our screen purchase. We saved $40!)

Super easy and quick service! I ordered a car battery online and went to pick it up and they installed it right there. They also let me know that they would be able to jump start my car if needed. This was reassuring since if the battery didn t work I would need it! Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful although I didn t catch their names! Will use this place again for sure!

My van battery died. I looked up Battery + and searched for the battery for my van. Decided which one to purchase, signed up for newsletters for 10% coupon, went through the purchasing process and received the email with my order number. I arrived onsite with the old battery. Checked out from the store and it was done. Installed the new battery and I was on my way. It was a good experience. Thank you, Mike

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Prices are competitive and they have lots of specialized batteries and power accessories. They also fix phones! We had a Samsung phone screen replaced with same day service (1 hour wait)! They also have some unique and hard to find Iight bulbs as well.

Dropped my Samsung S21 and they promptly diagnosed the screen issue. Unfortunately, they had run out of parts but they reserved the part for me at a different location of theirs and I drove to that location and promptly got it fixed.

Quick and easy online ordering with same-day pickup available. I like that you have the option opt out of creating an account and complete the checkout process as a guest when ordering online.Company website is also very user friendly, with filter-down selection boxes to help guide users to compatible battery options.I was able to pick up a replacement cell phone battery for a relative who s battery had died within the hour of their phone malfunctioning.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable! I had a UPS failure and had no idea there was even a battery inside of it. Replacing the battery here cut my cost in half compared to buying a new UPS. Store pricing vs other online options is the same - problem solved in 10 minutes.

My husband shattered his screen after his phone was ran over by his conveyor truck at work. Thought we d have to buy a new one honestly. After googling a couple places I decided to take it batteries + bulbs in round rock. Process was super easy, price was good and phone was ready in 45 mins! Looks just like new. Must say I am very impressed! Thank you!
