I went in to purchase a small bulb/turn signal for my car. My manual said I'd have to remove the car battery to install the bulb. So I was expecting to have to do that myself! The staff was so helpful & offered to take a look to see if they could install it for me. In the end Patrick was able to get it in there from under the wheel well! I was ecstatic as I'd been avoiding this task for months! Thank you for exceptional & excellent customer care!

These young people who work there don't help at all. I asked for a filter for a ram, I give them complete information and they tell me that they don't have it. They want to give me another filter that is not for my truck.

Ordered hood and trunk struts about two weels ago, they came in on some unknown date because the employees didn't bother to call or email me about them. I picked them up today (still no one ever bothered to call) and had to return less than an hour later because they were missing hardware. Truly considering never coming back to any autozone if this is what they consider good work. Don't be sorry, be better

Yesterday I came to this AutoZone to return a loaner part that I had picked up earlier in the day. The gentleman who wore a gray shirt I think his name was Patrick was super rude. Not only did he See me and my daughters, waiting to be helped he blatantly ignored us. Suggested we leave a review about the poor staffing. I patiently waited a little over 45 minutes for him to finally acknowledge that I had been waiting for his help to return said part. He told me if I needed his assistance it was going to be a long while I should come back another day. The fact that he didn t even attempt to help me is horrible do better, Patrick. Nonetheless, I went in today and got amazing assistance. Richard, Sebastian and si(sorry if I didn t spell your name right) really made the difference. I was able to return the part superfast without any inconveniences

The help I got this morning was absolutely fantastic. I was in and out in 5 minutes while feeling like I made a friend. It was a nice experience and I wish I remembered to ask his name.I needed coolant and had exactly the right thing in my hand to check out 2 minutes after waking in the door and asking.

Sebastian & Eric was great from the time I walked in, till the time I left with my new installed battery. Grateful to have such wonderful customer service after 8pm and a quick change of battery in under 20 minutes from beginning to end! Thanks guys!!!

Today I was having a terrible day and on top of that I needed to replace my battery. I went to this location and I was helped by a young man named Avery . He did an excellent job and it was his first time replacing a battery ! Thank you so much for your patience and help , you really have great customer service skills !!!!!

The phone rang constantly. Only one clerk was helping customers while others stocked or walked around aimlessly.Update. After one of the two employees at the counter started taking customers that just walked up i left my things on the counter and left the queue. I will never shop here or any of their stores.

It s auto zone but the employees all seem to hate their job.Doing anything is a big bother to them even if all it is, is checking someone out.Also I don t expect them to be mechanics, but I do expect them to know the difference between Freon with dye versus coolant. Then not get upset when I tell them this is not what I am looking for and yet they still look at me like I m the idiot

The autozone of the Palm Valley round rock workers have racist attitudes, with people who speak Spanish starting with their manager who I think is called Ashley, it's incredible how it doesn't make me want to go shopping in that shift, the other day I heard how they told a person I don't speak Spanish and then the same woman speaking Spanish came back, what's wrong with people who speak Spanish, are they less? The spur is the most spoken language in the world, my friends and I who are from the United States would love to learn Spanish, but since not everything is bad I also have to emphasize that there is another turn where theManager is an older lady is the sweet woman there, IHe loves to go in his turn.

If you come to this location for help after sunset, I would recommend going to different locations because of the store policy. Per the store manager, it's not safe for staff to go outside to help. Our 2018 Nissan didn't start after our quick trip to HEB. A genuine couple helped jump our car at the parking lot. We drove to this location with hope that our car wouldn't die in the middle of the road. When we got there and asked for help. We didn't get help because of the store policy. We went to a different store down the road. The store staff helped check the battery and alternator. We ended up replacing a new battery. For us, this is the first and the last to come to this AutoZone.

My visit here was pleasant and easy, it's busy but definitely worth the patience of waiting for the help of professionals. I waited longer trying to troubleshoot my own car problems than the entire transaction of getting my battery diagnosed, paid and replaced. Will definitely be back for future car needs.

I was having concerns about my ac vents not blowing out cold air so I came to get it checked out thinking I may need some coolant. I came in and Alex M. understood my concerns and sprung right into action to check it out for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I even encountered an issue at self checkout and he came right up and assisted me. Thanks Alex for your great help today !

I called ahead and asked for a part I had in my cart online and I used their own part number when I asked for it.They said they would set it aside for me. So I drove 20 miles only to buy the wrong part because they pulled the incorrect number.I came back the next day to return it and bought the part I was looking for. I took the new part outside to match up with my old part and it was wrong.So I go back inside and the manager gives me some attitude for having to make another return.It was your fault in the first place and as a customer I'll buy and return as many things as I want as long as it's within the stores return policies.He literally said, "I just did this" and "you need to do more research before you come back"...look just put your manager code in and shut up, respectfully.I didn't drive 40 miles round trip, TWICE, on a hunch.If you don't like your job say that next time.AutoZone employees aren't known for being knowledgeable in the first place. He didn't offer any assistance in finding the correct part either. It's basically self service at their stores now. Save yourself some time and go to O'Reilly's or even Advanced Auto Parts.

Rayco Hill is the man! He helped me replace my corroded battery and saved me from being stuck somewhere out in the cold waiting for a jump. Mr. Hill is personable, knowledgeable, and timely. I definitely recommend you visit Mr. Hill and his team for any of your vehicle needs.

This review is a two visit experience. The first was very good the employee was more than helpful doing more than selling me a part even pulled a part to check connection was the right one more than Likely would ve been a five star, returning to check an alternator this guy looks at me like I m an idiot and says we can t check that off the car. I may be wrong but I believe you can t check it on the car you can check the charging system, which was not working. Reason I m there. In unfriendly, unhelpful, and in knowledgeable about his job. Without the First Lady would definitely be one star.

Under staffed no customer support...update I was contacted by the area manager that covers this store. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and courtesy . I have always had great service from AutoZone so it was a surprise to have this experience at the palm valley store. Its nice to know management pays attention to what is going on . Thank you for reaching out. Great improvements have been made in customer service etc

Went to the store for battery test. They made me wait until it was dark and told that we do not do battery tests after it is dark. They are not responsible and respectful of others time. I should have gone to Advance Auto Parts even though it was little far.

I accidentally dropped my oil cap into my engine and Patrick T. went above and beyond, helping me fish it out of the bottom of my car and saving my day. So grateful for him. The Autozone team should be so proud of him, he is a shining example of excellent service.

Walked in carrying a shattered trailer brake lens. A stocker noticed me looking for the right aisle. He walked me straight to that display and pointed out the universal set. Checked out and walked out to install on my loaded trailer. Done!

Great service from Jonathan tech. Horrible Horrible service from assistant manager that worked on 4/5 at 7 bald gentleman. Rude out spoken. He said he didn't work outside and had another gentleman help, while leaning on the counter.
